Disappointing experience – unreliable and unprofessional. We engaged Hydro plumbing to assess a waterproofing job in our building. They provided a quote on 4th May 2025 and confirmed the work would be completed on 2nd June 2025, with the assurance that a certificate of compliance would be issued upon completion. scheduled date—on 31st May—I was informed that their supplier could not provide the certificate, and the job was subsequently cancelled.

Despite multiple site visits, it only became clear at the last minute that Hydro plumbing was subcontracting the waterproofing work, which they never disclosed during our discussions. This lack of transparency and poor communication was extremely disappointing and resulted in a significant waste of time.

Hydro Plumbing Services were beyond helpful for restoring my hot water in a timely manner. The entire experience was straightforward and accommodating, from the time of the booking to the team arriving within the hour to repair my hot water system. Would highly recommend Hydro Plumbing Services to anyone needing a plumber!

Amazing – Had a blocked drain over flowing in the front yard. Hydro plumbing came within the hour, diagnosed the issues and provided a solution. Couldn’t recommend hydro enough.

Excellent Service – Charlie came out and fixed my Hot Water System quick and easy! He also didnt charge me an arm and a leg. I obtained a couple of quotes from other Plumbers and some were almost triple the price!! Thanks Charlie!
