I’m so glad I came to Impact Motors to purchase a car. Staff are so nice & welcoming. They made the process so easy & so fast. Took no longer than two days to get a car sorted. Definitely will be recommending to others. Absolutely loved my experience here.

First off, Ash helped me a lot with my first car the process was so smooth , love it a lot . Also went to pick up my car and the workers and their customer services was amazing . Bobby was very helpful with everything . Highly recommend Impact Services if you need a car

Stressful & frustrating customer service – My car started to play up on the third day I got it I called up on the day but no one answered (it was a Sunday) I left a couple of messages voice messages & text. The told me to bring the car back & will check it out. They the ask me accusingly if I had used the wrong petrol (I hadn’t). They then tried to make me pay for the part needing to be… Read more

replaced (cylinder 1 coil which is essentially part of the engine) claiming it was a cosmetic issue. After a bit of back a fourth they finally said they would replace it as good will. I advised I will be getting my car checked over by a mechanic as I had lost faith in them. They were like sure it up to you. On the 7day of me owning the car I put it in to the mechanic only to find out that my car wasn’t roadworthy! I emailed them because when I called them to let them know I was coming they said they wouldn’t have time & to just email them. I took my car to their mechanic who had my car for 3 weeks & 6days. During that time I blew through my savings. I emailed the in regards to compensation I have yet to receive a response it has now been over a month since I sent that email.

I’m excited to purchase my car from Impact Motors Melton.
