Aggravated and disgusted
Took my in for a service at Windsor/McGraths hill Holden only to have it returned with a big dent and a scratch on the bonnet only to be told I had brought it in this way. Was told I could view the cctv footage to find out what happened, that was 5 weeks ago and still yet to see any evidence.
Poor after sales service
Had my colorado serviced last week they found a broken exaust bracket. This week I traveled 200km back to the dealer this to be told they ordered the wrong bracket. They orderd a bracket for a automatic car and I have a manual car.
Hard to understand how there would be a different exaust bracket on a automatic car to a manual car.
On the way back home car started over heating fan has come of front of engine.
Car has to be towed back to dealer for repair they are giving me a exuonox while my car is being repaired this means I can not tow anyt...
Incompetent and rude/arrogant staff
I’m writing this review to warn others about the poor service and outright arrogance of some of the service staff at McRae’s dealership in Wodonga. Our car was damaged and the service manager refused to take responsibility for what was clearly a lack of due skill and care on the part of one of his workers. The way my partner was spoken to was unacceptable. A call to Holden direct confirmed that the dealership had not acted with integrity. The issues were rectified but we were not offered a discount, nor an apology. Do yourself a favour and find another dealership. McRae’s is a disgrace. Now that we have shared our experience with family and friends, we have found that others have had poor experiences as well. Lesson learnt.
Eagers Holden Windsor Great Customer Service!!
Doing the rounds of the car yards in my area I immediately felt the difference at Eagers Windsor. Being greeted warmly by Maddie when we first came in set the tone for a professional experience. Matt was excellent, respectful and knowledgeable, he took me through the vehicles I was interested in thoroughly! This experience made Eagers stand out to me and a week later I was driving off in my Calais. I have felt really looked after by the team, including Jo in finance. Highly recommend Eagers Windsor and have felt very well looked after.
Absolute Premium Class
Simon Jufil Nick Sarah and Pamela are the people I dealt with and I can say they were and are Brilliant in the service techniques Purchased a Commodore vxr with all the bells and whistles had the Paint done bonnet protector headlamp protectors window shades and extras and they went beyond the call from finance to sales to service could not Fault it they were professional and the car is amazing I would recommend them to those looking for a New Demo or Used car to go and see these People you will no be disappointed.

Poor customer service
Had to get a replacement part for my car. Spoke to reception, then waited to transfer me to the service department who took all the details then at the end said had to be transferred to the spare parts area to get a quote for the part. Another 10 minutes and with the part quote I am transferred back to service department who did not believe the price quote, so had to wait on phone while they confirmed the price. After 25 minutes, I finally was able to get a price to replace a part on my Holden. Very poor customer service.
Having travelled from Bathurst recently I had a problem with my captive engine light came on I had it serviced recently so was concerned I stopped in at holden dealer in clare sa they were very busy but fitted me in I was on my way shortly after get back service get personal would give this 10 stars if possible
Castle Hill Holden - Service Department
My 2019 Holden Colorado was due for its 12,000 service. I called to book it in, I mentioned three things on top of the scheduled service. 1) Navagation/maps needs an update as it’s not functioning correctly 2) Asked if they could order the nudge bar sensor wire loom so that the front sensors could be connected 3) I mentioned that occasionally the car doesn’t go into reverse instead revs out in stationary position. The customer service person was polite and friendly, stating that she would ensure the wire loom was ordered and ready to be install...ed and notes have been written with my booking. Day of scheduled service- I arrive 9am, I ask about navagation /maps and wire loom. The young lady on the front desk tells me “Sorry sir but we don’t have the map update on site it’s something that needs to be ordered in, so you will have to come back another day, and I will get the workshop to check which wire loom your car needs and I will give you a call with a quote” . 1:10pm I call the service centre to check progress on my car. I get told “ Sir your car is in the workshop it shouldn’t be much longer, we will call you as soon as it is finished”. 2:00pm I get my wife to drop me off at the service centre as I’m happy to wait the short time. Upon my arrival, I see my car parked out the front of the centre so I’m thinking happy days my car is ready. I take a seat and wait for 15minutes before approaching the young lady at the front desk. The front Lady goes back into the work shop and came back in two minutes later walking herself straight into the managers office before coming back out to update me. “Sir I’m really sorry but your car isn’t ready we are still waiting for parts, the wire loom for the front sensors is coming from Melbourne and won’t be here till 3pm then the workshop will have to install it. I then express my disappointment telling her that this simply is not at all food enough, with the lady going on to tell me that she is sorry she stuffed up by not calling me today and that the person that booked my car in didn’t know that the service centre don’t have the navigation update on site. As I write this review I sit patiently in the service centre watching the service centre admin team chilled out appearing to enjoy there slow Wednesday afternoon. I note there is only one other person now seated in the waiting area for their car to be completed, I hope they are having a better experience then I am.
Sophie and Mathew went above and beyond with the sale of my brand new Colorado LTZ! i needed the car asap for work and they delivered and had me on the road in no time, thank you Sophie you ledge pleasure to deal with.
Absolute rubbish after sales service
So I (foolishly) bought a Commodore ZB RS wagon, and had a Holden genuine towbar fitted by the dealer. Now the park assist doesn't work and my local dealer who is 40 minutes closer than the dealer I bought it from (and has serviced our cars for 5 years) won't fix it. Sure they tried a few simple things but now they are saying they need to remove the rear bumper and it won't be covered by warranty!!! Freaking unbelievable!! I am the first private owner of this car (it is a dealer demo) and it has 4 years warranty left. The original dealer is hap...py to have a look but they are over an hours drive away and I will need to get a hire car whilst they try to fix it. DO NOT BUY A HOLDEN, WORST MOST USELESS WARRANTY EVER. I even had 2 different people from Holden give me 2 different stories, one even suggested had I had the towbar fitted interstate that I would have to return to that dealer, absolutely ludicrous. Now I have to return to the dealer that sold me the car and fitted the towbar, as this is not a quick fix I will probably have to hire a car, so don't be fooled into thinking a warranty means no out of pocketr expenses, IT DOESN'T

