office". No proper response on technical details either - do they know their own product? I finally gave up after a month and requested my deposit returned. That was delayed and delayed and only happened once I commenced a complaint and a recall through my bank. Oh - and the salesman argued with me on the telephone that somehow the delays were of my making.
Follow-up · In response to the questions from the community: No visit onsite. Technical details about the system did not match the questions. Sign up and payment of deposit was very fast. Waiting started after that.

providing my bank details and following up multiple times (including WhatsApp messages and phone calls), I received no meaningful response and the refund was not processed.
I was forced to issue a formal written notice and lodge a complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading. The refund was only processed late on the final day of the deadline, and without any prior communication. The company later stated they had “kept me informed” and that delays were due to product shortages, which does not reflect my experience or the information provided to me at the time.
In contrast, I subsequently engaged a local installer who was professional, communicative, and completed installation within 5 weeks of initial contact.
The matter is now resolved as the refund has been received, however the lack of communication and the need to escalate to obtain a refund was extremely disappointing.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend dealing with this company.

was very quick to send me a quote. As he was my first contact for the Solar I waited for a week till others responded to the calls and emails. Some of them were trying to offer cheaper equipment. Some got back to us very late. Then we had a tight timeframe for installation as we were heading for December holidays. So Harry organised our installation about week before our tour. But due to weather warning it was postponed and then finally installed around three days before our trip. Installer was not good with Wi-fi settings so he couldn't do it. But after we returned Harry gave me the required information. By this time he was not in the country. Finally helped me to get the retailer to do the required changes to our billing too. This is not the best part of this project. After my install I got my sister to get her one done by Harry and the clang. They were the lowest offer. But unfortunately after around 4 days of operation Sungrow inverter failed. This is the best test to gauge any Solar power system provider. But Harry responded and got the inverter from Sungrow. It took about a month for getting the inverter to be sent to Wantirna. Yes, team came next day after informing Harry about arrival of the inverter and now everything is going well. So Harry his team and even Sungrow has passed the harshest test. I am happy to recommend this company as a responsible company and also they provide value for money. If I could I would have even given Six Stars rating

measuring 1134 x 1722 making the job possible as these panels are shorter in length than most 440w panels. Other components consisted of 4 x TIGO Optimisers for the East facing 4 panels that experience shade in the late afternoon and the removal of an old 1.5kW system that was on the North face.
System is good, and service has improved – Had a 6.6kw system installed with battery, installers great. System keeps going into error and cuts power to my home, until it resets itself. Poor workmanship in installation – I had 11 panels installed on my roof on Wednesday 13 September. On Saturday 16 September, I climbed on the rood to inspect the panels. I was shocked at the lack of care. Scuff marks, hand prints and possible scratches on 8 of the 11 panels. I should not have to clean these panels. I have complained to the company but no reply as yet. I want them to come and clean the panels and check to see if any are scratched and replace if they are. Careless install that makes me wonder what else is not right.

8 weeks to get the panels installed. On enquiring the delay, I was made aware that the specific panels, I had initially selected, were taking too long to come by. Infact, as an interim solution, they even tried to up-sell other panels that they had in stock claiming it was a one off deal, which I candidly refused. However, this was just the beginning of my ordeal, immediately upon installation, I was given my 2nd shocker, I was told that the fronius inverter provided by their vendor was faulty and that, they would replace it asap. After following up with them numerous times they finally got the inverter replaced after a grueling 6 weeks wait. Now please be mindful that as a customer I had already waited 14 weeks just for the initial installation, not to mention, the additional 3 weeks, that it normally takes to get the inspection and smart meter installation done. I was guessing by now, that finally my miseries had ended and now it was my turn to reap the benefits of my patience. But destiny had other plans for me. With the solar system installed, I was expecting it to produce power, but here again, I was completely wrong with my expectations. The darn system was just not producing the required output. Infact, when I compared the output figures with my friend, who also apparently had a similar sized solar system, I was embarrassed!!! I again got in touch with Solar hybrid solutions and tried to explain my situation, all my requests were taken were casually and I was just given assurances that all was good its just because Melbourne weather is unpredictable. I was asked to monitor my systems performance on a sunny day and then do a comparative analysis. Every week, I would do the same and compare it with my friends system output and I knew that something was awfuly wrong with my system. Eventually, after waiting another 6 weeks and countless calls, hybrid solar solutions finally agreed that there was a problem and a site inspection by engineer was organized. After the first visit, I was informed that the engineer had failed to identify any definitive fault and hence, a second visit was required. The second visit took them another 13 days to organize, that too after following up with them myriad times. The 2nd visit was a eureka!! moment, as they finally admitted that some panels were not producing the desired wattage. I was relieved, that by the grace of God, my system will utimately be fixed now. Then again, I had misjudged my luck, they did some tests and started blaming the inverter to be faulty. Since then, they have changed their stand multiple times on the issue. Initially claiming the panels then the inverter then the weather and then the positioning of the panels. Finally now, they claim my system is working absolutely fine!! Producing the required output it should be. When I challenge this claim I am told I am paranoid and delusional!!! I am still pursuing my case with these morons!! Heads-up to all, beware .....!!!! I noticed on ground level, there was a mark on the panel so I politely rang the company up and told certain gentleman about it. And got told I’ve got to call this person then I got told I’ve got a call this other person in different departments. I then got told that they need the serial number of the panel ,that I did And they will contact me in regards to getting another panel replaced so did you think I heard from this company for several weeks (No ,so I finally got in contact with someone and I was told they’re still waiting and I’m still waiting from this day . Now we noticed our electricity bill has not changed one bit. We have not used anything more or anything less and our electricity bills is actually turning out exactly the same as it was when we didn’t have solar so again we politely called them up to tell them there is a problem .and asked and they said they’ll look into it we have emailed and emailed and still no response and Still from this day , what’s more heartbreaking is seeing my wife in tears trying to do the right thing and get nowhere with this company I’m completely disgusted for the way that we have been treated. Solar panels – Very satisfied with the service. We have a tall 3 story home and the work was done very professionally. A special lift was also arranged to get the work done on the roof.
