Here’s a stronger, more polished version of your review while keeping that angry, disappointed tone: Horrible company to deal with. Everything seemed great at the start, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The workmanship is unacceptable—damaged windows, cracked frames, and poor installation throughout. It has now taken over 9 months to try… Read more
and resolve these issues, with little to no accountability. Not only was the installation done incorrectly (including drainage holes directing water into the house), but the damage caused to my home has been completely ignored. They have refused to repair, replace, or take responsibility.
The lack of professionalism and after-sales service is shocking. Once they have your money, they simply don’t care.
Absolutely disgraceful experience—do not use this company under any circumstances.
Installed their windows and doors. Had $5k worth of specs wrongly manufactured. Ordered premium finished frames and they had it manufactured on the wrong side. Relied on fine prints on contract to deny any responsibility. One door frame is crooked, glass missing on delivery which took a long time to sort out, the heat protection on their low… Read more
e top grade double pane is minimal. Had to installed $20k worth of films on almost all their windows to minimise heat transfer.
Service wise, probably the worst among the 20 odd contractors I had for the house.
Would not recommend – I do not recommend using Integra Windows. Initially they seemed great at the start but then we had issues, with the install and the product, which became apparent within weeks of install. They were extremely difficult to deal with and avoided fixing the issues. We chased them for months. Extremely frustrating and disappointed with what we have, it's just very poor form on their part.
50 windows and doors - Great through a challenging situation – Im building a new home and when I had the opportunity to choose uPVC (thermally broken) windows I went out and got quotes from just about every uPVC supplier in Sydney and some in other states. Integra came out slightly cheaper than others so I researched them further to find out if there was any reason why I shouldnt use them which I couldnt… Read more
find. They had a good name and when speaking to them they were great.
Im a very detailed person and Margo was incredibly patient with me going through different configurations and glazing options as I wanted to find out what combination gave the best value. No other window company really considered doing this and considering I had 50 windows and doors this was important to get right. This was incredibly helpful and the advice I received was very insightful.
I visited the showroom and the quality of the products looked good so I went ahead and sent their quote for Deceuninck windows/doors to my builder so we could use them for my build.
Fast forward a few months and my windows were finally ordered and delivered in September. When I received my quote I didnt know that I needed reveals, rubber flaps and the sill to be included so the price went up for this. The reveals were requested by my builder and I wasnt involved in signing it off. Unfortunately the size of the windows were reduced by the size of the reveals which most other suppliers would add them to the window size for new builds. I have a lot of narrow windows like some which are 370mm so reducing it by 36mm is significant. My builder didnt pick this up and signed off on it so it was an unfortunate circumstance where the blame could have been split between both sides but ultimately what was signed off was delivered.
Considering I had spent over a year researching windows, getting quotes from other parties and being charged a hefty amount from my builder on top of the quote, I was very upset with the situation. Integra went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. After working on a resolution with my builder, they ended up remaking the windows at a fraction of the cost to the builder. The owner Kathrin communicated with me on the issue and she was very helpful.
They also normally deliver the unassembled lift and slide doors which myself nor the builder was aware of and the carpenters werent in a position to put them together. Integra ended up assembling them and loading them into the delivery van. As the doors weigh between 200kg and 300kg we had to crane these in which at least was done on the same day that the bricks had to be as well.
The windows will be glazed in the coming months and Im looking forward to seeing them installed and living with the comfort of them. Ill update my review after the glazing and once we're in the house.
Warmed by Integra double glazed windows – I have just had 5 upvc tilt and turn windows installed from Integra Windows . I live in a cooler part of the country now and the process of ordering through production to final delivery was A1 thanks to Margo and Sindy from Integra Windows.
Another bad review – There is no integrity with Integra. I had windows and doors supplied - the door style material is bowed significantly impacting the lock operation. The door was made too short according to the specifications on their website. After nearly 12 months of chasing management who will not return calls to resolve but would rather hide behind and email,… Read more
they continue to put this on the installation contractor (who they recommended and was less than professional). Warranty information is provided in the quote (which they say they will provide but have not) but they will not honour manufacturing defects. They promised all the support in the world, but have not followed through. As per the other posts, they take the money and run. If I had seen these reviews I would not have used them - stay away!
What you see is not what you get! – After checking out their website and taking the time to visit their showroom in Alexandria we ordered non-locking tilt and turn windows to replace all our current windows. Sales process went well, manufacturing updates were timely and delivery was spot on. However, when we inspected the windows, we realised that the mechanical opening of the… Read more
windows was not as per their website and showroom windows. The handle opening sequence is different. When we brought this to their attention we were told that there is nothing wrong. First we were told that because we have locking handles, the opening sequence is correct - when we told them that we ordered non-locking they changed their argument to tell us that the handle sequence we wanted (as advertised on their website and showroom) hasn't been manufactured for a while now and is no longer available. However when we got our lawyer to send them a formal letter, we were told that the handle sequence could be changed to the one we originally wanted but it would cost us another $10k. Very disappointed about the way they handle customer complaints.
