I never have a problem when dealing with Ink Station. But there is one thing I am not happy about! that is if you make a mistake with your order, and you do not discover it until it arrives.!!? Is the charge for the restocking on top of the return postage is bit over the top,,Sorry.
Fast delivery and good price, however the brother printer complains that the ink is empty every day, so you have to remove and reset the cartridges every day, then it reports the ink tank is full again, until a few hours later, repeat this over and over.
Have been buying ink for my various printers and required anything ink cartridge for my Samsung CLP 315 printer. I received item a week or so later. technician who then wanted me to video me inserting the cartridge in to my printer. I took a photo of both cartridges and sent it to them, the ink station. After a month of them not accepting what I was on about they requested I send them back the ink cartridge before I could get a refund. So after 6 weeks I received a partial refund and not the postage I was charged for due to their negligence. Never again will I ever buy from this company.

I’ve been buying printing supplies, ink cartridges and just arrived… a weighing scale .. a proper weighing scale. Super fast shipping. Ordered on 14 March and arrived 19 March. Supposed to arrive 17 March but you know how delivery system in Australia is terrible. The box arrived very damaged. I highly recommend ink station to anyone.

Inkstation gives super quick service – I ordered a few ink cartridges on Tuesday 3rd Dec. They arrived in Denmark at the bottom of WA this morning. Inkstation have supplied us before and the service is very fast. The prices are as good as any on the market and the quality of the products is very good.
I have to thank INk Station, because of their bad database maintenance and they delivered an order to the wrong address and would not rectify the problem. I ordered from another supplier, half the price AND exactly the same packaging as Ink Station, SHOP around good people.

TECOR INK: I do not recommend the so-called Epson-compatible ink cartridges at all. The cartridges do not fit properly and caused a huge mess. recognise any of the cartridges, not the Magenta, Cyan and Yellow. Trying to save money with these alleged compatible cartridges ended up being a complete waste of time and money. I would advise others to avoid this product.
The delivery by Ink Station itself was fast and reliable.
The printer recovered after I had removed & thrown out all Tecor ink and inserted genuine Epson ink.
bought $80 worth of 'compatible' canon ip100 ink, it all prints greys and blacks as BLUE and unacceptably streaky. completely BOTCHED INK. don't bother with them, they should be banned for getting way with this.

I have had great satisfaction with every enquiry i have made with Ink Station staff. Also the price on Genuine and non Genuine products are by far the cheapest in price, but excellent in quality..

realised it was incorrect. When I called customer support they weren’t interested in my explanation, they just kept reading from their script about their policy and refunds. They didn’t listen and honestly I got the impression they really didn’t care whether they get your business or not. On top of that it took 3 weeks to get a partial refund which I had to chase a couple of times and I also had to pay for my own return postage. All in all I was out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. I won’t be buying or recommending this online retailer again.
Not sure what their point of difference is. They are more expensive than other stores (don't want to mention brand names), and the delivery time is the same. I ordered from them because somebody had said that they do same-day delivery - I ordered at 7 am - but that was not the case. Actually, one point of difference: Inkstation might stock the cartridge, your local store might not.
I would rate inkstation and their customer service at zero if I could. It has been an absolutely atrocious shopping experience, and I will never buy from this company again. courier company - Couriers please. I felt customer service couldn't care at all about my complaints of extended delivery times (12 days within Australia), incompetent delivery service selection or suggesting customers should have the opportunity to select their courier company of choice. I requested a refund before delivery, and the parcel is marked RTS but was still delivered at my address! Absolutely pathetic! Terrible customer service, terrible communication and the worst selection of courier services available in Australia. If you value good customer service and on-time delivery, I suggest you don't buy through inkstation. Trust pilot is clearly AI generated to have a 4.8-star rating for inkstation, it is not even worthy of a star rating at all. Disgraceful!

100% satisfied, good prices (especially with the coupon codes) and overnight delivery to Far North Qld. I only had one failure with a toner cartridge and that was rectified immediately with another one shipped overnight.
