our existing solar panels, and the whole process was completed efficiently. Every staff member we dealt with—from admin, to delivery, to installation and follow-up—was friendly, professional, and helpful. They did everything at the time they said they would also which is always a plus.
So far, we haven’t had any issues with the system. The app works well, and we appreciated the honest advice we were given to help us get the most out of our setup. The installation was also completed in time for us to qualify for the government rebate before it changed in May, which we were very grateful for.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service and the result. We can now use our heaters when it's cold rather than in the middle of the day.

The whole journey from quote to instalation was easy and smooth. It was a 40KW FOX ESS battery system with 5KW interver battery storage. The sales and accounts staff were nice and helpful. Edit: When we had a further query and reached out to our original salesman he did not respond, even though he undertook to be there 'whenever we needed him'. Disappointing.

Follow-up · Really happy with every step of the way. Love the Fox ESS battery and software and teaming up with Amber has brought our ev charging, power exports and solar management together into a very well managed bundle all coupled via the Amber app.

night totally on Battery. I check in the morning at about 8.30am when I get out of of bed, it's charging from Solar and Grid and about 41 to 49% Capacity by then. Charging continues to the start of "peak", then total battery till next morning. Once battery was Purchased and Installed we have talked directly with Invincable Energy, who have been amazing in helping us to get our settings right and understanding them as well. The AlphaESS Battery and Inverter supplied by Invincible Energy. the Expertise and Proffessionalism shown by the Manager and Shelley the Customer Service Person. Leaves nothing on the table. Dodgy Solar Panel Install - Dodgy Company. Do not use them!! – Whatever you do, dont use this company for Solar Panels!! We were told from our first phone consult that an engineer would contact us to review panel locations and go through details with us that did not happen. unmarked van, no uniform showing what company they worked for and not who they said would be installing our panels. No certified electrician turned up we told them to stop work until the A grade electrician arrived. There boss arrived 5 hours later and sat in the car out the front while his apprentices installed our panels. They were not local, they came from 3 hours away. They didn't line the solar panels up had to get them to come back and install them probably. We were then told an inspector comes out to check their install to sign off they were done correctly prior to turning them on. All the inspector did was turn them on got on CCTV he turned up at 11.32 and left at 11.34. No ladder to check the panels were installed correctly. We questioned this with Invincible Energy, and they advised us they were sent photos of the install and that is all they needed. SUPER DODGY!

was amazing! We have been looking to get solar for some time now and did a lot of research but the knowledge their teams had was second to none and it was backed up by their installation teams as well which discussed in detail the pros and cons of different ways of installation which no other company was wiling to do and was forcing us to go with what image they could send us online.
There are a lot of new companies around and we felt alot more confident dealing with them from start till the end and couldn’t have expected more from them.

Invincible Energy was extremely unprofessional. After cancelling two appointments, I finally spoke with the owner to get a quote. He went back on his word and refused to give me a price unless I either hired him on the spot or gave him a competitor's quote so he could beat it by $200. This is a cheap and frustrating tactic that makes it difficult to trust businesses.

Electrician finally arrived on a weekend wearing thongs; second time thongs & third time thongs. Panel installers followed shortly after. Installers broke 9 roof tiles. During installation calls were made to salesperson [Name Removed] questioning installation and as a result we were threatened with legal action, closure of file and no further contact. Following installation no cost benefit received for nearly three (3) months. Invincible Energy blaming the power supplier, power suppler blaming the installer...and on it goes. Nobody takes responsibility. DO NOT BELIEVE NOR ACCEPT ANYTHING THAT MALEK TELLS YOU. My best advice is to RUN FROM THIS MOB TOTALLY.
