Eagers Holden & HSV - Holden Brisbane Dealer - Terrible customer service and technical support
Now I can understand why no one prefers to buy Holden. It's not the quality of car, it's the customer experience and after sales service.
Tool an appointment from Eagers Holden Brisbane for 7:30 AM for the diagnosis of car as sensor and indicator sound had gone quiet. They kept me waited for 4 hours only to tell me that they haven't found any issue and charged me $155 for this. This is despite I requested them multiple times that I need to attend a meeting and can't wait for long.
I doubt, they even touched my car. When I asked the diagnosis report, they asked $310 to do further diagnosis.
It's a scam, please avoid this place.

Failure to fix warranty issue
Colorado for warranty had for 7 weeks failed to fix car wandering all over the road and shudder in rear end said nothing wrong with car. Local mechanic diagnosed problem in 2 hours bent rear diff housing. Holden still won't fix the car. No wonder they went out of business.

Never take your car to Holden Sunco Budderim
Never go here, Never get a service, never buy a car. Certain male staff are absolute pigs and show disgusting behaviour towards customers. They lie and do anything to not fix your car proply. Even by telling you to never come back when cuz you queried there word and also so they dont have to pay for faults of your car under warranty.
And I'm not the only one this has happened to.
They stick together to lie for each other. Absolute disgrace. Will never recommend ever to anyone.
You will regret taking your car here if you do. Extremely unprofessional
Absolutely Terrable Gateway Holden Fairy Meadow
I had my Holden Commodore ute serviced at Gateway Holden yesterday & it was a very disappointing experience. I put the car in at 8:00am & would I like it washed I said yes & they would call me when it was done. from 3:30pm I kept trying to contact them to no avail. So I went there at 4:00pm they said it's ready just needed to type out the invoice. After waiting for 1/2 hour I complained & suddenly, my invoice appeared! Not only that they didn't wash the car. This is not the first time the service has been not up to scratch, no more will I ever go back!

Zero apologies and when I finally picked up my car couldn’t speak with a manager. Holden service and Clancy’s service extremely bad. Never offered a replacement vehicle.

Over 6 months, Cranbourne Holden performed 3 repairs to my HVAC system, totaling over $800. I'd previously had the tech2 readout taken for the fault from my regular mechanic (faulty driver's side vent actuator), and passed this data along to Cranbourne Holden.
They informed me this wasn't the fault, and assured me it was a different actuator. I trusted them, and authorized the repair. Lo and behold, within days, the issue is back, no front vents. So I took it back... once again, they informed me it was another actuator, but not the one I'd orig...
Outstanding After Sales Service
In November 2020 I purchased a Holden Station Wagon from Steinborner Holden in Gawler and the salesperson was Steven Larrett and just recently I encountered a small issue and spoke with Steve, who was on holidays but referred me to Fred Collier the Manager. The fact that I lived in Victoria, did not deter the team there to assist me and the matter was resolved without any issues. Total professionalism shown by this great team.

Bought my VF11 Calais Sportwagon new from Patterson Cheney Vermont in early 2018. Very pleased with the vehicle which has been returned for three log book services since purchase. All work has been completed well and the vehicle is always ready on time. Customer service both on the phone and at the dealership has always been friendly and helpful. Capped Price Servicing also removes any uncertainty about the cost. Just hope all this support for Holden customers really continues for the next 10 years!
After my 50k service a small oil leak was spotted by me not the servicemen at Holden Tuggerah ! Getting parts to fix it have now taken over 4 months! Seems like Holden have abounded it’s customers and the dealership at Tuggerah don’t give two hoots about their customers now ! Multiple phone calls over 4 months has failed to find out when my repairs will be completed ! The manager at central coast Holden Tuggerah will not talk with me n the situation is a joke ! My advice is to anyone looking for a new car is to NOT buy a HOLDEN ! After my repai...rs are completed (god knows when that will be as still waiting for a part , simple O ring, from overseas And no one can tell me when it will get here ! Holden has simply lied to its customers when they left Australia !
Ballarat Holden Scam
Called the so called service center, I explained to them the problem with the car and that I would normally fix it, but seeing as it was the middle of winter and I didn't have the correct tools I asked weather they could fix it, they said yes.
Took the car in they charged me $169 to tell me that they needed to get parts to fix the issue and quoted me $90 for the next visit. Next visit after the so called repair they tried to hit me up for 220. I said you quoted me $90 they revised there price back down to $90. Of course soon as it started raining the car door leaked. All they did is move car around the car park and charged me nearly $300 for the privilege. My advice is don't go near them.
Mislead by salesman. Advised you could update Satnav but you can't. Charged for a tyre that had a blow out while driving loan vehicle that had 20000kms of wear and tear. Who knows what was done before I had the car.

