Having not rented in a long time, the work that Duncan has done for me today has been outstanding. I cannot fault his attention to detail. And the communication as been great. All problems with the rental have been fixed and this makes me very happy. The lady in the office is also amazing with following up all the work.

Just had Duncan the roof plumber come and sort out water leak issues. He found the problem and also made suggestions what further preventative repairs and maintenance can be done.

Duncan was polite, efficient, and good at communicating. He explained the reason behind each issue that I had and explained why the issue was occurring and what he was able to do to help with it. He solved the issue of an annoying beeping hot water heater and determined that my house was leak-free. Very happy with the experience!

No heating in 10 degrees! – Had someone come out 2 days for the same issue with heater, was advised they need a part and its a quick fix. They got the part, came back and the guy that attended was in a rush, lied and said its all fixed without testing it and its not working!!!! Now I have been trying the after hours lined which clearly has no one behind it to answer. Absolute Joke!!!!
