Epson V550 photo scanner – Scanner arrived exactly as described and in excellent condition. The packaging showed no signs of any rough treatment. Processing of the order was quick and efficient and delivery was quick. Hot.com was a pleasure to deal with.

Epson V700 scanner in a battered packing – Packing placed me in a suspicion and I was not happy with packaging but Steven and Rhyse form "Hot.com.au" shown me all the similar producys have same packaging. Thank you. It costed me a travelling time of 3 hours to find out but was worth it. Epson needs to improve packaging. Good response, service and quick delivery.!

V700 Scanner Arrived - but the worst for wear – Received my Epson V700 scanner in only a few days! Good delivery. However the box is pretty battered around and it obviously has been opened - no seals on the box catches. Surely the damage cant have all happened on the delivery trip(?). Is in not new, but a refurbished unit? If it is a refurbished unit I will be more than a bit disappointed! Have yet to use it - looks OK, but will sure let you know if it isn't.

Panasonic AE8000 – I am very happy with this projector. I was more then impressed with the 2d and 3d images it put up. I was a bit concerned about the so called "fly screen effect" but I am happy to say I just can't see it unless I get within about a meter or so of the screen. Further away then that and it is just a really beautiful picture.

The one thing it has shown up as the lower quality of anything other then bluerays. Everything looked great on the Samsung but every sin is shown by the Panasonic AE8000, this is a good thing btw and no slight on the projector. It just shows the [censored word removed] I didn't see or didn't notice on my TV's.

The price was by far the best price around so cheers hot.com.au. You saved me 300 right there and up to 1300 if I was stupid and didn't shop around.

While I am here I would also like to thank [name removed]. He answered my questions very fast and was the other reason apart from price that I purchased the projector from hot.com.au. It gave me a lot of confidence when I can send a question and get a response withing a few hours, both times!!

sourced a replacement bulb even though I could get one from a local shop they had to order one over east still waiting not happy. Want a refund please It looked the part It was not working suspect hot new it was damaged.

Good review – Excellent turn around time on order to purchase. I have struggled a bit to order. When I order, I want to order the smae cartridge in different colours or black but i don't always find it easy to find exactly what I'm looking for as there seem to be different codes for the same cartridge? Panasonic Projector – My husband researched thoroughly before deciding on the Panasonic PT-AE8000 projector. Being relatively new we were waiting until the price came down. Regarding the product - I have read numerous reviews regarding mid ranged home theatre projectors and had been deciding between a Epson PowerLite 9100 and the Panasonic AE8000. What tipped me to get the Panasonic was the anamorphic screen. I only watch blu ray movies and hated those bars on the top and bottom. The Panasonic is amazing! I have it at 115" at the moment on the wall and love it. This is the first projector I've owned but I definitely recommend getting a projector over a TV. Anamorphic, 2400 lumens, 500,000:1 contrast ratio, 3D Expensive (although was quoted $3800 in store, paid $3100)

Purchase of Epson V700 Scanner – After doing internet research of currently available scanners and comparing their features, prices, value and expectations of performance and reliability, I chose the Epson V700. My order was placed online and pre-paid by credit card. I was pleasantly surprised to receive delivery of the new scanner only two or three days later.
