I reported a problem on the hotwater running out. After a day of intense follow up with a few phone calls the problem was attended to the next day. The technician was professional and sorted out the issue. He explained the problem and the solution very well. He also gave guidance for future problem handling by providing video file. experience was as expected other than some additional costs for a pressure regulating valve (which I already have at the meter but was told by the plumber I needed one at the heater for warranty purposes) An extra $110 for a non return valve I didn't expect to be charged for The gas outlet from the old hot water system was turned off but not capped which is a somewhat risky situation as it's near the ground and can easily be turned on, releasing gas and the risk of flame

The installation led by Julian, and his team including Peter, were outstanding. They communicated proactively, took steps to streamline the installation process and were able to expedite the installation to complete the work early. The piping and electrics were expertly structured, leaving a professional appearance , which is appreciated because my chosen location is in an area seen by my visitors. After installation was completed, I was coached in the operations of unit by Peter, and the team departed, leaving the environment as clean as it was before they arrived.

The technicians (electricians and plumbers) arrived on schedule, did their work efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. I purchased an Aquatech Rapid 225 Litre heat pump hot water system and replaced a gas unit. I am expecting big savings bit it has only been week. I have system installed 2 month now . I am so happy with the outcome , extremely happy with the system save me electricity bill , run quietly most of the the time I do not sure it is running or not I have to check on my app to make sure it is running I got it installed outside next to the kitchen room . The installation team were professional and fixed all the small issues during the installation so neatly. They have done a banging job, from the electrician to the plumber, Shedy, and two boys. After the installation, I was contacted by Eddy to set up the system's Wi-Fi and connect it to the internet. Every individual did their best, st and the result was fantastic.
