Can’t send a negative review. Absolutely disgusting. Please please don’t buy from them. Gave my friend an absolutely disgusting floral arrangement for the amount I paid. Anyone thinking of using them please please don’t buy from them.

Very disappointing to receive flowers from Interflora Canberra that look like a cheap $30 bunch from the supermarket and charged the buyer a lot more because it was Mother's Day. Nothing you pick from the online website pictures matches what is delivered to the customer! Not to mention if you order online with delivery fees you end up wasting your… Read more

money. I have used other honest local florists who try their hardest to match up the pictures you pick online. This company is the worst we have experienced. If you sell something on Ebay with photos that don't match up your sale item, you usually get prosecuted. How is this allowed in a flower company?. If you run out of the pictured flowers, atleast replace them with some other nice quality flowers to make up for the size...not dry eucalyptus leaves! or re-imburse the buyer? The company was contacted with feedback but nothing was offered along with no apologies. Instead they want the receiver to contact the buyer and chase up order numbers, dates etc which is not a discreet way for the buyer to reveal how much they have spent in which we know was alot more than $30 worth of cheap common flowers. We will remember next time not to use Interflora.

Delivered 2 days early than specified Paid for delivery on Mother's day but they delivered 2 days earlier than Mother's Day without any warning or advice this would happen. Then they give guff that they make every effort to deliver on correct time. Rubbish! no apology, no customer service, bad luck! Will never use them again.

Exactly what I ordered and better – Maybe its a Perth thing but I got exactly what I ordered with excellent quality, delivered on the day requested. Needless to say my partner is real happy. Flowers arrived day of and were delivered perfectly. They look beautiful. An issue with not having all flowers in stock but they called to communicate that. absolutely no disclaimer on their website saying this may be the case. Instead it said it guaranteed delivery. Totally unacceptable, especially for a special occasion like this and for an ill recipient who missed out on receiving their one gift :(

DO NOT DEPEND IN INTERFLORA. I went with this company to n Valentine’s Day, thinking they would be the most reliable. Unfortunately I was mistaken. No only did they not deliver as promised they did not advise me until after 5pm on the day that they could not complete the order.

DO NOT use Interflora for funeral flowers. They cannot be trusted to deliver when it truly matters. If they can't support regional deliveries, they shouldn't offer the service at all. ordered a funeral wreath through Interflora for a very close family member. Being interstate, we couldn’t attend the service ourselves, so this arrangement was incredibly important to us. It was our way of showing up and paying our respects.

Interflora failed us completely.

We received an email 20 minutes after the funeral had already started saying the order couldn’t be fulfilled due to a supplier issue. That’s not just bad service, that’s disgraceful. There was no warning, no courtesy call the day before, nothing. Just a last-minute email when it was already too late. Our family stood at the funeral wondering why we hadn’t followed through. It was deeply embarrassing and hurtful.

They offered a refund and sent a so-called “upgraded” arrangement later that day. When we saw a photo of it, we were disgusted. It looked rushed, uneven, and cheap, like something thrown together as an afterthought. Definitely not what we were promised, and not appropriate for any occasion, let alone a funeral. I am completely embarrassed that it was even delivered to our family. It is appalling.

Although pricey compared to other similar sites, I have used Interflora for well over a decade. I have thankfully never had issues with quality, from bouquets to hampers. Delivery schedules have always arrived on the day requested. Time of day is harder to schedule as this is determined by the actual florist business.

a lovely weaved basket with a small pot inside. I am very pleased to say the plant is thriving in the toilet environment, with very little natural light. It has grown and leaves are all perky & healthy looking. Unfortunately, l didn't catch the name of the assistant that helped me, however, she was terrific and the plant was very reasonably priced. So pleased with my impulse purchase, and very obliging customer service, -a rarity these days!! Well done Bendigo Interflora, l will be visiting you again, next time l'm waiting for curry at the shop next door. (No curry shop in Alma, nor Maryborough, Victoria it's a crime..) -However, l am very pleased to have discovered such a lovely-run Flower store in Bendigo, -by pure chance. I'm rapt.

They deserve ZERO stars. INTERFLORA IS THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. NEVER USING INTERFLORA AGAIN. Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mum for Mothers Day. They accepted the order then the last minute before Mothers Day they CANCELLED THE ORDER because they don't want to deliver the flowers to the residential home my Mum is in. DUSGUSTING COMPANY. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed my order at 12:30pm expecting same-day delivery as advertised, and it was not delivered. This completely ruined an important day. Very disappointed with the service and communication.

I sent 20 Red Roses on 19 December 2025 from Australia to Hamar Norway. I’m advised by the recipient that they were delivered on the requested day and were lovely. However they were all fully open and lasted only until the very next day. For $A105 plus delivery cost, that is so very very disappointing. I won’t be using Interflora again. Show details

Ordered flowers for a friends 75th birthday well in advance of the day. Not only did they fail to make the delivery, they didn't inform me of the fact. I had to chase it up myself. They do not respond to emails to their customer service account. you need to ring them.

this was the couriers problem not mine. I personally think the courier did not want to travel the 40kms for a single delivery.! but no-one would answer that one for me. Anyway cut a long story short, did not get flowers delivered for my Mothers birthday, as I live 6 hours away . I received no real apology from Interflora or the florist concerned. And now I have to wait 2-3 days for a refund. This is pathetic and totally unacceptable in this day and age to be able to refund someone their money. Needless to say, I will not be dealing with Interflora again.

UPDATE ON MY POSITIVE REVIEW WHICH IS NOW NEGATIVE.. These flowers died after a couple days, They must spray some sort of perfume on the flowers because it's killed them.. they were lovely when my mum got them for mothers day and then 2 days after were already dying.. i can see why there is bad reviews won't buy flowers here again.. expensive and dissapointing..
