Terrible – I would never buy a Hitachi again, after sales help is non existant, and the unit itself does not perform as advertised. I will be removing the unit after 6 years of astronomical electricity bills and replacing with a more energy efficient unit. Enough is enough. Costs a fortune to run, let alone the cost of the unit.
