Trig hitch 2000kg – Called in and very helpful over the phone. Didn't require the tow hitch so staff removed the extra product to make it more affordable. Products great and the staff very helpful

Great service – Got tyres fitted and the free games and coffee machine made the wait time fly. Also picked up some trailer parts which the sales staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable Will be back for sure

Landrruiser Wheel caps – Product wasn't as advertised when my husband rang up to talk to someone about it The description was changed When I sent in a picture and requested a refund of the product and the postage they made out it was us that order the wrong product then they 2 weeks to do the refund to my disgust it was for product only as they don't believe they did anything wrong Would never buy from them again

Charged a return fee when goods didn’t turn up on time – Ordered slides for a job in our workshop.expected them to be a few days but after 2 weeks we had to go to carrum downs and purchase them as no order came.no follow up or anything from huntsman staff.original order came after 3 weeks so we returned them and they charged us a restocking fee. Absolute woeful service in line with other reviews.we won’t deal with this mob again

Disappointed – I ordered a set of 24 wheel nuts but only received 17 , I understand anyone can make a mistake . I called to report this and was promised the extra seven would be posted out . It’s been over three weeks since I raised this issue so I’m assuming I’m not receiving what I paid for . I know this is only a small inexpensive order but not receiving what I paid for is unacceptable .

Really helpful and friendly!! – The guys at Huntsman really took care of the caravan tyres from replacement, customer service and scheduling to great coffee machine, lounge area, snack vending machine AND free retro car racing rides on an old 80’s machine while we waited! Hands down the best half hr I’ve spent in a garage waiting for the work to be done!! Thanks guys!!

boat trailer wheelbearings – awesome service.couldnt get wheelbearings and seals for my American wakeboat trailer anywhere.Peter had it all sorted with 2 phone calls and a half hour visit.cheers Peter

Excellent products and customer service is fantastic – Excellent service from this Company and the customer service is second to none. I would recommend this Company to everyone. We had a small problem and with one phonecall it was fixed within minutes.

Ordered full suspension axles and brakes for a boat trailer my bad for not looking into things and taking their advice – Brake callipers are seized Brake pads fell apart Wheel bearing are buggered Calliper bolts hit the leaf springs so you have to unbolt axles to work on things ‍ $2500 in the bin

acknowledge her and say there isn’t a booking made but we will fit it in , she told them what was to go on and with Triton rims and the guy says yes we have them , wife was annoyed as they taking way longer to get it done and needed to be somewhere else in a hurry, she got the Ute and did notice it was pulling to the left and due to been in a hurry she would get me to sort it out plus I had muddies put on and yes they can be noisy but I couldn’t hear my radio , and if I drove along and hit a bit of damage on the road I would loose control of the steering wheel, well I took it elsewhere for a wheel alignment and these guys are just shaking there head as every part of the wheel alignment was out in a big way, they fixed it but they also informed me that they are Hilux rims not Triton ( yeah I asked Huntsman for Triton rims ) so me running hilux rims can cause the wheelnuts to snap off, so now to buy Triton rims , avoid these people at all costs

Carrum Downs Store - Really Poor Customer Service Skills – I contacted Huntsman Carrum Downs to inquire if they had a specific set of rims for my 4wd. don't have them there. The storeman said that he would have to go get them from the other warehouse around the corner and it would take about 20-30 minutes. I told him I would come back later. I arrived back an hour later to find the joint all locked up! I drove 300km to pick these items up only to leave empty handed and out of pocket. I called the store Monday when they opened and explained my situation hoping that they would come to the party and send the rims up for me. This is where it all went south!! I was met with a rude and argumentative bloke who's primary defense was "well the blokes wanna get home". That's not the issue here and I totally agree that they all deserve a beer at the end of a hard days work. My issue is, why say you have them there when you don't? Why would the storeman not tell me that they were closing in half an hour so maybe just hang about whilst he goes and grabs them? Then this bloke on the phone accuses me of playing a blame game. It's not a blame game mate, it's a customer service which is something this bloke has absolutely no skillset in. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of products from this company over the years when I lived in Melbourne. Hence why I drove 300km each way to purchase these items. This bloke and his attitude has just lost me as a customer and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Beyond disappointed as the product are absolute quality.

Very poor quality products and bad customer service – I bought bearing kits that were not complete,I bought bearing mate that fell apart, I bought brake pads for my trailer that didn’t fit. When I sent a video about the brake pads not fitting the caliper properly they replied to me with that’s how they are. The pads got jammed in the caliper and the wheel almost caught fire

BUYER BEWARE Poor quality, not fit for purpose – Bought their "marine 2800kg axle and hydraulic brake kit" it hasn't even done a years service on my boat trailer and all 4 calipers have seized! the only stainless item in this whole disc assembly is the piston. the housing has rusted around it making ALL brakes unusable. 6 months and had to be replaced with the correct copper nickel brake tube. Absolute garbage so don't waste your money! Cost me 3k also so wasn't cheap!

Help where others couldn’t – Trying to repair caravan trailer brakes, all other reputable suppliers couldn’t help, these guys found what I needed at a great price
