I set up the washer, checked, as I thought everything, turned the water on and power, all went well, then hose popped off. Quickly turned everything off. Reconnected the hose again and nothing worked. Could water have got into the motor . Have I broken it?

Hi just bought this product trying to assemble gun+spray nozzle. Couldn't work out how to insert lance and spray nozzle to gun.

Push the extender tube into the "gun" opening, twist it round till the latch fits into the slot and then press the tube in with some force, then twist it and it will lock into place. Same with the second extender. See link : external link

This works well, BUT THE PIPE KEEPS SPLITTING are their spare parts or replacement pipes, this is the second one that has split the pipe on its 1st or 2nd use. Most frustrating. Having to take them back to Bunnings is a pain. The pipe is difficult not to keep curling no matter how careful you are.

Why it is the water can’t come out when it’s on?

There is a filter inside the plastic hose connection where the hose gets connected. Would check this filter. Is the hose pushed on properly? Some connectors won't let water through if the connector isn't on properly. Have you turned the tap on close to full?