Awesome service from enquiry to purchase of 2 new Holden Calais Vs. Treated with the utmost respect, spend plenty of time at delivery going over the many features of the vehicles and phoned us two weeks later to 'check in' and make sure we are still loving the vehicle and don't have any concerns.
First service arrives and service team member explains everything they will be doing- offered a lift or sit and wait in the comfortable waiting area for the 1 hour service. Once services has been completed, car is driven to to the undercover pick up a...rea, and the team member comes and over to advise that the service is complete, gives a run down of what has been done and you are then on your way. Two weeks after each service another 'check in' phone call. This is by far the best car dealership I have ever dealt with and have since referred a few buyers there way.
Air Bag recall debacle Blacktown
I recently received an urgent recall notice for my Holden Astra, to then be informed by Heartland Holden Blacktown that I can only drop my car off before between 9am and 1pm, Monday to Friday. I informed them that My work hours are between 7am and 3pm to which the person on the phone basically said "Bad Luck they only do the recall repairs at these times". So I called Holden Customer Care who informed me the latest I can drop my car off is 2pm and if I required a Courtesy car it would cost $20. I know this is a small amount but I should not have to incur any cost because it's their fault. Plus I should be able to drop off and pick up my car at my convenience not Holdens.
I hope their honest and show due respect at baysiden holden Chelsea tomorrow.
As you can see...i havnt rated them yet, but will when once they fix the problem with my sons SS sedan he bought around this time last year for quite a large sum of money.
Ive just read every review going back 5 ish years...and at face value the complaints are 95% the same. Yet the responses from the owner state " we take every review seriously , and have steps in place to stop it from recurring". Which clearly does not happen. And no, i don't want to josh......yet.
Essendon fields Holden
Poor customer service,Holden customer care is even more shocking especially Wendy who doesn't reply to emails got quoted $1500 which was way too pricey for what the job entails.I was disappointed

Transmission issue on my Holden Cruze. Holden indicated they are not prepare to replace despite it is a clear defect which caused leakage of coolant into the transmission and vice versa.
Stay away from Holden. Despite I am a 3rd gen supporter. This is what you get to trust a car which is DEFECTIVE.
Dandenong Booran Holden service is a crap.
Two days ago to took my car for the service as there are esp on and off light showing on dashboard as malfunction.
Try to fix it there and they said they fixed it as clean dirty throttle body and found error code and clear it and road tested. the esp on and off light is gone.
This is the fix.
But the beginning that I told them the esp on and off light sometimes is gone. not showing on the dashboard, like like no problem and sometimes on again.
When I took back my car, the esp on and off light are not showing, I also thought it's fixed at ...
Holdens reply to my post
After my previous post I received a phone call from Holden...
The man that rang said he had the "so called" engineers read my post and they made the decision that the amount of water lost thru the exhaust was "normal"
I was told these engineers he spoke to were involved in the engineering and manufacture of the vehicle so they knew what was "normal running conditions"...
I think the people at Holden don't even realise the ZB Commodore was engineered and manufactured in GERMANY by Opal not Holden Australia...

Don’t look after there loyal customers
Booked appt arrived at dealership castlehill only to find that it hadn’t been put in system. Back window not working as I advised young girl she advised warranty ran out, I advised that this issue was looked into in warranty time only to find that the same issue had arised again. Didn’t want to know about it! I was then advised that it would cost me $160 to get just a quote for the work!
I left! Rip off! I went to s mechanic to have a headlight put it as I was not going to ask Holden to do it! Wanderful guy is going to check it out for for ...
