This review is directed specifically to the Homecorp Warranty team, whilst a lot of people were involved in the process, John and Patricia were amazing and hugely instrumental in getting the job to completion. I unfortunately had some defects that needed amending some years after construction completed, these things happen. The guys dealt with the rectifications fast and efficient and far exceeded expectations! I was hugely impressed about how they took ownership of the problem and arranged absolutely everything to have it fixed and tidied up all a few weeks before Christmas! I know this was a really big job and took a lot of co-ordination so 10 points to the guys who don't usually get to sit on the pleasant end of the process!

Building our home with Homecorp has been an outstanding experience. From the very beginning of our build journey, our Customer Experience Officer provided exceptional guidance, ensuring every step was clear and stress-free through open, knowledgeable, and transparent communication which gave us complete confidence in the process On handover day, our Site Supervisor welcomed us warmly and presented our home to a high standard, inside and out. It was evident that Homecorp take great pride and care delivering homes to owners, making the moment truly special. We are thrilled with the quality of finish of our new home and couldn’t be happier that we chose Homecorp. We would recommend Homecorp to anyone considering building a home.