I've been driving around with my switch broken in my car for a year now. Today the 24 8 20 I decided to drive to see if I could buy the new part. Driving into the dealership no where to park. Walked into this massive place. Walked up to a desk no one was really interested in helping me. Lady said go to that window. I walked to a hole n the wall On standing there for 15 minutes some says ill be with you in a minute. Guy goes ill need your vin number hands me a pencil. Anther 20 minutes Lady on a computer says o god the 400 dollars. Have i tyed...a wreakers. I said OK lets do it. She points me to a small office. I walk over go says have you seen em at the service desk, He was a rude person. I wanted a price on getting it fitted. No one was interested in helping me. Was very uncomfortable. I've been dieing to check out the new ram, I walk around the yard looking for one, A sales rep comes out says are you looking at the new Colorado. I go no i want one of them Pointing at the ram. Guys goes that man there in a suit Hes your man. Two minutes later He hands me the key. Here i am sitting in the drivers seat car running Standing there. Im thinking crap wow i really want this car. 20 minutes car running no one around I walked in another guy looks at me I put the key in the air NO can help or anything I throw him the key. Over all Gosford Holden / dodge / ram A really uncomfortable no customer service i will buy a ram just not from them Regards Jamie Burke
Damage to expensive roof racks during service!!! Watson Holden
Recently had my 2018 Colorado get something fix under warranty at Watson Holden (only had taken it to this dealership due to another dealership not fixing my problem) and when receiving my car back I had noticed they had bent and twisted my $1400 roof racks.
Had called Holden customer service but they put it in the “too hard” basket, now I’m having to deal with the dealership myself on getting them replaced due to my racks now being compromised and no longer under warranty due to the damage and getting nowhere
Terrible service and will be taking this matter further
What did you do to my car?
I have a holden cruze 09 I needed airbags and brakeline fixed (recalls) I waited nearly a month (with me following up) so I contacted customer care and within days my car was able to be fixed! I asked for a rego check too and it failed due to major oil leaks and minor more believable things! All of a sudden my car has a load of smoke coming from under the bonnet, my car has never blown smoke, broken down or had any problem whatsoever until holden looked at it! What happened to my car? It can't be just a coincidence! They quoted me at $1,200 to get it fixed! Thanks for that!

Bought an S3 Audi from them in Feb 2020. I live in the ACT. I trusted them to sell me a car that was roadworthy. It was not to be at all. Upon delivery, it was found that 2 tyres were badly damaged. My mistake for not taking pictures. Anyway, emailed them back and forth to Jason . At first, they seemed interested then suddenly lost all interest and no emails to update at all. I kept sending them reminders after reminders to no avail. So in desperation I wrote to the dealer Principal Matthew . He of course supported his dodgy mechanics and refu...sed to pay out any amount for replacing the tyres. I was not after the $$ but at least if someone had taken the effort to contact me about this issue and put it to bed earlier, then I would not have had to chase after them at all. He spoke like a true entrepreneur cos he needs his mechanics. Instead, he thought my mechanics were dodgy. I have been with my mechanics for years and I have bought many a used car but NONE have had this issue before. So buyers please be aware of this company and if need be, please take pictures to support your claim. I did not do that. I wonder what Matthew would have done had I taken some pictures? The car is a good car but someone there did not do a good job. Plus he is questioning my mechanics integrity. I believe his mechanics are the dodgy ones. BEWARE!

Customer Service 101 - FAILED
My dealings with Alto Holden just kept getting worse. After I was told that a used vehicle would be bought in for me to have a look at there was only deathly silence. Every conversation with the sales person was a result of a phone call I made. If only their ability to return phone calls matched the promises they made! With frustration growing I rang again and was advised by the person who answered the phone that yes, the sales person was in but no, he wasn't answering his phone. He tried again and came back to me saying no one in the Holden te...am was answering their phones. So I decided to drop in to find out what was happening with the promised vehicle. Please have a seat, the sales person you have been dealing with is across the road and we will get him to come and speak with you. I am approached by a different sales person who advises me that they have just found out this very morning that the car they were bringing in for me was involved in a smash yesterday and was written off. Sorry, bad luck. The GM (Manager not Motors ) comes and joins the conversation. Yes, not returning calls is unacceptable. Yes, I apologise about the car. Her tone unmistakably said - now go away. At no point did she say "you are obviously still in the market for a car so come into my office and lets see what I can do to fix this". Customer Service 101. I did source another vehicle same as the one they were offering me. Got it from Wilson Holden, Albion Park. If you want excellent service then its worth the drive. I have just realised that in order to post this review I am required to give them a star rating - one to five. I have to give them a one but they don't deserve it.

generally it would take about a day to replace the steering assembly, or at least thats how long it took to get mine done.
I bought a brand new LTZ Colorado picked up on 29/07 /2019 I have been having clunking and shuddering
from the auto transmission, I took it back to the holden dealer and am told I need a new torque converter
which I now am been given the run-a-round about not being able to get one can you please answer my question!!! WHY?
