Without any doubt, the worst provider in Australia – Have spent countless hours over 3 years talking to customer service. They can’t help with anything, compensate for anything, or even admit to terrible, terrible network. I almost cannot use my home wifi and my mobile network drops out multiple times a day. Without a doubt the most useless provider in Australia. Show details

Tower failed, nothing we can do they say – Tower failed, the fella on the phone blatantly says nothing they can and will do; switch to a different service or provider. The business has been left with no internet for the next two weeks. Never dealt with anyone so unprofessional. People, at all costs stay away from any of this brand's associates likes adam, tpg, internode etc. Show details

As I have only just been connected to the NBN, I’m now sure if it is going to make much difference to my internet speed – As of yet I have had no problems, but it’s only been 2days, if it is half as good as my old system I’ll be very happy. If I have had any problems in the past the team have been excellent to deal with & are always able to fix my problems. Show details ·  1

The wifi concept is great and has proven to be good – There have been several instances where there have been faults to the line and more annoyingly speed drop-outs. The several times I have had to have recourse to the support team, the faults (mainly slow speed) were dealt with expeditiously and in a very pleasant manner. When speed was checked it was found to be below (sometime well below) the speed of VDSL2 Broadband, which caused the long delays experienced and annoying calls. Show details

Wifi NBN – We have had a few drop outs but when contacting iiNet they have found that it has, in all cases I think, a maintenance issue. iiNet have been very helpful in letting us know what the problem is. Show reply

Worse service provider ever – I first requested for my WiMax plan to be cancelled in April 18. Customer service confirmed that I just had to provide ID and it would be cancelled. I provided ID as requested. Now it is march 2019 and they are still debiting my credit card every month. I have sent numerous emails requesting for the plan to be cancelled. Each time they request… Read more

me to provide an invoice which I would happily provide if I was actually sent one. Each response I get they request for different information or details which I either provide or tell them I don't have those details (customer number or invoice number). They cant even tell me where it is being sent so I can access the invoice. So if I just leave this matter they will just continue charging me indefinitely. I asked them to at least suspend the charges till the matter is resolved. Still getting charged almost a year from when I was told the plan will be cancelled.
