incredibly rude operations lady was most distressing for both my wife and myself, she even threatened to tell the driver to dump the furniture and drive off because I was highlighting their bad and rude customer service. Then at delivery, and because of the operations lady they would only dump the furniture in the garage not into the house, but halfway through the delivery they stop work and demand we pay the invoice or they will drive off with our furniture, apparently that is “their policy” and when I pleaded for them not to do that, her answer was, “you should have read the fine print”, we had to call the police. I can’t believe this company has positive reviews, I’m sure they are self generated. Don’t get caught by this shonky company, if for some silly reason you do use them, read the fine print, read the fine print, read the fine print and pray you don’t get the same operations lady. beds for them. The guys were nice enough, but on reflection , they were not careful at all. No blue wraps were used. They only wrapped the tv unit and side board in plastic. Nothing to protect mattresses which , on arrrival at the new home, were both filthy and had some mould from , I’m assuming, getting wet. Both leather sofas received damage to the leather area and the legs. Both were muddy in places. Several broken glasses. Scuff and chip marks on a $400 tall vase that was well wrapped in bubble wrap . Dirt and scuff marks on a $650 piece of canvas art. Other canvas art also received scuff marks. New oak standard lamp scratched. New , Oak dining stool which we had wrapped in cardboard , has a chunk missing from its foot. Canvas based beige linen shoe box is filthy . Definitely got wet. Several boxes clearly crushed. My new build home has a gash mark near the entrance which must have been hit by furniture. They nearly left without putting the beds back together. which I had specifically requested. “ no one told us we had to “ Washer wasn’t hooked back up.
I won’t go into the call I got on the drive up to Qld asking if they could leave the furniture somewhere as they needed the truck back by 7 am in Brisbane. We hadn’t settled on the property so couldn’t do much. I had made it perfectly clear that there was no access before the settlement date. Only one of the original guys was there with another local person. Overall , I can’t say I would recommend them.

I highly recommend staying away from these scammers. If you decide to use them anyway, make sure you do the following: 1. Put their Terms & Conditions into an AI tool like ChatGPT and check whether your items are actually covered. Their response to my broken $5,000 marble table was simply: "We don't cover stone items. Whatever estimate they give you, assume you'll be charged the maximum amount. The estimate means very little.
3. DO NOT sign the delivery confirmation or let their staff leave before thoroughly checking that none of your belongings are damaged. They will push you to sign it immediately.
4. Their Melbourne staff struggle to communicate effectively in English, so be prepared for communication issues.
Now, here's my story:
1. From start to finish, their staff constantly wasted time. One of them spent a lot of time talking to his partner on the phone, while the other was trading stocks. Even while loading the truck, they worked incredibly slowly and wasted a significant amount of time.
2. My quoted estimate was between $450 and $680. The final bill was over $800. Can you believe that?
3. After delivery, I removed the bubble wrap from my marble dining table and found a large crack in it. I also discovered damage to my fridge. Their staff kept forcing the fridge into a cupboard space, and the hinges ended up scratching and damaging it.
I immediately called customer support and sent them a video showing the damage. They told me the claims process would take 3 to 5 business days. After that, I never heard from them again.
I followed up by email, and their response was simply that marble items were not covered by their insurance. As for the fridge damage, they basically claimed they couldn't recall what happened.
Long story short: DO NOT waste your money thinking you're getting a premium service. I've had far better and more professional experiences hiring movers through Airtasker.
I won't stop sharing my experience on social media until this is properly addressed.

off if they are more than 30 minutes late. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the lady I spoke to became rude and started arguing with me over the $50. She even said, “Do you need the truck or not? I’ll tell the driver to turn around and you can do the move yourself.”
This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the booking had been made three days in advance. I felt like I was being pressured because they knew I was already waiting for the truck.
In the end, they arrived around two hours late, and by then I had already arranged another moving company. I decided not to take the risk after the way I was spoken to on the phone.
Worst customer service experience. Being late can happen, but threatening to cancel someone’s move because they ask about a discount clearly advertised on your own website is completely unacceptable.
I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking. My experience was a huge regret, and I would not book with them again.

flexible, managed to squeeze in some additional boxes. I did get a call to say I had exceeded my allowed 11 cubic meters and we negotiated a fair price. Offloading team, Ahmad and Harry arrive at our place on the Sunshine Coast 5 days later. They worked hard walking the furniture up the driveway and navigating stairs. Super polite and friendly. When I questioned the driver about this, he was dismissive and told me to take it up with the office. Left Items Behind: The truck filled up before all my belongings were loaded, and they simply left the remaining items behind. This was incredibly unprofessional and showed a complete lack of care. Severe Property Damage: My items were handled very poorly. Upon unloading, I discovered my coffee table was cracked, the base of my TV unit was broken, and my TV screen was completely shattered. No Customer Service: I contacted the company in writing after the move to address these damages and extra charges, but I have received absolutely no response. My advice to others: Pay a little more for a higher-rated, reputable company. This business lures you in with a cheap initial quote, overcharges you at the end, and refuses to take accountability for damaging your belongings.

Follow-up · There was No Packing by them or us! Making a Booking was very easy from Memory n paid on line. No Damage to any of the items Moved The 2 Men involved were so very helpful efficient and polite. I recommend this company highly and their employees at least the two that helped us.
The guys arrived on time and relocated furniture from storage into appropriate rooms, following a renervation . They reassembled beds and moved furniture multiple times when I didn’t like the location. They were life savers and did an amazing job. Price was exceptionally competitive too. Show reply

Ferco and Ben were the most sensational movers. They were charming, polite, kind, professional and nothing was too much trouble. They did everything I wanted (and I can be fussy) and much more. What an awesome duo these two were. I have moved 17 times in Australia, and this was the best one yet!!

Just be careful that they are not hiring a second/third party to do removals. These guys didn’t follow terms of the company and damaged items. The men were careless. Big house move and too many damages. No brand logo on truck. The men actually said they were outsourced. Not what I signed up for. And agree with comment below. Make sure you go through the insurance cover because you don’t really get much when things are damaged.

for good reviews if they've done an ok job (look at all the fake sounding "Person A and Person B were amazing!!!". They blatantly lie in their responses to bad reviews. Maricel is a trained liar, either grossly misstating the truth, blatantly lying, or ignoring you privately but pretending to resolve publicly. This company will literally ignore you because they know they're in the wrong but want to bully you out of pursuing them. Completely unprofessional and legit a scam company. Look at how similar all their bad reviews are. Don't be fooled.

Best move we’ve ever had! Even with some issues with the building we were moving into. Josh and Fernando were brilliant. They worked hard while also being extremely sufficient. Professional and didn’t muck around. Treated my possessions with care and were dead on time. I had stairs at both ends of the move and it was no problem - nothing was ever a problem! 10/10 experience and I thank them very much! They even reconnected my appliances! Very recommened!
Today I had Josh and Oscar move my belongings from my apartment in Balwyn to Mill Park. They were friendly and made a stressful job problem-free. Regular feedback from Instamove was very much appreciated. I received a message early AM to say they would arrive at 9.06am and they were there on the dot.
