The package didn’t arrive until Friday afternoon even though he told me it would be there by Wednesday evening at the latest, when it arrived in Sydney they refused to release it as they had lost one box box. I asked them to release the 10 boxes and then when they found the 11th box to return it to me in express originally refused and wanted me to pay extra. I told them I would nt anything extra for a service I already paid for. I tried to rectify the situation on Friday afternoon to try to find my lost box. his staff namely [Name Removed] based in the Philippines hung up on me or terminated the call on at least 17 occasions. If you want to go with a company that’s going to lose your packages Try to charge you more for a service that they meant to provide and be lied to and have the phone constantly hung up on you then go with this company

Amazing Freight company for a Small Business – I use a few freight companies for my small business shipping large items (on palettes) and I love using InXpress. LOVE their online booking system to get quick and fast quotes and the option to also send orders to customer local depots for collection to save HUGE on shipping costs. quantities of freight to send but when I do he’s always made it happen flawlessly each time, from the first time I engaged him through to present day his pricing has always been better than competitive, initially I’d ask him to quote me options and pricing but now I don’t even bother, I simply give him my consignment details and tell him to book it in, not only will I now ever bother with anyone else for my ongoing freight requirements but there’s simply no reason for me to!

the ability to use couriers I didn't have the volume to use or create an account with. They made it possible for me to ship dangerous goods where no other company I have tried had. I am only a casual user but have used them on many occasions both domestic and international pickups and deliveries and have never had a problem. Whenever I need a quote I can either use their easy online tools or talk to my rep. I don't have to deal with multiple people and explain my situation every time. I have used similar companies before and would never go back.

from TOLL PRIORITY as they had a 90% next day delivery to capital cities, excluding Darwin.

Anyway, I bit the bullet and ordered the satchels which were delivered the very next day, which is the best move i ever made.

Since the change-over to using Toll Priority the deliveries were next day, a massive bonus for our customers ie
