changes and damaged cupboards upon arrival and another 3 week delay. Once the kitchen arrived it was clear the kitchen was made with high quality products, beautiful handles and quality hardware. With the kitchen being pre-assembled it made installation so much easier and more time efficient.

The only part of the entire process that was disappointing was the lack of communication and dodging my calls when the issues arose with the supplier. This caused a lot of stress and financial strain. Other than this I would recommend them for their products and quality kitchens.

The overall cost of the kitchen provided good value and was delivered to us ( in Brisbane ) in good time. Great experience from design to install – We gutted our kitchen and used Home Design Co to design everything from a new layout to look and feel organising install. Was such a smooth and easy (and budget-friendly process!) The kitchen is far more functional than what I had originally designed and I loved being able to consult the team to help choose the colours. When contacted regarding issues, no accountability was told to speak to the installer myself and handle with them directly as once they received my money and kitchen as far as they are concerned their job is completed. There idea of compensation was a $350 rebate, which I have never received, also out of pocket for additional trades that I have had to get in to finish and fix the job. Should have left my old kitchen in there as it would have been a better result, cupboards are not straight, and you will be told ' can only work with what we have.'
