rude, dismissive, and made no effort to be accommodating to my situation.

Her appearance was unexpected for a professional setting gothic attire and a demeanor that felt cold and disinterested. It felt more like I had walked into someone’s personal drama than a legitimate service environment. I brought my laptop and ended up walking out. I have never felt so disrespected and unwelcome. Would not recommend.

Highly recommend this store. Was great to see women in a computer store by the way. I met Lauren who is the most informative and switched on person I’ve ever met. 1st Class Service – My Apple I phone gave up on me after 10 months. It was suggested to me to take it to I Love Computers at Mooloolaba as it was under warranty and they are an approved Apple Agent. Received a phone call to say phone had to be replaced under warranty and was ready for collection. Went there this morning 12th December to collect new phone. Another guy attended to me. He too was extremely helpful and patient and answered all my questions adequately. I cannot recommend this company highly enough especially if you're a senior and not tech savvy.

state 'no refunds' are unlawful, because they imply it is not possible to get a refund under any circumstance - even when there is a problem with the goods or service, like a defect or lack of due care and skill.

Generally, consumers have a right to a refund when there is a major problem with something they bought. Stores cannot take away this right by claiming they have a ‘no refund’ policy or displaying a ‘no refund’ sign. This also applies to an online store's refunds and returns policy.

Signs that state 'No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind' are acceptable.

easy to get us on our feet again. Too old now to figure out this stuff but we are thankful to have i love the computers so close to us. Finding Lauren after many years was a breath of fresh air but have to also say we have been seeing her since she was a 15year old miss. Much miss the apple visits to the local villages but now we can visit whenever needed. Friendly bunch of people that enjoy our cookies too. Mazz/Geoff

resteraunt n was making everyone feel comfortable with her quick fixes, knowledge and humour. I felt like i was visiting someone’s house to be frank with you. I would like to make a compliment to this store because good service and knowledge is hard to find and it was nice to be given honest service. My iPhone is updated just now at home thanks to their good tips. This was the best customer service i have had in a very long time and cant thank them enough. Best Place for Apple help – Our household loves this place. Much appreciate their honest advice and enjoy the space. $600 there $99 other store – Went to get my iPhone x repaired was quoted $600 to replace the battery that was expanded and told I would need to replace the screen as well for $300 each piece. Went to another another store and had the job done for $99. Make sure u shop around. Show details

do not get screen protector – got new screen protector put on in store for iPhone ,its not great as your fingers constantly catch sides on it when use it, has already lifted a bit so stuff can get under only been couple of weeks. other one i had before from center stalls in shopping center was so great smooth as. went into store could only get another one of theirs and would have to pay another 50% on top , Show details

The best store for customer service – Not being very computer literate, I have found the staff to be patient, and understanding of my lack of knowledge. Have been in this store several times with technical worries. Hacking fears etc and they are so helpful. With no charge or obligation. Lucky to have them on the Coast – They did a fantastic job resurrecting my 2011 MacBook Pro at minimum expense and quickly too. Prices for new gear are just RRP but service is great and Apple pricing is not very flexible in any case. Don't understand the reviewer who said the staff are "disgustingly rude". That prompted me to post this quick review.

old laptop under extended 3 year warranty) which I refused with a smile and ask them how they're gonna stop me from taking the laptop off them in which they hastily handed it to me and I left ... I took a 1 hour 15 minute drive to my local Apple store and had a second opinion and guess what; the laptop WAS IN FACT malfunctioning and I was given a FULL REFUND at the desk no questions asked.

TAKE your products somewhere else.
