I ordered easy walker shoes. Homyped took the money, but I got no confirmation or tracking emails. I asked customer service (very hard to find and no phone number, just a generic address), and I did get a response that assured me the order was being processed. I asked for the tracking email, but I have still not received it. My last two orders… Read more
were fine. Now I have no confidence in ordering from Homyped again. It is a shame. The shoes are great. But, I concur with other reviewers - the service is awful. It remains to be seen if I ever see the shoes. I feel very let down. I did make a screenshot of the tracking number when ordering, and I am glad I did, in case I need to recover my money. It is my only proof. If you order from Homyped, you should do the same.
Ordered Dream Strp Pewter Sandal on the Homyped website and they arrived within a few days to my rural area in Qld. Fantastic service and beautiful sandals. Homyped are the best shoe as I have CMT disease which makes me lose my balance. The sole of Homyped shoes are not only so comfortable but seem to keep my feet in the right position. Thanks `Homyped. I've been buying & wearing Homypeds for years - I'm aged 73 years. Recently purchased some thong-type sandals and a pair of sandals from a local Chemist chain. All fit well. Problem is with the sandals: HP Twin Narrow Mushroom colour. These sandals tend "grip" the carpet unless I walk like I'm marching. Caused me to fall recetly. Contact by… Read more
email with Homyped, was replied to promptly, with several emails back and forth. Final email stated that ... "this style HP TWIN NARROW MUSHROOM is designed to be part of or Active Range which is designed to for outdoor wear." "The outsole used on this style is designed with the intention to grip to ensure you don't slip when outside."
My final response:
"I wonder then, why isn't there a Disclaimer stating ... "outdoor use only." I don't wait till going outside to wear sandals. I put them on inside, then go wherever I'm going outside to do whatever activity I intend to do. Either way, not a good explanation. Very disappointing. Kind regards, xxxxx *So, just be aware of these types of soles when buying any shoes / sandals.
Been dealing with Homeped customers service for 3 months with a return issue. They don’t care and are useless. Never will deal with them again online. Lost over $60. Show details
Follow-up · I’ll never deal or buy this again as the issue hasn’t been dealt with and you took my money and I’ve not got my replacement shoes. How disappointing.
My sister in law bought a pair of the Homyped Dream sandals. They would be great if it wasn't for the rough finish on the top of the seam on the side sof each sandal. The rough seam ends rub the feet around the ankles, especially on the sides of the ankles making it unwearable. Show details
Follow-up · The seams that are the problem are on the inside, hence the issue with irritation and blistering. Otherwise, they are comfortable & suppirtive.
I have ordered shoes online. Done this many times before with no problems at all.I have Never received the shoes from Homyped. Sent 3 emails and no response. Unable to call them, no phone. By past experience, this only applies to companies who are in China. They can advertise with an Australian name but operate from Australia by email only.… Read more
Returns will have to go to Netherlands and then to China. Them companies play the 30 day game, by not responding and declare that you are at fault, because you cant report to the authority with change of mind or faulty items. This was my experience with another company. Authorities know this. PayPal is of no help. I have learned my lesson and I suggest you all keep your eyes wide open. A walk to the store might be cheaper in the long run for all.
Hubby bought a pair of Homyped thongs 11 months ago due to plantar faciitis in feet, and toe piece broke and is not able to be fixed. Thongs in good repair other than breakage. Cost about $70 and we expected a couple of years at least of wear, so wont be buying Homypeds again Show details
Beware Homyped shoes don’t last. They fall apart. I have a pair of sandals that I have worn twice and always kept them in the box. They show no wear but I went to wear them yesterday and was walking around the house when I noticed pieces of them falling off. I needed to attend a funeral so it was most inconvenient. I took a video to show how… Read more
they are literally crumbling away. It shouldn’t matter if I have had them several years. They should last when hardly ever worn. This is the second time this has happened with Homypeds. I have never had a problem with other brands. I use Sketchers and Scholl and they are fine, Only Homypeds have caused an issue. They are expensive which I don’t mind as long as they last. But Homypeds don’t last.
