I’m writing this review to express my frustration with the ongoing issues regarding my recent order with Into Blinds. It has now been over six weeks, and we still do not have the blind correctly installed. Despite multiple visits to measure and install, the measurements were incorrect on five separate occasions. repeatedly sent out with the same incorrect blind that had not been altered, meaning the issue was never properly addressed.
We paid the requested deposit when required and then paid the full amount prior to installation, and always on time. Despite this, the delays, errors, and lack of coordination have continued.
Today was scheduled to be the final installation, and we were told our job would be first on the list for the morning. We were later advised the installer would arrive by 1pm, then at 3:00pm, which then changed again to approximately 4:30pm, making us the last job of the day.
This meant I had to wait around all day for the installation, with very little communication or consideration for me, the customer.
The continued mismanagement, poor organisation, and lack of customer support is completely unacceptable.
I have called multiple times today, and during my final call I requested to speak with a manager. Georgina did call me, but only let it ring twice, then hung up. I called back less than a minute later and I was advised that she'd left for the day. Again impossible to believe and poorly from a so called manager. I told the staff member to get a hold of Georgina and ask her to call me back ASAP - I am still waiting for a return call and, based on the experience so far, I honestly doubt I will receive one.
The only staff I can commend are the installers, who at least conducted themselves professionally during their visits. These poor young men probably cop the grunt of annoyed customers. They should be compensated for the stupidity of the office and dispatch staff. That's what the one star rating I'd given was for.
For future customers, I would strongly recommend not paying the full amount until your blinds have actually been fitted and the job completed correctly.

The sheers were installed today and they are just divine. I chose the Bali range in colour Pearl and it was better than I expected. The sheers are so full (much fuller than what I’ve seen in other homes), and they sit perfectly. I highly recommend going floor to ceiling, wall to wall, as it gives such a luxe vibe. From a price perspective, I got a few quotes and this one was the most competitive even when compared to a DIY company. If you’re in the market for curtains and blinds, make sure you check them out
Poor unprofessional service – 8 months waiting for fix to one shutter, first they did the shutter, then had to redo it. Again did the wrong measurement but guy even didn't bother to fix it. If I could leave NO STARS i would. First complaint: disconnect between sales team and the rest of the process. Sales team sell you the world, fulfilment and actual final product is very different. at this company. Don't let the old marketing from the mid 2015's fool you, this is a company of poor quality and workmanship. They came back to rework what they could and still a similar outcome, they just don't have the capability when it comes to a quality finish, but they will definitely charge you for it. I paid 6k for the below, and I couldve done the same job from China for 2k by measuring and buying it myself.

By May, the work was finally completed, and we're pleased with the production quality. However, the installation phase was frustrating. We encountered some installers who seemed quite lazy; one even arrived and left within ten minutes, stating he didn't have the necessary tools. Others were inconsiderate, leaving a mess in our bathroom and not bothering to clean up after themselves. We even had to vacuum after they finished, as they didn't take the initiative. Overall, our experience was definitely a rollercoaster, but we're relieved it's now complete.

of the best features is that they open 10 minutes before the kids need to wake up, making mornings so much easier. I also love that I no longer have to manually open and close the blackout blinds every day.
Another fantastic aspect is the ability to customise Alexa routines. We’ve set certain blinds to close automatically at different times to block out the sun and keep the house cool – a simple but highly effective way to manage heat throughout the day. While the Alexa routines need to be set up manually, once done, they work perfectly.
One standout feature that sets Into Blinds apart is the manual switch on each blind—a small rope pull—so if home automation isn’t working, they can still be adjusted easily (a must-have for the missus!). This is something many other motorised blinds lack, and it’s an essential backup option.
I’ve been using a power bank to charge the blind motors and am still testing how long they’ll last, but they’re expected to go between 6-12 months on a single charge, which is fantastic.
Overall, the quality of the motors, the smooth installation process, and the superior functionality make Into Blinds the best choice. If you’re considering motorised blinds, don’t look anywhere else – highly recommended.

complete one blind. Had to take the other blind back to the warehouse again to modify it. Have installed it incorrectly and light bleeds in from sides. Have also instaly faulty plantation shutters. They confirmed they were faulty and needed to be remade but have since ignored us and failed to speak with us to resolve both issues. Have reported to ACCC and the Midnight system manufacturer.
Purchased plantation shutters from this company for several rooms. In one room the surface peeled off three slats. The company replaced them at no cost.
