Great machine, but read this before you buy… – Look, the machine itself works fine, but there is a massively annoying software feature which severely limits the functionality of the machine and the ConnectLife app. The ConnectLife app can be used to connect to the machine once you have enabled remote access on the machine itself. The problem is every time the machine is switched off, inexplicably the remote access option switches back to off. So every single time you turn the machine on, you have to turn remote access back on to be able to use the app.

Now some people probably don’t care about this as they’d always opt to just use the machine controls instead of using the app, but if Hisense are going to market the machine being controllable via smart app, surely such a simple software feature should be addressed.

Hisense, if you’re reading this, please provide a simple software update to enable remote access to remain on! My rating will 100% change once this is done :)