Homyped shoes are meant to be for wide feet.I really liked the look of the Superwalker Lace shoes in sage but unfortunately they were a very disappointing narrow fit. These shoes are made in China, where shoes are generally made narrow for the Asian market This has translated into these shoes also being narrow, despite their claim of being C+… Read more
width. If you have wide feet and were hoping for a nice pair of suitable, very well made and attractive shoes, don't buy these. It's a waste of your time and return postage of $15. I was very disappointed
So I purchased a pair of homyped shoes and they arrived promptly. However despite using their size guides the shoes are too big. In that same day I obtained their return policy and posted them back to homyped (all within 5 hours) and contacted them via their email because I would just like to exchange them for the right size and make sure the… Read more
voucher I used does not go to waste. It’s now been over a week and absolutely no response to various emails. The phone number is nothing more than a recording telling me to email (you can’t get through to anyone)… so no shoes and no refund!! I have no idea what step to take next because there does not seem to be any number to call. Very disappointing experience.
I received a pair that I ordered online today. Got the item size 8 way too big for the foot slipping off so I’ve done the right thing I’ve contacted them through the refund policy the same days I received the shoes not only was it hard to even find that but when I did track it down finally, I wrote my stating everything about how they were too big… Read more
for me and I would like to either swap them over. How do I go about it or get a refund I gave them all the order number all that information that was required. I then get one person rings me up who claims she’s a manager and then tells me that no even though on the invoice says you have 30 days to do a refund you do not qualify because it’s strictly said on the time of the day that you couldn’t do it well hello what a load of crap you don’t sell things online without a refund policy and clearly states on invoice so then she’s virtually telling me there is no way that I can return these items knowing that I’m not gonna be able to wear them and as I said to her what a great service Homeyped treat there customer to customers and being a first-time customer. Probably last time customer now!!! that’s the best you can do.!!! Please give me someone I can actually talk to who has the authority to at least give me the opportunity to exchange them for the right size then eventually I get a hang up I get no follow-up so I imagine that this person must be what is the time is now 330 obviously it was getting close to the end of the day and could not be bothered to even change the situation help a customer out so Homeypedthis your representation of your company? Disgusting service and I advise people not to buy any of their products online because they are not an Australian company. They do not abide by the Australian policies. They have an invoice strictly saying that we funds are available as long as it’s within the period they do not honour it. I am totally put off by your brand. I am totally put off by your brand I will never buy your brand again. I will talk to people about your brand and say the customer service is non-existent disgraceful for an Australian company who happily is happy to sell stuff online but will not offer the refund as per the invoice available a refund within 30 days or exchange. Once you do your little chase around to get it and you still don’t do it never again never 0 star for this review
Bad service for sure !
All good – I have bought Homyped shoes for years as I have orthotics and can put them in these shoes and It has become difficult to purchase them locally. I have purchased a number of shoes from Brand House Direct and been happy with the process and communication especially when I needed to return some shoes. I will use this company again.
Review of Thongs – The Scholl Thongs are comfortable and the straps firm on feet. Would recommend. The Homyped Thongs are comfortable, and, the only thing I found are the straps are looser on one foot than the other. Other wise are so comfortable.

Review of homyped shoes – Excellent seller and delivery. Would deal with again. Thanks for a great transaction.
Better build quality needed – Comfortable to wear but Homyped strap sandals have poor build quality- straps are glued to base, not stitched. After some wear the strap comes loose from the base and needs to be reglued.
Above and beyond – Ordered orthopaedic inserts and Velcro strap extensions. Ordered the wrong type and Catherine kindly sent me replacement free of charge. Great, timely service and communication Show details
Great satisfaction – My experience from start to finish, was nothing but pleasant and easy, from the order to the delivery. Was kept up to date with the progress, shipping details, right through to delivery. Great. +++++++
Arnold 2 – Plenty of depth to put an orthotic in, if required. Great if your feet are different shapes, due to adjustment points. The toe seam could rub if you have "hammer" toes. Little cushioning under foot. Show details
Good quality shoes - but not the best for flat feet – I've bought a number of shoes in the hopes of finding something comfortable for my swollen, wide and flat feet. I like the fit of the shoes and the quality, but the insoles are torture on flat feet. The arch supports are too high and firm. While they make shoes to accommodate other foot conditions, they don't seem to have anything designed for flat feet. Show details
The shoes I bought were great – Have bought quite a few pairs of shoes the service is fast and fabulous no messing around can highly recommend the shoes all came in boxes for safety no marks
