the inverter clearly, which compromising 24 solar panels, 40kw battery system with a 10kw inverter, looks great and the app; we do strongly recommend him and installers on time did very good job installing. The installers under the team supervision of Younan arrived in time was polite, was executed to our satisfaction, demonstrating a high level of professionalism kept us advised was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish and left the property clean. Couldn’t have picked a better company like Interactive Solar.

Unfortunately it's taken 3months to get the battery connected and still not connected. I have paid everything in full and I'm stuck with no battery. They do not answer their phones and when they do they lie and keep changing the date. I don't know what else to do but go to Fair Trade. Show details

loves helping people save money and it was obvious that he gets personal satisfaction from what he’s doing. The install happened within a short time frame and the system has been functioning perfectly now for over 2 months. I love using the app each day to see how much money I am saving on my power bills. It’s so satisfying. Installing solar panels has to be one of the best choices I have made for myself. Juan made the process so easy and effortless for me. and left the place spotless! I even requested for them to install the Inverter in the garage and asked on the day when they arrive if possible, to route the wiring through the gyprock so it looked 'clean'. They gave it a few knocks and went 'easy, no worries'. Next thing you know, it was mounted up cleanly. I also had a quick query regarding the app and they came out the next day to assist.
Can't speak highly enough of them. I hope these guys continue to strive as they definitely deserve a 5/5.
Super quick – The guys came at 8am and were done by 2pm, everything installed, tested and running. They were super nice to talk to during the time they were with us, walked us through setting up the app and left the place as clean as when they got here. Most of all they made it look great. was Berta Sliwa (0452 661 556 Berta@interactivesolar.com.au) who answered all my frequently technical questions very patiently and endured my changes of mind cheerfully. At no time did she put any pressure on me to sign up – quite different from most PV retailers I have spoken to. Another rarity – the guy, who ended up bossing the job (Younan), paid me a visit and we climbed up on the roof and went through the plan with a tape measure! Much more accurate than Google Maps. All before I placed my order.
The new 6.6kW set up went up yesterday with Younan and his crew (Ash and Aram) first removing the old system (not easy on an old-fashioned terracotta tiled roof at 33C!), tiding up the switch board and then installing the new set up to an excellent engineering standard. How they still managed to install it on the planned date after so much rain in the Sydney area over the last two months is beyond me.
At every stage I had a good experience with Interactive Solar – and I am a very picky now retired engineering project manager – not easy to impress. I would have no hesitation recommending them for a PV supply and install contract. The fact that their price was so good as well was the cherry on the top. I hope their hard-working people continue to do well by doing the right thing professionally in the highly competitive Australian PV industry.

my expectations so when on the day, 1 panel could not go up after all, I was prepared for it.
When the day came, they took the old gear away and got to work on what must have been a very fiddly and difficult job that involved dealing with other installers' old work.
They installed the new inverters in as high and well-covered locations as possible to keep them out of the sun.
Their sparky was very conscientious. He identified an issue with wiring by a previous installer and made it safe.
The general rule is to be wary if the price seems low but that does not apply with these guys.
Very pleased with the output of the new system so far.

smooth except for delay with inverter due to back order. Berta is excellent in handling all administrative work and will contact you ASAP not like other companies that don't bother to call you back. On the day of installation, Younan and the crew arrived to start on the installation. Younan is dedicated worker who has vast knowledge of the product with great professionalism and understands what customer needs and will work from customer's point of view. At the completion of the installation, I had about 11 roof tiles broken which Berta contacted me to reimburse. I've told her that there is no need as I was more than happy to have person like Younan looking after our installation.
