instead demanded that I waste more of my time taking videos and photos of the problem. I advise everyone never to do business with the Ink Station.

Returns process very slow – The cartridges I ordered did not work in the epson printer I have as the printer only accepts genuine ones not copies. Inkjet agreed to take back the ones I had not opened and refund me. The parcel was delivered to their post office box and it has been sitting there for the past week and has not been picked up so have no idea when I will get a refund. I am not impressed with the way this company deals with returns.

Now too expensive – I have been a longstanding customer of Inkjet Wholesale for around 4 years. Definitely the cheapest until a change in ownership. I now buy my cartridges elsewhere for not much less then full retail where I find Inkjet Wholesale pricing to be greater than other online providers. The "whole" no longer has a place with Inkjet Wholesale.

Love! – I have ordered several times from Inkjet Wholesale and every time they have the item to my door within a couple of days when other things take weeks to get here. Prices are great and have never had any issue with products.

Easy way to buy ink refills – I have been using Inkjet Wholesale for a number of years for my home use, they are the best on the Australian market. I have never had an issue with bad cartridges and recently I have started using their Premium Home Brand, these as good as the originals and I have not witnessed any drop in colour brilliance. I would recommend the Inkjet Wholesale company to either Home or Business users.

Will knowingly sell you defective products – Bought two sets of ink cartridges their website says is compatible with my printer. Tried to install them and the printer rejected them. $60 down the drain. The company is aware of this as they actually label the cartridges that if they’re not recognised to try again until they are. Always provide quick service – Have always had quick service from Inkjet Wholesale and expect the same with my latest order. However, I can't understand why I need to have an account, and a password, to make a simple purchase. It just adds extra, unnecessary, steps to the transaction with no benefit to me, or the company. All I want to do is place an order, pay the money (by credit card or EFT) and receive the cartridges. Let's keep it simple.

Fantastic products – As a teacher, I use a lot of ink to print specific worksheets in colour to see the changes.
