and the remaining balance of just over $13,000 was paid, bringing the total cost to around $13,400 after the government rebate. Later, I reported that the solar battery canopy had broken. The company (Invincible Energy) responded by saying the canopy was not their responsibility, even though they installed it. They offered $250 as a goodwill gesture, suggesting I buy a new canopy from Bunnings for $150 and install it myself, keeping the remaining $100 as goodwill.

I explained that I am not a handy person and would need to hire someone to install the canopy, and I asked them to cover the installation cost; they refused. I then had to hire a handyman myself, paying $150 for the canopy and $150 for labour, leaving me out of pocket by $50. Months later (in July 2026), Technical Support from AlphaEss, the battery manufacturer, confirmed that the batteries had not been installed correctly, and have the installer return to site and correct the connection.

Since then, I have repeatedly contacted Invincible Energy requesting that they fix the installation issue, but they have not responded to any of my (multiple) emails or phone calls and have continued to ignore my attempts to resolve the matter.

Last week (mid-Sep 2026), I contacted Office of Fair Trading (OFT) with my complaints. Looks like OFT must have contacted Invincible Energy, because I got a call from the so called support centre of Invincible Energy (which is located in Philippines) asking me whether there are any error messages showing on the battery? I told the lady who called me to read my emails for the full explanation of the problem. So far, I have not received any response from them. This matter is now with the OFT.

It clearly shows that Invincible Energy don’t have any after sales staff to support their existing customers. All they want is just install solar systems, but no intention of customer service.

Highly recommend this company for anyone seeking home batteries. Different brand from the main competitors, at the fraction of the cost!!! our existing solar panels, and the whole process was completed efficiently. Every staff member we dealt with—from admin, to delivery, to installation and follow-up—was friendly, professional, and helpful. They did everything at the time they said they would also which is always a plus.

So far, we haven’t had any issues with the system. The app works well, and we appreciated the honest advice we were given to help us get the most out of our setup. The installation was also completed in time for us to qualify for the government rebate before it changed in May, which we were very grateful for.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service and the result. We can now use our heaters when it's cold rather than in the middle of the day.

The whole journey from quote to instalation was easy and smooth. It was a 40KW FOX ESS battery system with 5KW interver battery storage. The sales and accounts staff were nice and helpful. night totally on Battery. I check in the morning at about 8.30am when I get out of of bed, it's charging from Solar and Grid and about 41 to 49% Capacity by then. Charging continues to the start of "peak", then total battery till next morning. Once battery was Purchased and Installed we have talked directly with Invincable Energy, who have been amazing in helping us to get our settings right and understanding them as well. The AlphaESS Battery and Inverter supplied by Invincible Energy. the Expertise and Proffessionalism shown by the Manager and Shelley the Customer Service Person. Leaves nothing on the table. Great Company, Great Service and Great People. .
