It dries clothes gently and efficiently without overheating them, and I love how quiet it runs. The energy efficiency is a big plus too perfect for daily use. Overall, a solid and reliable dryer that does exactly what it promises! Very nice

you bump the child lock, it's very difficult to turn off. Extremely long program times. NO REVERSE tumble; loads are quickly wound into very tight wet balls which thump around and never dry - more wasted electricity. You must repeatedly untangle the load and put it back in. Yesterday it took 7 hours to dry 2 sheets with this process, and one still had wet areas- my day wasted. If you have babies or children, this machine would be a nightmare. On the towel program, towels take all day and come out damp - bathmats never dry. Even with regular untangling, items, including synthetic delicates, come out with wet and damp areas. I expected reverse tumble in a new model and would never have bought this if I'd checked. Items come out very crumpled; never ironing-free. I expected the 10kg to be economical, but it's using vast amounts of electricity and my time. Just as bad as the matching washer. My huge and extremely expensive mistake.

Possibly the worst dryer we've ever owned! If you enjoy flooding your laundry, this dryer is for you. The condensate tank overflows and continues to fill and overflow throughout the drying cycle. The silver lining is our laundry is mopped so regularly now to absorb the flooding, you could eat off the floor. Additionally, we regularly have damp and wet clothes at the end of the cycle. Drying performance is great, especially for regular loads like cottons and mixed fabrics. Clothes come out dry but not overheated, and the machine is surprisingly quiet. It also looks pretty sleek, and the digital controls are intuitive. Show details

I’ve been using a laundromat to bulk dry as we’re in the middle of winter and there aren’t enough clothes horses to keep up with the amount of washing we have as a family. The timeframe has been completely unreasonable and their product is clearly faulty to have a bearing go so quickly on it. It isn’t even 6mths old. I am pursuing a refund and the crt team are refusing it saying the job has only been logged which I have records that we’ve been calling and emailing for WEEKS SINCE June. Their poor administration is why we have had this piece of junk sitting in our laundry unused for almost 2 months. How it was only logged on 18/07 is infuriating and just lazy service. Save your money and don’t shop with Hisense. After months of pain they finally admitted our machine was a lemon and the drum was built on an angle causing the grinding noise and it was never the bearing. We got a full refund from Bing Lee on 01SEP2024. That’s 3months of persistent follow up. I also would never buy a heat pump dryer again as it takes hours to dry anything. Bought a cheap Electrolux vent dryer and never been so grateful to have a functional dryer.

amazing and dries in less than half the time of my equivalent Bosch heat pump dryer. The only thing I would change is the option to start another cycle without having to turn dryer off first, but this is nothing compared to the problems I went through with the Miele dryer. If you want to wash a lot and dry quickly then this is the dryer for you.
