I was a tenant and had a very disappointing experience. I felt disrespected and poorly treated throughout my time there. Communication was unreliable, they were difficult to contact and rarely responded in a timely manner. I was also given incorrect information on multiple occasions, which added unnecessary stress. Overall, I would not recommend this real estate or management.
I would give them no stars if I could. We have been waiting for our dishwasher to be fixed since late January, it’s now April and it’s still hasn’t been done!!

not change it ourselves (although at first they told us we were the ones who had to change them so we wasted money and time attempting to do this). It took them THREE MONTHS of back and forth emailing, multiple unsuccessful electrician visits, and overall dismal communication for our lights to be replaced. Although frustrating, we are both level headed reasonable individuals and thus were able to brush off this incident. The worst of it came when we moved out of our apartment. We got it professionally bond cleaned, with no major damages sustained apart from very minor wear and tear which is inevitable to avoid. However, when we got our exit report back we were shocked by the damages they included on the exit report and what they attempted to take money off our bond of for. The first unbelievable thing was the property manager (Kellie Bruhn) attempting to include multiple damages that were sustained prior to our tenancy and were INCLUDED ON THE ENTRY REPORT. These were removed after responding to her disputing the claims with word for word evidence from the entry report compared to the exit report. Then we agreed with Kellie to go back to the apartment on our PUBLIC HOLIDAY and remedy to remaining damages. We were shocked by how unreasonable and straight up insane some of these claims were. For example, they claimed that they fabric blinds were “marked and dirty” when there were no major marks, apart from some slight discoloration across where they sat when rolled up. These were also WHITE fabric blinds just to reiterate so discoloration and minor spotting is unavoidable. Another completely insane damage they reported was that the air-conditioner filters were “dirty and mouldy” which was just a straight up lie as they were perfectly clean! I have included screenshots of their claims in the exit report and pictures of the corresponding items so that others can see the irrefutable evidence of their deception. The claim that I personally found most absurd was “leaves on pergola floor”. The bond cleaners swept and cleared all the leaves on the patio, but considering there was a tree above it, with leaves that fall from it on a daily basis, in the duration between the bond clean and exit inspection of course leaves fell on the patio floor! What did they expect, us to stop gravity!!!?? We eventually got our whole bond back, but not without the headache of hours of administrative work documenting evidence, email correspondence and labour on our public holiday. In summary, I am so unbelievably disgusted by Image property and their fallacious attempt to scam two young girls out of their bond for an apartment that was left in incredible condition (I literally have clinical OCD and would clean the house like a fanatic). I am not a person who would usually complain (aka Karen), but I feel that as renters we are already in a vulnerable position, and it is incredibly unethical for real estate agencies like Image Property to try and take advantage of this corrupted power dynamic even further. I want them to face some kind of justice for their unethical behaviour, so if this can stop even one person from giving them their money, it’s worth writing this review!

Brisbane. Persistently rude, ignorant, dishonest, blaming existing older house faults on us to repair, pushing multiple open house inspections a week without consideration for privacy. The property has flooding, leaking roof, toilets and taps, as well as ongoing serious mould issues that the agency and landlord have been ignoring to date. They preferred to hide Energex report of faulty electrical wires that could cause fire to avoid them repaired. The owner’s friend [Name Removed] is pushed as the only tradesman to attend, entering premises at his convenience unexpectedly and acting disrespectfully. Overall, after renting out from another agency for 6 years, these are highly unprofessional bordering on illegal misconduct. No one holds responsibility, there is no quality control of poor performance property management by the upper upper level management, way to complain, raise issues, etc.

state. The tenants had had 3 dogs and 3 cats (which the property manager saw), and the carpets were so urine soaked and overpowering urine smell, I had to relace the carpet and treat the floor boars. This has cost over $7,500. The tenants were hoarders and when they left, the did not take all their belongings. I have had to pay $1200 to have their rubbish removed. The garden was so full of rubbish, I have spent many days trying to clean it up. Image Property took NO RESPONSIBILITY for their failure to manage my property adequately. DO NOT USE IMAGE PROPERTY I have never taken the time to write a negative review about any company in my 55 yrs, but feel compelled to warn others after I have had no adequate response from Image Property re my experience which was very upsetting and distressing.

They failed to issue water bills, meaning tenants are not legally obligated to pay for water usage.
They attended the property without proper notice or consent, violating the tenant's right to quiet enjoyment.
Worst of all, they forced responsible tenants who cared for the property and paid their rent onto the street for their own financial gain.
Image Property shows complete disregard for tenant rights, operates outside Queensland law (their own world), and should be investigated by the RTA and Office of Fair Trading.
In my opinion, they are the worst property agency in Australia. Completely untrustworthy, deceptive, and underhanded!
I strongly encourage others to avoid them and seek a more reputable agency.
Also, speak up when you feel your rights are being broken by these agents. A clear disregard for tenant rights and the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act.
Search Reddit and other review pages for real reviews on Image Property, and you will see they're appalling and dishonest people.

There is no communication and complete and utter arrogance shown throughout the entire company. Furthermore, image property have delayed releasing my bond as they are ‘trying to find proof of carpet cleaning’ from over 2 years ago. They advised that I need to have my carpets professionally cleaned, but after talking to the RTA I was advised it was ILLEGAL for them to do so. Using external database to extract your personal information – I was called by this company completely unsolicited after they extracted my details from a database they paid to get access to. Somehow they found my personal details then called and messaged me about a property I do not own in another state of Australia.

rude, they won't communicate unless it suits them, they're inconsiderate with inspections, and just plain difficult. We kept the home immaculate, and even paid for improvements, maintenance and upkeep ourselves, but it never occurred to them to show appreciation and comment on how exceptionally well the place was presented, instead they took opportunities to pick on things that were completely unreasonable as if they had to validate their existence somehow. At the end of our lease they were determined to take some of our bond, and used normal wear and tear items to deduct money. They also tried to pin existing damage on us to get more of the bond. On top of all that they left building materials in our garage so we stored their building materials for 5yrs and when I told them (which they knew already) not so much as a thank you. Don't waste your time with these horrible people. They're worse then used car sales people.

Horrible Property Managers – Was renting on the Gold Coast through another real estate agency and had my tenancy transferred to Image Property Brisbane. They have been absolutely appalling. There were delays in having hot water fixed. They have nit picked the exit report without looking at the entry condition report photos. They increased the rent after I ended my lease impacting the ability to get a new tenant. Would not recommend.

useless, money grubbing property managers I have ever dealt with in over 20 years of renting in Qld. They continually messed up rent payments and lease renewals. I had a flooding issue from a burst pipe, and their only action was to hand out my phone no. to repairers, cleaners, body corporate, insurance people etc. Nobody from the agency even set foot in the place. I spent weeks pretty much doing their job for them. They then texted me and asked me to confirm that all repairs had been completed, following which I got a notice to vacate so the owner could do renovations. Their exit report and efforts to keep the bond were just ludicrous. The bond cleaner did an excellent job, and the place looked great. but according to their exit report they wanted the whole place re-cleaned.
Everyone, save yourself the grief and avoid them.
Great Customer Service – Jessica kept me updated the whole time through the leasing of our property. Through all the open homes, etc I always knew what was happening.
Terrible Property Managers – As a tenant we have had no response to multiple repair requests. Our house was unsafe to live in, to the point an entire staircase collapsed with my partner on the top step. Bathroom light hasn’t been replaced in 3 months (electrician needed). No hot water for 2+ weeks and still waiting for a repair. Any contact to property manager gets ignored, to receive an email days later that is irrelevant and rude. Would avoid at all costs
