It's easy to clean, the freezer stays frost free and it does everything you'd expect a fridge/freezer to do. Plus, it's aesthetically pleasing with a nice, minimalist design and no protruding handle.

Having a reversible door is also a bonus. Before loading it up, I recommend looking at the instructions and tilting the fridge back a bit at an angle so the doors close easily.

I recommend shopping around, as this model is sold at quite a few retailers. I got a good deal on eBay with an extra discount code.

Overall very impressed with this model - would recommend to anyone looking for a compact, quiet fridge.

previous fridge the milk and items stored in the door tended to go off; not any more. The ice making tray works well -- with the humidity so low in the fridge the cubes rarely stick to each other.

The stainless steel finish is super easy to clean and looks great too.

** UPDATE ** This fridge is now 3 1/2 years old (as at July 2020) and still performing well. Just as quiet as the day we installed it.

**UPDATE - 2026 January** This fridge has just past 9 years of being used non-stop except for a few power outages due to storms. Continues to do a great job. @Hisense has a life time fan now. I hope their other white goods are built as well.

a fridge not much physically bigger than its predecessor could have almost double the shelf space simply because the shelves are flat and not sculpted and shaped plastic. You can use all the interior space. The freezer section also has a good capacity, with a section for icecubes, two shelves, and two ample door shelves, making it ideal for grabbing specials when you see them.

Its not family size, but if there are one or two of you its a sensible sized fridge that will cope with a bunch of salads and the leftovers after Christmas. And it has not missed a beat during the current heatwave. Price included next day delivery and was less than RRP.

I've never had an issue with it not keeping things cold enough. The only problem has been the ice tray has broken, but it seems I can order a replacement part.

I felt that the negative reviews didn't do this model justice, and that the good ones were all too recent, so I'm sharing my experience!

Has served us well – Great little fridge! Wasn’t our first choice but due to space limitations we had to buy this one, however I’d happily buy it again. It does what it’s supposed to, and so far not given us any issues. The freezer is quite small, I have to be strategic about freezer purchases. days to deliver a new fridge. However, after 10 working days nothing happened. As I called support they said that they are unable to find a courier and therefore can offer us only a refund. As a result, we are already 2 weeks without a fridge, and a new one will be smaller in volume and we have to pay extra. We should have gone with another brand when purchasing the fridge. Very disappointing.

Packed in after 3.5 years – Just packed in and freezer wont freeze. It wasn't cheap either. Very angry now at the rigmarol to get them to fix it which I will. Never buy this brand again. Show details

High pitched noise when running – From the start up a high pitched penetrating noise was emitted. The retailer could not get a reply from the distributor or the local rep. look at it within 2 days . 2 days later I ring to see why no one has contacted me only to be told the repair guy is waiting on parts . My way of thinking is the fridgey assesses the problem first, than orders parts . Situation is as it is Friday afternoon I will not see anyone until Monday or Tuesday to assess the problem could be a week without a reliable fridge that is 6 weeks old . HISENSE pick up your game. It's OK – It's not the world's best fridge - but it's OK. It's a budget fridge after all! ages to remember to manually close the dairy/meat shelf before I close the fridge. Apart from these designer oversights this fridge will do!

Painted comes off door handles after 11 months – Fridge works reasonably well however the exterior cheap . It is silver plastic that has painted black trim (plastic too) that is chipping away at rate of knots. This leaves a bad taste in your mouth with out having eaten a thing. The ice cube contraption is a fiddley, it makes skinny ice for Oompaloompas. Better taking it out and using own trays is my suggestion. Show details

Great looking fridge at a good price – Brought this fridge as an additional bar fridge. Very happy with the size and look of the fridge. It keeps the beer very cold so serves its purpose well. Hisense 350 ltr fridge – A very quiet, reliable fridge. The fridge compartment is very good, it keeps a consistent temperature and the freezer works just as well. This fridge has a good appearance very modern looking. No light in freezer – There is no light in the freezer . I was not made aware of this by the good guys where I purchased it. I first relised there is no light in the freezer after the refrigerator was deliverd and plugged in my kitchen. The freezer is dark and hard to see what is in it. I am not happy about this . A Terrible Fridge. Complete Failure after a few years – The fridge is solid and looks great. Problem is the temperature in the fridge compartment started to gradually rise higher and higher. Finally we measured 10 degrees Celsius. We turned the fridge off and on to reset any ice related problem. It returned to 10 degrees C. Can’t live without – It is the most quiet fridge ever and very easy to clean. There are also various compartments within the fridge so if you’re a neat freak like me it’s great for organising your groceries.
