insure4less acknowledged that they had sold me an invalid policy. They offered a full refund, then went up in smoke. Now they simply ignore emails. Outright, shameless theft with zero will to communicate once they have your money. Will report to relevant authority. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

**[UPDATE]** I finally received my reimbursement after, 9 months after filing my claim. It's not a scam insurance like I initially though. I was really concerned, especially because of the lack of communication from the insurance company. I have sent over 100 emails, and received no response from them beside the automatic replied email saying they have received my email.

SCAM!! Don't waste your money!! My wife and I went overseas and took a travel insurance with Insure4less. My wife was hospitalised. We made a claim for about $4000 using their website as soon as we got back home. The claim status changed to "Assessment in progress" the next day, and stayed that way ever since (several months ago). We tried to contact them several time. We sent countless emails. We never got a single reply. We got scammed.

When it came time, they were not there – I paid 140 AUD for a 2 month span in Europe, Medical only. Midway through my trip, I broke my front-right tooth pretty badly and got it sorted immediately. A little while later, got around to making a claim. After A MONTH of waiting for a response, I was told "Sorry, your expenses are too low for us to do anything about." So: read the fine print I 'spose, and perhaps try and injure yourself a little harder if you want some money back. Maybe I should have knocked a few more teeth out?

Read the fine print! – I had an emergency visit to the doctors, which was under $200. I did not know that they don't cover bills under that amount. Read the fine print! Cheap insurance can cost you more!!!
