As Hungry Jacks crap app requires, I chose the drive thru, which shouldn't even be an option when the store is closed and drive thru is the only option, or when it DOESN'T speed up the order process, or when operating your phone while on the road, or in the drive thru, is an offence, and which I have raised with Hungry Jacks NUMEROUS TIMES, or when McDonald's and KFC don't require this function, and I received my order number..

When I pulled into the drive thru and told the incompetent tattooed, child like manager my order number, he claimed not to have it in his system and despite driving around to the window and showing my order number, and the order details, he refused to complete the order..

Being my birthday, and that I am on a minimal budget due to unforeseen expenses, I was not in a position to reorder the meals and I had to leave without the food I ordered for us all...

I don't think I need to say how p!ss'd off I was...

Fast forward 2 days, and Hungry Jacks have stolen the funds that were pending in my bank account for food the cocky little turd, child like manager refused to process instead of refunding..

The other managers at the Hungry jacks store I ordered from would, and have, sorted and processed an order with the same issues..

The same issue occured a week or so before this, and the manager fixed the issue without a fuss..

To top off the refusal to process the order based on the order details in my app, and that the issue occured only minutes after ordering, the child like manager tried accusing me of ordering at the wrong store. and then proceeded to claim the issue was on my end, not on his, despite the fact that the app showed all the relevant details that his system didn't have..

Taking my money after all of the aforementioned issues is a slap in the face...

I will not be spending any more money on

25 minute wait in drive through. Orders not taken from alternate lanes making it unfair. Finally got to place order and told no ice cream products available. Forced to wait another 20 minutes to get out. Stay away!

Normally we are quite pleased with HJ UNTIL we ordered from their Lake Haven store. Gave us squished empty dried up chicken burgers that were the wrong burgers for a start then when drove alllll the way back to the store they told us they’d run out of chicken hence the rubbish they served us. come out to wipe tables down. Staff were taking a break eating at the table so I thought it would have been obvious they needed cleaning. Also the floors had mud from workmans boots and food scraps.

hardly no onion on it & it had no lettuce on it...but at least it had cheese on that whopper. My whopper looked dry...hardly no tomato sauce & no mayo...no lettuce - only 2 small tiny pieces of lettuce the size of a 1 cent piece. Only had 1 pickle on it ??. But no cheese??? It looked so dry & unappetising I took a photo of it. I had to add a my own slice cheese & lettuce from our fridge & had to put tomato sauce & mayo on it too. Why did we pay $30.10 to Hungry Jacks when I basically had to add my own salad & dressing & ingredients from home to make it at all palatable. Who are making these burgers there ???. Not the same as they used to make them. Downsized them too !!! But noticed the prices have gone up on everything there. But the standard & quality of food hasn't. This is about the 3rd time we've had a s###y meal from Westbourne Park Hungry Jacks. Not going there in the future. Their whoppers certainly don't look like the ones that they advertise. I was better off making my own burger at home than getting one from there.

So, after seeing the online pictures of the Kansas City Jacks Fried Chicken burger (photo 2) I ordered 1 and received this (photo 1), now if that is not false advertising, I don't know what is. I started to leave feedback on there site but stopped when they required my address, totally unnecessary. I rang the store duty manager who has offered a replacement.

Absolutely love Hungry Jack's! They always deliver and I especially love their large chocolate sundaes. Always filled to the top, not halfway or half melted like some other foodchains. I hope one day they get in a chocolate soft serve which be amazing!! Show details

identifies as female. The person said "hurry up, we're busy". I said "I took the trouble to call, I could have not called" I was about to say "and just told everybody how bad the food is" but before I could finish my sentence, the person said "ok" and hung up on me. I rand the NSW state office the next day. They promised a manager would call me back. Nobody called. I called a week later. The call centre person said they could see my call registered a week early, unresolved. He promised a manager would call me. Nobody called. I attempted to call 4 more times over the next week's. Everytime a voicemail saying call back later. It is impossible to complain so I am now showing you the junk they served up. Also, the cheese burger in the picture had very little filling and was dry and unappetising.

the size of a fish finger. So pricey for 5, but nice coating of spicy sauce, which had a good kick. I deducted 1xstar because of the nutritional panel which SHOCKED the socks off me. Everything is excessive, calories, fat, sodium, I CANNOT believe the numbers for everything was so high,as it's certainly wasn't filling. I'm glad I tried them, but they're too unhealthy for me to eat again.
