Holden Cruze with none stop brake downs
Bought a 2016 Holden Cruze with 43,000 on the oddometer in October 2020 from a dealer in the Mackay region. Paid $13,990. I needed a reliable car to get to ongoing life saving medical treatment in Townsville and Mackay. This car none stop broke down. The dealer informed me due to a manufacturer fault. Had to tow car at my cost back to dealer on average every 2 weeks. Costing anywhere from $200.00 - $270.00 per time depending on where the car broke down. Was given loan cars from dealer that had bad tyers with lack of tred. Dealer offered $7,000 ...to buy car back a few months later. 14 months after I bought the car dealer offered $9,000 after the car broke down again. At this point I was so far past over the car and dealer I took that. Given the service or lack of, I was not shocked to see it on the dealer for sale website for almost $16,000 a few days after it broke down and the dealer bought it back. Every time I asked to speak with a manger every time the car broke down, I was told every time no one was available and they would get back to me. No one ever did. I've put in photos of loan car tyers. Shame on this dealer given they are a licensed RD worthy inspection station. I'm not trying to reck the dealer's name. I'm 44 years old and never left a bad review anywhere. I tried so meny times to sort this in person with no luck. This should have been sorted within a few months, not take to the 7.12.2021 to sort. Holden service Mandurah-minus 100 rating but had to put 1 star
Dad's vehicle booked "overdue" service 1&half week prior. Delivered @ 9am Tues. 7 Dec 2021 again stating clear instructions "Service & identify items requiring attention". "Check engine" light had appeared. checked again if Loan car available as I needed the car, father in hospital. no. Pick up 3 & 4pm.
Manager called me approximately 3.15pm.
SERVICE NOT DONE!!!!!!!!!!!! wanted vehicle overnight, necessary to pull out all wiring check for fault

Newcastle City Holden are HOPELESS
Have been trying to buy a car for two months, emailed four times asking for more information and just get ignored. I called yesterday and was asked to email in AGAIN so I did, then I called today to ask if they received my email and how long a response would take... [Name Removed] got all defensive and starts carrying on about "I'm not the one who hasn't answered your emails" and "Why are you taking this out on me" when all I did was ask when I can expect to hear back. He started getting abusive so I told him to keep his car and hung up.
T...his dealership is an absolute joke, I'm throwing $45k in cash at them and they're literally refusing to sell me a car. Glad I dodged this bullet as their after-sales service must be COMPLETELY non-existent if they can't even sell a car to a guy that's had cash ready for two months.

I had a severe shudder and screeching when braking. I contacted the Mandurah service centre, to get it looked at only to be told the were booked up for two weeks. Eagers Holden & HSV - Holden Brisbane Dealer - Terrible customer service and technical support
Now I can understand why no one prefers to buy Holden. It's not the quality of car, it's the customer experience and after sales service.
Tool an appointment from Eagers Holden Brisbane for 7:30 AM for the diagnosis of car as sensor and indicator sound had gone quiet. They kept me waited for 4 hours only to tell me that they haven't found any issue and charged me $155 for this. This is despite I requested them multiple times that I need to attend a meeting and can't wait for long.
I doubt, they even touched my car. When I asked the diagnosis report, they asked $310 to do further diagnosis.
It's a scam, please avoid this place.

Failure to fix warranty issue
Colorado for warranty had for 7 weeks failed to fix car wandering all over the road and shudder in rear end said nothing wrong with car. Local mechanic diagnosed problem in 2 hours bent rear diff housing. Holden still won't fix the car. No wonder they went out of business.

Never take your car to Holden Sunco Budderim
Never go here, Never get a service, never buy a car. Certain male staff are absolute pigs and show disgusting behaviour towards customers. They lie and do anything to not fix your car proply. Even by telling you to never come back when cuz you queried there word and also so they dont have to pay for faults of your car under warranty.
And I'm not the only one this has happened to.
They stick together to lie for each other. Absolute disgrace. Will never recommend ever to anyone.
You will regret taking your car here if you do. Extremely unprofessional
Absolutely Terrable Gateway Holden Fairy Meadow
I had my Holden Commodore ute serviced at Gateway Holden yesterday & it was a very disappointing experience. I put the car in at 8:00am & would I like it washed I said yes & they would call me when it was done. from 3:30pm I kept trying to contact them to no avail. So I went there at 4:00pm they said it's ready just needed to type out the invoice. After waiting for 1/2 hour I complained & suddenly, my invoice appeared! Not only that they didn't wash the car. This is not the first time the service has been not up to scratch, no more will I ever go back!

Over 6 months, Cranbourne Holden performed 3 repairs to my HVAC system, totaling over $800. I'd previously had the tech2 readout taken for the fault from my regular mechanic (faulty driver's side vent actuator), and passed this data along to Cranbourne Holden.
They informed me this wasn't the fault, and assured me it was a different actuator. I trusted them, and authorized the repair. Lo and behold, within days, the issue is back, no front vents. So I took it back... once again, they informed me it was another actuator, but not the one I'd orig...
Outstanding After Sales Service
In November 2020 I purchased a Holden Station Wagon from Steinborner Holden in Gawler and the salesperson was Steven Larrett and just recently I encountered a small issue and spoke with Steve, who was on holidays but referred me to Fred Collier the Manager. The fact that I lived in Victoria, did not deter the team there to assist me and the matter was resolved without any issues. Total professionalism shown by this great team.

Wouldnt even give them a star Everytime my car went in for service It got damaged the issues i had with the car never got fixed no one wanted to get back to me very discusted in the overall aftercar after purchasing the vehicle never would recommend anyone to buy or get there car serviced from there!!!!
Bought my VF11 Calais Sportwagon new from Patterson Cheney Vermont in early 2018. Very pleased with the vehicle which has been returned for three log book services since purchase. All work has been completed well and the vehicle is always ready on time. Customer service both on the phone and at the dealership has always been friendly and helpful. Capped Price Servicing also removes any uncertainty about the cost. Just hope all this support for Holden customers really continues for the next 10 years!

generally it would take about a day to replace the steering assembly, or at least thats how long it took to get mine done.
I bought a brand new LTZ Colorado picked up on 29/07 /2019 I have been having clunking and shuddering
from the auto transmission, I took it back to the holden dealer and am told I need a new torque converter
which I now am been given the run-a-round about not being able to get one can you please answer my question!!! WHY?
