There are so many companies out there now, but I ended up choosing IntoBlinds because they’ve been around for ages (I still remember their jingle) and they make their sheers here in Melbourne which meant they also had the quickest turnaround time. I chose the Bali range in colour Pearl and it was better than I expected. The sheers are so full (much fuller than what I’ve seen in other homes), and they sit perfectly. I highly recommend going floor to ceiling, wall to wall, as it gives such a luxe vibe. From a price perspective, I got a few quotes and this one was the most competitive even when compared to a DIY company. Into Blinds Thomastown ShowroomI had the pleasure of dealing with Denise from Into blinds this past week and she has made the whole experience of picking curtains and blinds so much easier!!! I was very indecisive about choosing colours and didn’t know if the roller blinds would match my exterior colour of render. Denise came to my home this morning at 8:20 to bring the samples and make sure I was 100% happy before placing the order. What an amazing lady. Would absolutely recommend working with her and Into blinds. They even guaranteed that my sheers would be up before my daughters birthday day!! So glad I chose them

Into Blinds In-Home Measure & QuoteIn June 2023, we completed the full payment for the installation of sheers and blinds on all the windows of our new home, as the company's policy required full payment before installation. Now it's November, and we're still waiting for the final two curtains. The company has even blocked me from commenting on their Facebook posts where they advertise their quality and customer service. I'm beginning to worry that we might not receive what we paid for. With Christmas approaching and plans to host it at our new home, the thought of explaining to our guests that we might have been scammed is quite disheartening.

Great until you pay them! Very disappointing
Into Blinds Thomastown ShowroomStressful & extremely bad experience with Into Blinds. At first they were great to make the sale, however it has bred down hill from there. Been dealing with them since May regarding under measured blinds, uninstalled blinds, damaged blinds and still no satisfactory resolution. After multiple calls and appointments I was lied to, advised my replacement blinds have been ordered only to find out this was never the case. They offered screen which does not resolve the matter of my black out blinds which DO NOT block out are under measured, damaged
... Read moreand some not installed. Not to mention some damages caused upon installation. Paying over $10,000 on blinds & curtains yet they can’t replace an error made by them. 5-6 months later my patience has ran out and have been forced to go through VCAT. Questions & Answers
My shutters and motorised roller blinds were installed 31 Oct. The installer noted that longer brackets are required for one of the rollers so that it can close properly past the alfresco door handle. Unfortunately this info has not been passed on to the office so I’ve had to ring twice now to ask about when someone will come out to change the brackets - no date has been provided as yet. Can someone please confirm when the issue will be rectified please?
Want to know why are you so quick to take your customers money but not quick to respond to calls regarding poor customer service relating to product issues and blinds not fit for purpose ??
