What is the wifi name of tv and password or does connect to wifi for remote mean hotspoting for tv data make remote work?
Only had the TV for 22 months and the last 4 months have been experiencing WIFI drop out and the TV turning itself on in the middle of the night. Is there a software update that eradicates the loss of WIFi setting or it turning itself on?

...happy so far with it purchased i July (couple a weeks ago) 2021. Problem is with the headphones. Am i doping something wrong? The one we used with our old Samsung , when plugged in, do not work whit this TV . When the jack is plug in, it disconnects TV speakers but still no signal in headphones. Do they need to be a special type?

Its good value for money .. You cannot expect it to be as good as Sony or LG , I have had it for 5 months now and so far have no major complaints. Sure its not as friendly or intuitive as LG, but its android TV , the one I have is 65" and I got it for $1000 .. so not a bad deal at all.
Does it have HDMI ARC? If no ARC, how to watch netflix and other app on TV and get high quality sound the audio system? Using audio jack will not give cinema experience !
Get yourself an optical cable that’s what the optical port is for..
Late reply but for other people interested. HDMI 1 port (side port) is ARC. Tested this with a soundbar I bought