It's not what they say; it's what they don't say – Excellent product, bad company. Person I dealt with chose their words very, very carefully. Window frames arrived separately to glass as I was told 'windows are glazed on site'. Excellent I thought. They omitted the fact that I was responsible for glazing. When you order windows, apparently it is your responsibility to mention timber reveals - not… Read more
aware of this. Windows come without reveals (so much for the 'complete solution' mentioned on their website). Windows and doors also do not come with the sill weather seal (a requisite in the building code) which again is not mentioned anywhere. Carefully chosen words give you the impression you are getting a complete product (handle mechanisms are also not fitted). Its the omissions in the conversation that caught me out. I would have been happy to pay for complete product and glazing installation if I'd known they are not included. Example: I wanted the 3 panel sliding door glazed on site due to weight. Response: 'yes, all our windows are glazed on site'. I was very happy with that, until I found that I had to glaze them. Its easy, I was told. Sure, for experts. If you deal with them, you need to be very specific and make sure you cover everything. Even the things that are covered normally when dealing with aluminium window companies. Experts should be telling the customer what they need, not hiding information. If I wanted do-it-yourself assembly, I would have gone to Ikea.
Worst company to deal with – After two years of constant nagging by their accounts department for their final 10% they still have not fixed the defects their installation team were informed of. Silicone smears on the inside of the double glazing, Dust on the inside of the double glazing on one window. And the final insult the sliding door doesn't. The door has been a total… Read more
disappointment. It doesn't seal and when opened fully you can't close it without having physically pick it up. When submitting claims they request photos. Please tell me how you can convey this in a photo. This definitely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I was sold superior German engineering and to date the product has not met the promise. Next time I'll put up with the heat and cold from standard glazing and buy a new small car for the same price.
Top Quality – The quality of these windows and doors are next to none. The team at Integra are also really good and very knowledgeable. Smooth process from start to finish and really good pricing as well. Recommend.
Excellent – I am extremely happy with my new windows and doors! They look great and seal perfectly, reducing so much sound and thermal transfer! Excellent products and expert installation. Highly recommended.
Great people, great product, great company – Ordered a job in the middle of 2018 to replace all my windows in my house and granny flat. The job was done fast, and the thermal and noise isolation were very noticeable. The windows look good, too. Staffs from this are very friendly and helpful, from sales to technicians. Great experience.
Fantastic product more people should use – I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service that Integra provide. After getting quotes from a few different companies I got the impression straight away that Integra was the one I wanted to use. However I chatted with the sales representatives from my top two choices and after a good chat with James from Integra I realised that… Read more
the others didn’t come close to the quality, thermal properties and durability of Integra Windows and doors and I feel confident that for a little bit extra cost I will have a product that other companies in Australia can’t match.
Integra has a great showroom and the personal service and information has been excellent.
I am currently renovating my own home as a carpenter owner builder and I will definitely be recommending Integra to anyone I know looking to install uPVC windows and doors.

Incomplete job – Sales were good and installation was exceptional; however, they never completed the job. After installing the two french doors the installers explained they haven't finished and they needed to complete the key lock housing with two screws which they would do in a couple of days. No one had contacted me after a week, so I rang and asked when… Read more
someone was coming out. They said the following week. This went on for 3 weeks with no result, so I thought I would ring the Managing Director expecting a resolution. She said she new about this particular job and went on to tell me the job was satisfactory. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was told the temporary silicon that the installers had used was enough. She sounded condescending and when I tried to get a word in and explain what the installers had told me she said she would get in contact with me the following week. Well guess what, I still haven't heard from anyone. With all the great reviews I read this was very disappointing. Two screws still missing. Be careful when choosing this company due to the fact that they must be short on staff if ithey keep avoiding sending someone out to complete the job. Full payment is required up front, I understand why now.
Amazing product and great service! – Integra did our house on a very noisy street and our main concern was noise isolation. Those guys delivered what they promised, no more annoying noises from outside, great looking product and virtually no maintenance. Highly recommend!
True To Their Word – From sales to installation they were fantastic. There were some hickups from both sides but everything was quickly addressed and solved without fuss. We did a total rebuild and every trade that visited our site complimented the windows and asked us for your name. Thanks again for a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending Integra.
