Disappointed with the machine – I bought the hoover dryer because I have had a smaller hoover dryer that's been working well for the last 21 years. problem saying that heat pump dryers work this way. For the price I am extremely disappointed, although the energy star rating is full but if it must run for 5hrs then it works out the same. The only thing I like about it is the water tank and how it keeps the dust in the filter.
Highly recommended this Hoover heat pump dryer – drys clothes well, easy to clean. Heat pump dryers take longer to dry clothes but they are gentle on the clothes and more economical so its to be expected. Great Dryer! – We were looking for a dryer that would create less steam in a small area. This dryer was a great price and size compared to others on the market - and a great energy star rating! This machine has blown us away with no steam, which means no mound and super dry clothes. You need to be open minded that it drys differently, and takes longer, but overal its worth it. Show details
The way to drying your clothes in winter – This Product was pretty cheap compared to the other Dryers out there in the Market. We purchased this one from the Maribyrnong Goodguys store and it has helped us out so so much! Why would you leave your house smelly by using indoor clothes lines which actually can cause respiratory issues, when you can get them dried up with 2 hours? Show details
What a grear machine! – Just about the greatest new machine I've seen in a long time. It just takes the hard work out of laundry. Straight from the washer and dries to whatever you require for ironing or putting straight into the linen cupboard, whatever you want and without all that steamy mess! I just love it. Show details
Works well but loose lint more than I expected – I realise the Hoover appliance side of things in Aust is now a budget brand made by a Turkish company (possibly Beko) and sold exclusively by Good Guys, but I gathered the build quality looked sound enough for a go, especially with Good Guys' extended Concierge warranty. clothes dryer and this fitted the bill mainly because Good Guys had a sale, bringing this down to $999 from $1399. A bargain. Time will tell if we have a trouble free experience over the 5 years it's warranted for.
So far, the machine works well, except there is a lot of loose lint around the door sills. Otherwise, it's quiet, and it dries quite well if you're reasonable about the volume of clothes you put in.
