Stressful & frustrating customer service – My car started to play up on the third day I got it I called up on the day but no one answered (it was a Sunday) I left a couple of messages voice messages & text. replaced (cylinder 1 coil which is essentially part of the engine) claiming it was a cosmetic issue. After a bit of back a fourth they finally said they would replace it as good will. I advised I will be getting my car checked over by a mechanic as I had lost faith in them. They were like sure it up to you. On the 7day of me owning the car I put it in to the mechanic only to find out that my car wasn’t roadworthy! I emailed them because when I called them to let them know I was coming they said they wouldn’t have time & to just email them. I took my car to their mechanic who had my car for 3 weeks & 6days. During that time I blew through my savings. I emailed the in regards to compensation I have yet to receive a response it has now been over a month since I sent that email.

TrA$$h – Had [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] help me get my first car and I say they were really helpful and friendly. Appreciate their help and the service. Will definitely not recommend this car dealer and I'm definitely not coming back.

Rip off – I was offered 300 dollars for my car because and I quote "it's only good for scrap" only to see it advertised on the site for 5999 dollars. When I went back to find out why I was abused and verbally threatened. Do not trust.

I love my car and thjs car dealers are number 1 in Melton, I have heaps of my friends they bought the car from here and they recommended me here and I love this company if you are looking for a new car must visit here.
