Hi there , is there a way to light up the controls for the oven on the RU9EIB model ? Find them hard to see clock display is great but actual touch controls are hard to see even during the day ?
If we buy one of these ovens where can we get it serviced if we need to in Melbourne. If we get it through The Good Guys, how long will we have to wait. (our oven died a couple of days ago)
Hi Janet, yes we have our own service technicians in Melbourne along with a number of external 3rd party service agents. Normally The Good Guys would deliver within 1-2 business days of order. I hope this helps.
