TERRIBLE – I wish I could give a minus/negative star for this rating! Its the worst customer service and handyman I have ever encountered in ACT. Shame to be associated with IKEA. kept delaying without giving a confirmation of day to be installed. Ikea can’t even deal with him as he decides on which job to do. Even suggested to get an Airtasker if I can’t wait! This man does not care at all! AVOiD at all cost.
No customer service – LITERALLY WASTED MY LIFE WAITING FOR THEM not one day not two days but three days and counting now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - just go to air tasker plenty of better people.

Do not use this company – I had my wardrobe arrive on the Monday and installation booked in for the Tuesday. I received no communication from this company. the wardrobes in the wrong place! Damaged all of the door frames, have completely destroyed one of my walls and none of the doors align. ZERO care and zero customer service skills. They said that's the best they can do because the products are cheap! I paid nearly $5000 - that's NOT cheap!! IKEA need to reassess who they are using as I will never purchase again!

have to pay for a hotel stay as I can’t let kids sleep on the floor! And despite they know all of this , they didn’t even bother to apologize or even go out of their way! Not to mention they don’t answer emails or phone! I am going to escalate this treatment and won’t let it pass that easily! carelessly after finishing the task , all these ‘in a rush’ behaviour resulting in scratches on my wall and doors as in photos. I was looking forward to get my bedroom done with the installation but ironically it ended up making such a mess that costing me a kidney to fix up the problem . He shouldn’t take this job if he was so busy as he claimed! Frankly speaking, I really didn’t expect this as first-time experience of hiring installation company to help me . Truly dissapointing! The only pros is - He did helped me put all things up as I requested, but the way of dealing with him was unpleasant .He arrived on time.

Excellent, prompt service! – We had some wardrobes installed and received a wonderful, prompt, reliable service from Ben. He was lovely to deal with and great communication. He also cleaned up after himself. We are grateful that we are based in Brisbane and didn't receive the same service as some other areas in the country. No complaints here! Thank you Ben!
A Godsend – Communicated well by phone…I needed to change the assembly date and they did it no problem. Showed up promptly and did an excellent job assembling ikea bed and couch. Would have taken me forever! Can’t fault him.

571, and sent [Name Removed] to my apartment in 1 hour - which was exactly the day and time I wanted my assembly service to be completed! They were lifesavers to me and my family!!! So I feel that I should write a review here, to express my appreciation again and to recommend this company to anyone who may need it - Install2u is a responsive and professional company you can rely on.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! – Speaking from both a customers point of view and also as a coworker of a company that uses this company, they are renown for cancelling orders, not showing up and rude service. If i could give 0 stars, i would. Absolute dismal service, how can this company still even be in business is beyond me.

Just terrible – The installer man refused to come and assemble the ikea furniture as he was unable to find a park and needed to reschedule even though he was at the front of my house and was rude and aggressive when i told him i did not have a car park for him. He requested that i needed to save him a carpark for the future. Considering i have had ample services and trade come to the apartment over the years, it was a first time this had ever been an issue.

Despite knowing about our rescheduled date for 2.5 weeks, suddenly the assembler could not accommodate my order and would not be turning up for another 2 week wait with no guarantee it wouldn’t happen again. My husband then tried to sort things out but they never rang him back as they advised they would and when he tried calling them he couldn’t get an answer! Awful Service – Terrible service and no communication at all. Firstly,they did not come on the expected date and when it was rebooked already. They did not give information regarding their arrival and so when we were busy and cannot communicate with them, they blamed us by saying they already told that were going to come the day before.
Extremely unreliable & poor communication – Please do not waste your time waiting for the assembler to turn up. We scheduled an assembly service via Ikea and the assembler never showed up & rejected my calls.

When they do reach out under the guise of 'getting in touch with their assembler', this again is pretence, solely aimed at pretending to engage. The chatbot on their website pretends to interact with you but one hour later, no progress had been made at all. The workman does not answer their phone number or reply to texts. Total waste of time, and money.

Do not use this company – I had an installation booked. They arrived late but did text to notify me. On arriving the installer was not solution orientated. His only solution to attaching the wardrobe to the wall was to remove skirting boards. He did not have the materials to put batons to pack out the wall. He left saying he would call me back. despite me texting and calling him. I called the company and when you get to 1 in the phone queue you just get to leave a message and again no call back from them. When I took my issue to IKEA who I brought he flatpack from they also indicated they have had issues with this company and again their calls and emails went unanswered. No contact at all! – Can't believe IKEA has partnered with this group. Booked twice and no contact on either of the two bookings from this company. Even IKEA personnel could not get in touch with them. Ended up getting a refund from IKEA as I had already taken two days off work to be around so the assembly could take place. So VERY frustrating! Will never purchase something that I want assembled from IKEA again whilst this is the company they are partnered with.