Quick And Easy! – I could not speak more highly about both the product and service I received from Integra Windows. The service I received from the initial consultation to the installation was absolutely amazing. Integra accommodated my time frame for my renovation of the home and provided me with new uPVC windows and doors with a commendable turn around time. Thanks again the wonderful team!
Replacing all windows on a 1965 Building of 24 one bedroom units – We have engaged Integra Windows to provide a quote for changing about 100 windows in our small block of 24 in Woolwich, in a bushfire prone zone and marine environment. Integra from day 1 has been very helpful and professional through a long 12 months process of preparing the proposal and information gathering. The showroom was a great asset which… Read more
allowed all residents to see the product, touch, and feel and get comfortable. We paid the deposit and were ready to get the windows done but due to some high-cost emergency repairs on the block we never finished the job but still wanted to leave a review because Integra has been really good to us, including refunding most of our deposit. Few residents have also gone ahead and purchased their balcony windows from Integra with very satisfactory results. Wish you all the best and when we get some money we can talk again.
Fantastic Job, Great products – My house needed urgent repairs. After doing a lot of research I decided on using european style uPVC windows and doors. Integra Windows were willing and able to help me at short notice and provided a fantastic set of replacement windows and doors. They took out my old windows and sliding doors and replaced them with new, quickly and efficiently… Read more
and cleanly. I am really pleased with the way they worked and finished the project. Thanks for a great job. Great product.
Fixed all my problems! – I had old leaky timber windows in my house. In the middle of winter, my house was cold place! Got Integra Windows to replace all my windows and haven't been happier. Their installers carried out the work expertly and efficiently. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Pleasure from start to finish and the house is now much warmer.
Great product, no hassles, fantastic quality – I have been building top end homes and small projects for 20 years... and have not found a product like this anywhere in Victoria. Flew up to Sydney to confirm my order and pick the hardware. When the windows and installers arrived, everything was spot on. The install was quick and efficient. Windows worked great from the get go. Next project I'm only using Integra. Couldn't be happier. Show reply
Really poor service – Really bad service, badly designed windows and bad delivery, performance and window quality shocking ... Would not recommend them to anyone.

UPVC is magic material and windows are great – After staying in an old apartment building in Europe for 3 months which had UPVC windows I was pleasantly surprised how well the windows performed. When we came back we wanted to get the same windows in our new home at Whale Beach and came across Integra Windows. They had a very nice showroom and staff were very knowledgeable. We opted for the… Read more · 1
white UPVC with a mixture of bifold doors and casement windows for our classical Hampton style home. There were few little hiccups along the way, I won't lie but Integra was very prompt in resolving them during the build. Our flyscreens broke after 6 months so Integra Windows replaced them with better quality ones, and they have been a lot better. The only thing that I will say to anyone considering these windows near a beach, in winter when we close all the windows we don't hear the waves anymore, but I guess this is because of the double glazing, you can't have it all.
Great service, top quality product, After 3 years still like brand new – After seeing 2 bad reviews for Integra Windows, I wanted to offer an opposite perspective to Integra Windows. I approached Integra with a unique problem for my place. They have offered a very innovative solution, and although not the cheapest I decided to grant them the job. Being such a unique build it did not come without its problems, but… Read more
Integra worked tirelessly to deliver a dream window configuration for my place. Another thing I would like to add is that I too ordered the flyscreens for the window, except I was not so lucky to get it for free and the flyscreen were not what I imagined, so definitely flyscreens need some more attention, but I received a full refund for my flyscreen after I declined the them (which I had to wait 6 weeks to get). I will be back here.
[Content Removed]! Stay away – We visited the showroom and were impressed with the technology and materials and price. The sales lady was easy to deal with, but as soon as we put the deposit down, that was the end of the good experience. Sales indicated that they were able to deliver the window in 2 weeks, but was unable to meet the timeframes. I cancelled and asked for a… Read more
refund, which they said they would give. Called them for weeks to get the refund, no answer, sent emails and then the company started to deny that we made a purchase with them and that we put down a deposit. The matter has been referred to NSW department of fair trading. As an update, the company was shortly deregistered so beware

Worst company ever to deal with – After building a complete house, this company would have to be the most difficult & unreasonable company to deal with. After receiving our UPVC windows, and paying final amount, they didn't want to help us with anything so I have had to pay another UPVC company almost $2000 (who said they are continuously fixing this company problems)to fix &… Read more
supply new handles and adjust everything. After paying for our complete order of $60,000 in July 2015 (which included complimentary retractable flyscreens for bifold doors worth $7500), it is now May 2016 and after many many phonecalls and emails, we still have not had the flyscreens delivered and now they won’t even refund. They have refused to come and do a service call (even with me paying) or even do a site visit to inspect….. Do not use them they are dodgy and they won’t want to know you after they get hold of your money. They should not be in business.
