stay home. Interflora were very communicative and even transferred the flowers to her home address. It's hard enough with big businesses and schools, but they and Geraldton florist involved were wonderful. Thank you so much! It really made my friends day as it was a surprise.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed my order at 12:30pm expecting same-day delivery as advertised, and it was not delivered. This completely ruined an important day. Very disappointed with the service and communication.

Although pricey compared to other similar sites, I have used Interflora for well over a decade. I have thankfully never had issues with quality, from bouquets to hampers. Delivery schedules have always arrived on the day requested. Time of day is harder to schedule as this is determined by the actual florist business.

I wandered into Interflora in Bendigo whilst waiting for curry from the shop next door. My enquiry being; "Do you sell a potted plant that will survive in my Toilet" (not IN my toilet -you know what l mean, hahaha). a lovely weaved basket with a small pot inside. I am very pleased to say the plant is thriving in the toilet environment, with very little natural light. It has grown and leaves are all perky & healthy looking. Unfortunately, l didn't catch the name of the assistant that helped me, however, she was terrific and the plant was very reasonably priced. So pleased with my impulse purchase, and very obliging customer service, -a rarity these days!! Well done Bendigo Interflora, l will be visiting you again, next time l'm waiting for curry at the shop next door. (No curry shop in Alma, nor Maryborough, Victoria it's a crime..) -However, l am very pleased to have discovered such a lovely-run Flower store in Bendigo, -by pure chance. I'm rapt.

Happy with delivery – Very happy. Flowers delivered on time and in Germany. They look great. Thought to give a positive review as normally people tend to rather complain.. and it could skew the overall rating.

I sent 20 Red Roses on 19 December 2025 from Australia to Hamar Norway. I’m advised by the recipient that they were delivered on the requested day and were lovely. However they were all fully open and lasted only until the very next day. For $A105 plus delivery cost, that is so very very disappointing. I won’t be using Interflora again. Show details

later, the order was dropped off on my father’s front steps by an Uber driver—even though people were home and could have received the delivery in person. This is not the standard of service I expected, nor does it match what your website promises

Ordered flowers for a friends 75th birthday well in advance of the day. Not only did they fail to make the delivery, they didn't inform me of the fact. I had to chase it up myself. They do not respond to emails to their customer service account. you need to ring them.

Ordered flowers from Australia to England in time for cousins birthday. Two days after the event this company refunded the money with the apology that no affiliates available to deliver to the address. Disappointing.

this was the couriers problem not mine. I personally think the courier did not want to travel the 40kms for a single delivery.! but no-one would answer that one for me. Anyway cut a long story short, did not get flowers delivered for my Mothers birthday, as I live 6 hours away . I received no real apology from Interflora or the florist concerned. And now I have to wait 2-3 days for a refund. This is pathetic and totally unacceptable in this day and age to be able to refund someone their money. Needless to say, I will not be dealing with Interflora again.

UPDATE ON MY POSITIVE REVIEW WHICH IS NOW NEGATIVE.. These flowers died after a couple days, They must spray some sort of perfume on the flowers because it's killed them.. they were lovely when my mum got them for mothers day and then 2 days after were already dying.. i can see why there is bad reviews won't buy flowers here again.. expensive and dissapointing..

Poor delivery service – I ordered the harmony white flowers and the small teddy bear. The flowers themselves were stunning as was the cute little teddy bear. However the jar the flowers came in was completely empty of water and the teddy bear, although wrapped in clear cellophane, was dripping wet with water.
