The company scheduled the clean on the wrong day despite the detailed phone call and email correspondence. The company was unable to provide solutions to their error. On the day of the cleaning, they demanded an additional several hundred dollars to start the clean(total cost was 143% of the original cost). The cleaning was subpar, such that we failed our end of inspection clean. When we expressed that low standard of cleaning, the company sent a limited number of photos with visible dirt. They stated that they do not base their cleaning standards on real estate agent standards. The company provided great resistance when a receipt was requested. Legal support was needed to obtain the receipt. The ABN they provided in the receipt was different to the ABN provided on their AirTasker/OneFlare profile. The company never provided the requested itemised bill. Edit: Since posting reviews (less then 10 minutes since I posted a review on either AirTasker/OneFlare and Service Seeking) I have received a mocking text message from their company phone "So you couldn't achieve a result with the government and now you come back with a review is that the best you can do?". This is the level of care you will receive with this company.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I was quoted $550 for an owner vacate clean of my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. On arrival, while I was interstate, the price was increased to $890 and payment was required before cleaning commenced, which placed me under significant pressure to proceed. The standard of cleaning was not professional. The floors were dirty, the rangehood and oven were not properly cleaned, the bathroom was streaked, and several areas were missed. This was later confirmed by the real estate agent.
Communication was difficult throughout. Photos of the completed clean were not provided until the following day and did not clearly show key areas such as the floors. Attempts to organise rectification were problematic, including a cancelled return clean after I had arranged and paid for agent attendance. Communication became increasingly confrontational, and I was repeatedly told that a refund would never be offered under any circumstances.
I have had many vacate and end of lease cleans over the years and have never experienced this level of poor workmanship, unreliable follow up, or unprofessional communication. I am sharing this review so other owners and tenants can make an informed decision.
A lot of what you have said is not true. We are real people that you blatantly have ripped off so this is the reason im sharing. Further to this, we returned to view the property ourselves and it was worse than it first seemed via photos. It wasn't cleaned at all. My husband confirmed it was how he left it ehen he did a light clean himself before we left and you came, except some of the floor. We paid a new company 480 dollars and they did an exceptional job. Im not happy to have been decieved and lost 890 dollars but im happy that i made the choice to not let you return after you didnt turn up the first time or answer any calls. You said you needed to charge 890 for a deep clean and it wasnt even a basic clean. Many things were not right about how you conducted business and you arent even properly registered upon further investigation. The only thing you are professional with is scamming innocent people. I also dont appreciate being threatened in phone messages in order to remove a review people are entitled to see so they can pay somone for an honest service.

[Content Removed] company rebranded - avoid! – This company used to be called "Bright Cleaning Services". [Content Removed] Save yourself some pain. They do the most basic of "cleaning". They don't steam clean carpets as claimed, don't clean walls or windows, don't clean lights, don't clean dishwashers, don't clean tiles, don't clean exhaust vents and filters, etc. My place was actually dirtier than before they came, with sticky floors and shoes marks. On top of that, they will try to charge extra for extra work they apparently identified during the job. If you complain about the job afterwards they'll demand full payment straight away before even considering coming back to properly clean. Possibly in a week or two, if they're free. They'll [content removed] threaten you with legal action if you suggest not paying for the services they did not provide (and for bad reviews too).

If this review is not removed immediately, we will take legal action against you for defamation and pursue all available legal avenues to hold you accountable.

We would like to clarify a number of points for transparency. The initial figure provided was an indicative estimate based on limited information. Upon arrival, it became clear the property required significantly more work than described, which was explained and approved before commencement. No work proceeds without client consent.
Regarding the clean itself, where concerns were raised, we promptly offered to return and rectify any items within scope in line with our terms, which allow a 2–3 business day rectification period and reflect standard industry practice. However, rectification could not proceed as access was not facilitated and the proposed return was ultimately declined, despite our willingness to attend and resolve the matter.
At no stage was communication intended to be confrontational. We maintained clear, direct communication and acted within the agreed scope and conditions provided at booking. We cannot complete rectification without cooperation and confirmed access.
We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations and acknowledge your perspective. We remain committed to resolving concerns professionally and fairly where access and cooperation are provided.
