Love it but door shelves keep cracking – I love this fridge. It is a great item but I am constantly having my door shelves crack (drink and condiment holders). I've had to replace at least 2 of them. Everything else in this fridge seems to be really strong but the thin clear plastic they have used for the door shelves just aren't good enough. Show details
stopped cooling after 3 years 4 months – Fridge was good while working but stopped working about 4 months after the warranty period ended. Had a fridge repairman look at it and said it wasn’t fixable as it was the compressor. Paid about $1000 for it, a fridge should last more than 3 years. My mum has a fisher and paykal fridge for 15 years no dramas. I just upgraded and swore to never go Hisense again. Show details

well just dont seem to be as cold as they should be, especially if they are toward the front of the shelf. Whilst our fridge is often full (which is what you should be able to do with a fridge) there is still plenty of room for airflow due to the shape/height of the items.
Freezer section seems to work well.
When compared to our previous fridge where nothing seemed to get frozen i find this quite annoying.
The other thing i do not like about the fridge is that the space on the door for 2L bottles is limited to about 2, with the water dispenser blocking the rest of the space.
The positive about the fridge is the water dispenser, the freezer (draw format) so you can see what you have and the digital control panel.
So overall, not sure i can recommend the fridge to anyone as i am not sure if our fridge is faulty or if others are having the same issue.
Fridge less than 2 year old and stopped working altogether – Loved the fridge, no issue to begin with, but less than 2 years after it stopped working, both sections do not work, wasted a lot of groceries because of this. Show details
Warranty Claim – The fridge started life well and just under being 2 years old the fridge section stopped working all together. Weirdly though the freezer is still working. I have called and made a claim and told that someone would come out and look at it, guess what I'm still waiting. Looks good lots of issues – I purchased my fridge on April 24 and two weeks after, the lights are flickering. Also, it's not cooling. I was starting to wonder my food was constantly going bad. I noticed that it says 4 degrees on the temperature gauge, but when I opened the fridge, I could barely feel it cooling. Not good at all. Regret buying this. Show details

fridges dont have railed drawers they are cheap nasty hard to use. Water dispenser is great. The only gripe I have is when I dropped the freezer temp down from minus 17 to minus 16 15 14 etc (bc I found my ice cream was too hard) the fridge started making a weird whimpering noise every time I open fridge door it was very noticeable and annoying. So I set the temp back to 17 below and noise gone. Small price to pay for near perfection. This fridge looks a million dollars in my kitchen. Also when they unboxed from Harvey Norman fridge had a broken shelf and scratches on door which I was annoyed about but they replaced next day. Guess it had quite a few knocks on the ship. Overall highly recommend. Also its whisper quiet you can barely detect its on pretty amazing so far AAA+++.

Overall, I am glad I chose this model over other brands and the reasonable price was a bonus.

has got a separator wedge with which u can separate fruits feom vegetables otherwise bcoz the tray is quite big ur food would get lost at the back or bottom. The things i did not like is firstly it dont have any deodorizer like my samsung fridge had and bcoz of which my fridge never had any odours, and now if i put any strong smelling food the whole fridge starts smelling. Second is the cans area in the door is not removable and it takes up quite much space in the door which otherwise can be used for milk, etc. Overall im quite happy with the purchase

this time I will be happy with it. Perhaps we got a rare dodgy one or I was unlucky, but I felt the need to update this review as I almost always rely on reviews when purchasing. The warranty is good for such issues.
We bought this fridge and within a week the light on the fridge would only turn on sometimes when the door was opened, it beeped randomly & the display would come off & on showing the temperature which seemed to change by itself. Cold one moment, warm the next with ice melting in the freezer then would go cold again. Constant beeping.
It's ok – So I have had my fridge for about 6 months now. Currently renting it. Brand new. The handle has come off easily and so I've fixed it myself. The freezer is starting to not freeze properly. The lights on the both fridge and freezer come on when they want to. This fridge was brand new when I received it and already having problems. Flimsy and motor stop working – Product is flimsy, product does not work, did not open packaging immediately after delivery. Once opened the fridge had massive dents and did not work. Both the Good Guys and Hisense refused to replace fridge or fix it under warranty. No customer service skills and both companies denied and took no responsibility on damaged product. Show details
Family sized fridge – The fridge is easy to open and close, and it seals very well. Having the freezer on the bottom is a good feature and makes it easier to use as the crisper is at the right height for us, much more practical than having the freezer up top. fridge is that we have the temperature set at 4 degrees which while it's a bit warm for us, some food still freezes, it's worse at 3 degrees though, but 3 is a better temp. For the food, but the fridge freezes up at this temp.. It's a good size fridge, not too wide and not too high, just keeps freezing up, makes it almost useless. Would NEVER EVER buy another one. It has a high electricity rating, so it's not too dear to run. BUT IT'S nearly useless.
Loving the size and functionality – Keeps food well chilled and food doesn't get frozen if it touches the back. I love the alarm if door is left open which can save on electricity. Solid which means food doesn't tip over. Has plenty of egg storage and even extra storage for bottles. Great Fridge – Purchased this fridge in Dec 17 and we have been very happy with it. It looks great, the size is awesome and it keeps everything nice and cold. Great size freezer with handy ice tray, although the ice cubes are a little small.
All in all we really like our purchase and will keep you updated if we have any issues in the future.

Cheap quality – Really cheap quality fridge, temperature is always not regulated... easily scratched...hard to open and close, inconvenient freezer with ice that keeps on coming out and you open one droor of the fridge, 2 or 3 coming out automatically. Good fridge – love the water dispenser in the door, our children can get a drink without opening the fridge and then forgetting to shut the door. love that the freezer in down the bottom as we use it less saves us bending for the fridge, great shelf space/storage.
