I purchased a parrot cage that has the top open up with a perch to sit between the open doors with 2 feed bowls attached from a seller on Kogan. over use it is working ok. The smaller perch with the 2 feed bowls for the top however is way to long, longer than the assembly instructions says it should be, so it is rendered useless. The seller kindly refunded some of the cost back due to this as I now have to source a perch that is the right length. I reached out to I.Pet twice about it and no response. There is no contact number, just their contact page and they ignore everything, low and behold what issues one would have if they tried to contact re a warranty issue, they don't respond. I would not recommend this store or their products for this reason.

Big NO! Poor pet feeder design – The voice/intercom function of the feeder is basically not working. The position of the speaker is at the bottom of the feeder and the volume over speaker is virtually nothing. Regret buying it

Good but didn't last – Zipper broke within 2 months of purchase. Stuffing clumps together. Everything sticks to the lining

Pet Pram very nice – Pet pram is well made, looks great and the wheels turn well. My pet is very happy with the pram.The price is also very reasonable. It is better quality than a previous pram I owned from another seller. Show reply

Big stroller for large dog – But not really all that big at all. The frame and height are really great but the size of the bed is on the small side. A bit hard to manage with only 3 wheels. Did the job for us while we still had a puppy. Show 4 replies

Really great for the hefty cat – awesome if you've got bigger cats, I had my big boy break 2 of the thinner more flimsy cat trees in the past. this one however if much thicker and more sturdy than the average trees. very similar to the kazoo ones Show reply

i.Pet Cat Tree Scratching Post Tower Scratcher Trees Wood 82cm – Bought through Bunnings Marketplace. Get what you pay for I guess. At just $38.95, it's cheap. Thin grey felt stapled on. Not sturdy - ramp is not attached at bottom. Cat ripped a hole in the fabric after one use. Do not recommend.

LOVE IT – I bought an i.Pet Cat Tree Scratching Post 203cm Gray. mouse has already withstood several viscious attampts at its life. Assembly was easy for me but could be difficult for some. My only (very small) complaint is that there is no easy way for the cats to get past the large platform halfway up the tree, so the top is used less than the bottom. But they can still reach the top with effort so it's not a big deal. I would have added a cut out or one extra platform to encourage more use of the top of the tree. However, I am still giving it a fantastic 5/5.

I love this ramp - it is Perfect and so easy and light to use! – Dog ramp is lightweight, compact and easy to carry with it's inbuilt handle. Surface is non slip and dogs are quickly confident to use the ramp. I can extend and pack up ramp with one hand. Ramp is well made however I doubt the maximum weight is much more than about 50kg. My dog is 40kg and we have had no trouble. Show reply

Very happy with – Really glad I pulled the trigger and finally got a pram for my Ragdoll and I to go on safe walks together (while we've only uses a handful of times). Could EASILY fit another full-size Ragdoll probably 3. I have added a little blanket but it's set up comfortably and has a cup holder to boot. Folds up easy, no regrets. Show reply
