All around terrible – Terrible quality remote control car, didn’t work out of the box, the instructions were incorrect. I returned the vehicle which took over 2 weeks only to be told there was nothing wrong. total sham of a website do not buy anything from here.

Several hours later they acknowledged with a “once submitted, it can’t be changed.” The order was eventually dispatched via another Victorian based company more than 12 hours later hobby warehouse is nothing but a drop shipping company offering zero customer service. If they can acknowledge an email, they can forward one to correct an order.

Take your money to someone whose invested in a proper business not just an email chain.

Terrible customer service – I bought a birthday gift for my son but he wasn't happy with it so I kindly asked to swap for something else but was met with a hard no and no solutions. Very poor customer service. I will never use or recommend this business again.

Quick uncomplicated transaction – I ordered a Bruder toy for my grandson. They sent it super quick. I had it in a few days. It was a large item in large box but charged under $10 for shipping. Happy customer.

AMAZING!!! – Hobby Warehouse are a great online shop offering not just hobbies but LEGO sets and other toys as well. I've purchased many different sets from them! The service is second to none and I highly recommend Hobby Warehouse for all your hobby needs. I just purchased a new RC car and it arrived well within the expected delivery date as well!

Perfect transaction! – I am only writing a review as I was concerned about ordering after looking at other reviews. I emailed first to check the Lego set was indeed and stock before ordering. Opted to pay extra for tracking. Item was dispatched the next day and text message updates sent. Lego set arrived within a week even with publicly holidays. A very happy 7yo boy.

SUPER RELIABLE – This is my fifth purchase from hobby warehouse and every single time has been a perfect experience. My orders are always sent within 24 hours with tracking and arrived very fast. Great company who have excellent customer service. As a collector i look for reliable service and that's what i always get. Thanks.

Late dispatch but response when log a ticket – I was a bit concerned when I did receive any dispatch email after a week of ordering, esp reading all the negative reviews. After I log a ticket and send an email to sales@hobbywarehouse.com.au, the parcel is dispatched within 2 days and I receive the parcel today. Appreciate they include a gift in the parcel.

Worst product, worst customer service, don’t buy from them! – $240 remote control car broke within 2 weeks. Tried to return it, they didn’t want to know about it. Apparently this acceptable wear and tear. Won’t take calls, email only. What a joke! Do not buy from them!

Easy to order and quick delivery! – I ordered some rare LEGO from Hobby Warehouse and I must admit, I was impressed! They have a really large variety of LEGO even some rare ones, and they don't charge you an arm & a leg for them. I ordered mid week and it arrived early the following week, so delivery times are great! They also have options for quicker delivery, which you obviously pay more for, but worthwhile if you need something ASAP.

Scam – I purchased 3 Hsp remote control cars and accessories. I was forwarded an email to verify my cc transaction. The link they sent to do this didn’t work. I’m trying to verify the cc transaction & their link did not work. I also pointed out its very unusual & suspicious not to have a contact phone number. To not send me a receipt as they had already deducted my money. Everything about this company appeared a scam and was. They immediately emailed saying they canceled my order and tried to refund the money but it did not work and I had to contact my bank I then contacted commonwealth bank immediately and they said there’s no attempt to make a refund and they had not tried and that I needed to contact them again I have since sent multiple emails with absolutely no reply. Clearly this is a dodgy website set up to scam people out of money and they 1% of comments they have that are positive are fake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Great product fast shipping – Orderd rc gps on a Friday night received on Tuesday morning item in perfect condition. Only thing I paid the extra $ for express post but item sent with parcel post no big deal I still received it rather fast and even with the extra 5 dollars for express post it was still 20 to 30 dollars cheaper than anywhere else.

Stock levels are a lie – Ordered a lego set from the website. Site says kit is in stock. Got an email 5 days later saying no stock and they will refund money. A week later and the website still says item in stock. All lies to get your money.

Communication not the best but great product delivered on time – The advertisement said "dispatch in 2 to 3 days". When I hadn't heard anything 8 days later, I read these reviews and hit the panic button. Sent Hobby Warehouse a fairly direct email, and they literally posted and dispatched the item that day and it arrived the next morning for my son's birthday.

Disgusting customer service – Purchased a $275 RC boat and one of the lithium batteries burnt out second charge. I requested a replacement under warranty supplying photos etc of the faulty product. Do not deal with organisation – Took my order then nothing. No response to emails and phone no. just rings out. They deliberately mislead people in thinking that it is a local company when they are based in China. They obviously don't keep stock here despite claiming to do so and there is no tracking number supplied, despite me paying extra for tracking.

to spend time and put in a lot of effort to get a refund for a faulty product which was 100% the hobby warehouses fault. My recommendation: shop somewhere else.

took orders that they couldn't deliver – I et they can get busy but they took money for an order day one. 3 weeks later no updates and It was a nightmare trying to get an response after multiple emails (you can't ring them). Order arrived promptly; customer service is lacking – I received my items within 1 week of placing my order. All items in perfect condition. I was concerned when I received an inaccurate receipt, followed by poor email response and no answer to phone calls. Regardless, I received my order in good time, which I’m very pleased with.

number many times and it rings out - it rings as an internet number like Skype rather than a landline or mobile number. I fear these people are scammers and I have requested help from PayPal to get my money back…..

Aust. Post tracking number dead giveaway – The fact that the Australia Post tracking number is made up is a dead giveaway that this company based in China is not worth your hard earned $dollars. Not worth the risk, especially not for Xmas deliveries!

Terrible DO NOT USE – I purchased a product from their website. I was asked to provide additional identity information that I was not comfortable providing. I asked for a refund and order to be cancelled. They do not reply to my emails or requests. Have sent multiple emails and they are not replying and not giving my money back. Not worth the risk – After waiting 4 weeks I got notification that my order was waiting to be collected at the post office. I went to collect to find only an empty package waiting for me. As the postage sticker is produced by the sender, I was informed that the packet was possibly posted empty! As they won’t respond to my emails or answer my calls, I suspect they are right! Scammers!

Hobby Warehouse – Terrible experience ordering a birthday gift online. Placed order 21/9 and still no update from the company regarding progress of order or expected delivery. Emailed them two days ago and still no response. I am going to have a very disappointed 9 year old next week with no lego for her birthday. "some items take longer to pick and pack". That doesn't sound like 'in stock', that sounds like 'ordering from China'. Asked on 13th Sept if items could be sent express as were needed asap, items shipped on 15th Sept and then on the 17th Sept finally got a reply saying they had already shipped and couldn't be done express now. **Update 30/9 After only receiving half our order on 27th Sept i sent an enquiry as to where the rest of the order was, that took until 30/9 to reply to as usual, to be told that the rest of our order was being processed and shipped today. No mention at any point of items not being in stock, no sending express to make up for their problems and presumably it was only sent today because i asked about it, otherwise how long would i be waiting! he owned called Mittoni.com.au that shared the same address as Hobby Warehouse at [Details Removed]. Ran them and started hassling them, only then did Hobby Warehouse bother the reply only by email. I had purchased the lego as a gift for his birthday the following day and I was running out of time. They wouldn't let me go there to pick it up. A guy then rang me from the company refunded my money back to me and told me to go to Big W to get it myself
