Amazing unit so happy
This Unit has exceeded my expectations. This unit is so quite and the controller is so easy to use.
I use me air con all day and hasten must a beet. i recommend these Hisense.
Purchased in August 2020 at Fourways Air Conditioning for $1,250.00.
Waste of time
Waited all through summer for a brand new unit to be fixed under warranty. Made multiple calls to Indian call centre, was continually misled.Don't trust/believe/buy from these cowboys.The only time we got a response was when we went back to the retailer who called them direct. Thank you Good Guys Bundall.

Bad Warranty Service
If you're lucky enough to get a system that works without any problems, then it's fine. The problem arises if you need to repair the system under warranty. The warranty agents are disorganised and slow to respond - if you can get through to them in the first place.

I bought it in October and found out factory fault on installation.
The hisense company did not want to replace it and send out a part which was not fit in.
Stupid company, stupid staff.
Finally they decided to replace it, but it has not been replaced yet.

A totally disappointing experience. By comparison to the 2 Hitachis and 1 Panasonic in other rooms of our house, this piece of rubbish runs way below the bottom of the list.

We do need to install an air conditioner here on the Fraser Coast Qld, and was wondering is there an advantage in just buying the "cooling only" model (7.1kw) over the one that cools and heats. Strangely it is cheaper to buy the cooling and heat model.
