This is how we received the package. They assumed one bottle is broken based on the photo, so refunding us for one bottle. them especially when broken glass in involved. All this ordeal for a refund of $17.43 for over a $200 order. I tried taking more photos as they wanted more pictures and in the process of taking out the stuff from the package, I cut my finger due to the scattered broken glass pieces and was bleeding. There is no apologies whatsoever. When I asked why only one bottle has been refunded, they are asking now for more photos of the bottles to prove the damage but they have all been binned. I had better expectations and was hoping they would resend the items or refund without a fuss. Very very poor customer service and DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

months use by date! I use this oil in my small home business and I am very unhappy and will NEVER use this dishonest company ever again! No wonder they have poor ratings, they sell nothing bur old rubbish for full retail prices. How am I expected to sell my products after a few months knowing the oil will probably go off? A complete waste of money and this company don't care trust me I wouldn't spend a dime on their products they are cheaters.

 Follow-up  · I cannot use this product at all. I cannot offer my customers 12 month use by date when the product I purchased to make my product has 3 months use by date. Terrible company as they didn't see an issue with this. Will never buy from them again.

amount of detail, including product code. Invoice should be enough. Appears to be designed to be as difficult as possible to contact them. Reporting to Dept Fair Trade. Purchase at own risk. Beware.

Paid $96.80 for a product and they sent the wrong one.they told me it was a marketing error. Sent them back and was only refunded $76.80. Customer service was terrible. Would never use this company again. Rip offs

I have been a long term customer of Honest to Goodness but the quality of their products is just not good enough. floor washed in a strong detergent and left to dry with the residue still on them. I paid almost $100 for a 5kg bag of these nuts. I have also noticed that if I post a negative review about a product on their website it is never published, so do not believe those 5 star reviews for products. They only publish the good reviews. I am really sad about this because I really want to support organic production. However I am not willing to pay a premium price for a poor quality product. I have written in to complain but they have never given me a refund.

Honest to Goodness support were amazing and they dispatched a new package a day or so after being notified of the issue.

Curious, I looked at the shippers reviews. As expected the reviews for Border Express are terrible.

I love the product range, but I do not love having my package lost.

Disappointing Lack of communication – I purchased, by accident, 2 lots of Organic Maple Syrup 5Litre. As soon as I realised my mistake I messaged Honest to Goodness to correct the order for 1 but no reply and I had to pay for 2. Sadly the quality of the Maple Syrup is not the same as the one I purchased a year ago. I again emailed Honest to Goodness to inform them of the situation, and again no reply. I will not be purchasing from them again.

my personal experience their produce is of good quality. Most of the time packaging seems to be good or at least adequate. I also had to enquire a couple of times about my purchase progress and I can’t fault their support either. Their pricing is average to good most of the time. Those, I guess, are good points. What is not so good is warehouse operations. E.g. timing between the purchase and dispatch. My last purchase took them 3 days to ship out. Hence the whole process of purchase from the customer perspective takes around a week from the purchase point to the delivery of items. (To Brisbane). Something I think they should work on. Another point, somehow that is to do with the delivery too is their delivery company of choice. Not sure if they use anyone else, but most of my deliveries were with the Border express. By far, not the best choice. I will leave it at that. All in all I still would recommend them if you’re after quality produce on budget and don’t mind waiting for your delivery.

saves having to go to the shops every week for my staples. The only downside is the organic chocolate coated almonds which they have in bulk bins at the front of the shop are just too delicious I can't help but buy them but have eaten them all by the time I get home!

Good products without fillers and good packaging, free shipping – The order only took 2 days to arrive, the packaging was good, nothing broken, ordered glass, cans and powders. I eat paleo so only buy stuff without additives, fillers thickeners, colours, flavoring etc They could do with a larger range of products tho.

And a note on their wholesale site, there really is no point in using it unless you are very close to where H2G warehouse is located. It will always work out cheaper on their Retail site, due to the Free Shipping.. unless of course you're in Tasmania :/

Best online organic shop – I order regularly from H2G, like every 6 weeks. I have never had a problem with any products or service from them, and I live in regional NSW. I buy either in bulk or smaller items and I'm never disappointed. I've also been to their store and the staff are lovely!

Wrong items delivered, then damaged item delivered, rude customer service – Delivered wrong items. When proper items delivered, bags of flour had holes in them from improper handling at warehouse, don't honour advertised price. Zero apology.

Poor service after complaint – I've bought stoneground wholemeal flour from Honest To Goodness for a couple of years. It is milled and bagged by their supplier. and provided all the details they asked for. I rang them again this morning because I had not heard from them. Finally, I rang them again at 4pm this afternoon and they agreed to refund my credit card. It should not take a day and a half and three phone calls to have your money refunded when product is sub-standard.

Great – I received a voucher for Honest to Goodness so i thought i'd give it a go. I put an order in for about 4 products on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. Considering it came from Sydney to me in south east Victoria, i think that's great. They kept me updated on the order aswell. Really happy with the customer service and quality of products and will definately shop with them again. Great products and customer service

Excellent – I've just received my order which I placed 2 days ago. Very pleased with the packaging as they reuse the boxes. They have quite a good range of organic and non-gmo products, some things are even cheaper than Coles (i.e. organic quinoa) I would recommend them and definitely use again. great range, prices are not too bad, very cheap and fast delivery none so far
