J & J turned up this morning around 6:45am, and were done before 9am. They were friendly, knew what they were doing, and did a clean job which was much tidier than the previous installation.
TL;DR - these guys install hot water systems all the time, that's why they're so quick and so good at it!
PS we were offered $25 for this review, which I was going to leave anyway!
The Rheem hot water tank was easy to install, and the installation manual was clear and well-written. I can't fault them. I tried shopping around but to quote one plumber "Mate if you can get that Rheem stainless system installed for that price, just book it and don't waste your time looking elsewhere. I couldn't install it at my house for that". They turned up on time, were very helpful.. No nonsense. That was a month ago and I am still very very happy. Show reply

The Hot water system and valve kit was delivered at 8 am the next morning ready for the installation. They did an outstanding job on installation, I could not be happier.!!
