We were happy with the cleaning the machine provided. Unfortunately we needed spare parts for the Lulu tower. The supplier, Robot MY Life tooks weeks, after numerous follow ups, to reply and then told us we would receive an invoice to order the parts. After 3 more weeks we cut our losses and changed to another brand. Avoid this company the service is non existant!! Show details

Great reliable robot cleaner for our white tiled floor. Navigation and app function well. Lulu station keeps the mop clean for a couple of weeks at a time between refill. Additionally, they are based in Melbourne, so if you're located outside of Melbourne, I strongly advise against purchasing. Their support seems inadequate if you’re not local, which only adds to the frustration.

farm, there is always stuff blowing around outside and on shoes). It has made my life so much easier and my floors are always clean. It does a deep clean mopping function which is good to use weekly for high traffic areas. The mapping function is good, it gets better as the unit works, but there's a learning curve in how to get it to work perfectly, like using under-couch as a curtain setting so if your fabric hangs underneath it will still go there. I can't recommend it highly enough, even for first time users. And it's made in Taiwan, not China which is also a plus.

False warranty – First twelve months , hobot worked well except need to replace the brush roller every 50 cycles , otherwise the mopping plate would not vibrate to clean. robot started to go backwards . After multiple phone calls , I was provided return postage to return robot for repairs. Two months later, the robot was returned in the same package with the same problem. I have attached the video . The robot was supposedly repaired with change in sensors but the packaging looked remarkable similar to when I sent the machine back for repair. I spent the next month trying to contact the service center on the phone and via email.

I would caution those contemplating this machine to purchase knowing that the supposed 2 year warranty is a false promise and you take your chances with the robot. If it works, it cleans well but has high recurring cost with need to frequently replace brush roller for full functionality.

The unit vacuums to a reasonable standard on both hard floors and carpet. But that's about where the positives end. Unless you fix the charging station to the wall, the unit will knock it and fail to dock. It regularly forgets its own maps and has to be reprogramed. The robot functions Ok on hard surfaces although often fails to find it's way back to charge or fails to identify the current map. On dark carpet it is totally useless and just spins in a circle before reporting it is stuck. dock is completely useless with cleaning brushes that disintegrate and apparently no replacement parts available. Spend a bit more and buy a better quality unit.

Initial thoughts after 1 year – Very disappointed. The first machine lasted 6 months and then stopped working. We got very poor service to replace or repair under warranty. Eventually got a replacement shipped to us which was a second hand machine in very poor condition, also packed up after a few months. getting new mops and rollers for the machine also never arrived. Show details

Legee D8 and Lulu Tower makes cleaning easy – Really happy with the Legee D8. I had the D7 previously, and the D8 is a massive improvement. Manages small steps easily, extra large dust compartment. vacuum mainly on hardwood floors and it performs very well. I occasionally use it on carpet and it is also good.

Very pleased with this purchase – The Hobot Legee has an excellent mapping, vacuum and mopping capabilities. We have tiles, linoleum and carpet and it cleans all effectively. It navigates tight spaces and most obstacles. It has more than enough charge to clean our 4 bedroom home in one cycle and the internal bin can cope with several cycles in a high pet hair environment.
