Battery arrived with no labels and is a dud - Total Scam – Late 2021 I ordered a 200Ah LiPo Battery for $800 to go in my DIY camper trailer conversion project. It arrived ok, but when I unboxed it, it had no labelling and no data sheet. I should have realised then it was a dud. Then covid hit again and we had to cancel our January holidays and didn't fully finish the camper project. Now finishing it off,… Read more

I'm doing a rebuild of the electricals as my Solar Controller keeps telling me there's a fault in the system. So I bought a battery monitor and needed to insert some specs on the battery and when looking for the website realised Power Distributors is a complete scam.

Don’t buy from this company – Do not buy from them, they have no store front or phone number to call them on, it’s online only so it makes it hard to correspond with, unfortunately my dad saw a few good reviews and trusted all was good buying from power distributors, he was excited about getting the electric bike he had purchased in July which the money was taken out of his… Read more

account that same day, in September we started chasing up where the bike was as it was never delivered, we received emails as the one listed below saying some money went back into your account tell us the amount and we will send you the bike, no money went into his account and this went on for weeks so we told them we wanted a full refund, unfortunately we didn’t receive a refund after many emails, so we got in touch with fair trading and once fair trading got involved he received the money back the same day, this took months so please think twice about buying from them.

Fraudulent sellers – I ordered 3 x Polinovel 12v 200ah Lithium-Ion batteries. However, I have not received what I ordered. What I have received is a battery that is NOTHING like what is advertised. I have checked the specification of the Polinovel 12v 200ah Lithium-Ion battery to what was sent. Here are the differences: What I received Polinovel… Read more

I have previously sent numerous e-mails to Power Distributors about this purchase and have yet to receive a single reply.

I have emailed and received a reply from Polinovel Batteries and they unformed me that they don't have a distributor in Australia.

SCAM ALERT...Doesn't even deserve a star but no choice. Disgusting company practices – Purchased a massage chair $1399.00 back in November 2021. Chair was meant to be delivered within 25 days and after repeated contact with them, they told me to wait another 55 business days. Still no chair, no refund as requested. Bank cant/wont help. Have initiated formal letter as advised by consumer affairs and need to wait 7 days for a response… Read more

E-bike - Scam seller – I paid for an e-bike ($1099) in late 2021. Item was never received. I lodged a complaint with the NSW Dept of Fair Trading. With a non-existent website, contact details or ABN there is very little information for my dispute. I am asking my bank to initiate a "chargeback", as recommended by Fair Trading. I will be very lucky to get anywhere with a refund. Show details

Scam rip-off scam scam – I paid $300 for a 200ah agm battery as I lost my batteries in the February floods and could only afford to get one battery. I have tried many times to contact them with no answer and they have no contact phone number only tried them because no one else had that size battery at the time. So now I'll have to save up and try somewhere else. So I will… Read more

Wish I read the reviews first – Bought a $300 "200Ah" battery in my van that I live in full time! It would die after a few hours of use, after I washed dishes or played my stereo. I thought this was normal, as I haven't bought a deep cycle before. I finally had to deconstruct a lot of my van to reinstall a $600 280Ah battery from a reputable website and it works incredible, I… Read more

Beware ipower.energy – On the surface, the website looks professional.. but that's where it ends. I was hoping to use PayPal as it advertised on their site. However when I went to pay I could only use my Visa. All the reviews on their site entirely are 5 star reviews (with no dates on them). All this is easy to see after you've been scammed! with express shipping. My order confirmation said to wait 45 days! I emailed them (as there is no phone number) to sales@ipower.energy and got an automated response they will reply in 2 to 6 business days! Their address (23 Centenary Ave, Sydney, NSW 2170) is an Amazon warehouse address.. The bank transaction shows as "EMARKET AUSTRALIA MACQUARIE PAR". I overlooked way too much and kicking myself for being so stupid!

Wrong Product - Never Exchanged or Refunded – Bought a small weather device, (Thermometer/Hygrometer) in 2021. They supplied an instrument that was not the unit advertised. Had fewer features. Emailed several times with only automated responses and no action taken. Luckily, the device was only $20 or so. After reading the reviews I realise I should have kept away from them. Show details

If I could give 0/5 I would – I paid the $300 deposit for a massage chair and when I asked for a shipping number, location of where it was stored, contact number, who they use for delivery etc, I got nothing but excuses. What I got was one email back stating return it to China, I explained that ok Im happy to box it up and you sort and pay for the shipping to China as it is your stock fault not mine so they can pay for the shipping. I have since sent 5 x emails to them asking to sort this out with no reply to any of my emails !!! do not deal with these people I warn you ! i will be also continuing to place this feed back about this company on line every 10min so they can take my feed back down as much as they like it will continue to be placed on all media they advertise on due to their lack of action and full filling their warranty obligations. Do not deal with these people !!!!!!!!

Total scam – I entered their warehouse address into google maps and the address for the Sydney one just so happens to be the same as Amazon's warehouse..... I also googled the one in California and it was an unnamed building in a new industrial estate! On this basis I'd say they are highly suspicious and would not be ordering anything from them. Show details

No delivery - standard automated response – Bought ebike @$1,099 plus $85 express shipping in October. Contacted numerous times as no delivery yet. Initial was 25 working days, then they said 45 working days and refunded the $85 express. 45 working days has passed still no delivery. The asking for refund, they wanted to take 20%. Fortunately paid through PayPal. Will get full refund

Don't use this company!!! – Do not use this company! They are crooks that don't sell what they advertise. We purchased a 200ah AGM battery and used it once when we went camping and it ran out of power every night. We took it to battery world to be tested and they reported that it's cooked and has less than 20ah. They don't reply to emails and there's no number to ring. Dodgy company to say the least! Show details
