ILVE ILREF256I/R Integrated Refrigerator and Freezer

Definitely DO NOT recommend Ilve products – We purchased a brand new Ilve integrated Fridge and also Freezer as part of our new kitchen renovation. issue with a chip out of one of the draws when it was delivered and we've waited 16 weeks to get it fixed. Parts come from Italy for Ilve and dealing with Eurolinx who are the Australian distributors for Ilve products is very difficult and they are slow and hard to deal with. The fridge is also not working that well and needs to be on the coldest temperature which in the instruction booklets it says try not to keep the fridge/freezer on the coldest settings all year round. Definitely think twice before purchasing Ilve products as not only do these ones seem less than good at their basic purposes, anytime you require service assistance you will have to deal with Eurolinx. Both the fridge and freezer do not maintain a consistent or reliable temperature in all compartments and we are strongly regretting this purchase. The worst part is being integrated it is not an easy swap back to another brand. Definitely re-think purchasing Ilve products.
