days available on this trip during which he arranged for Jules to call in and provide some great advice while she measured the place up. Within days it was sorted and the work was scheduled for the following month. We wouldn't be there for the installation so that was a bit of a concern. This was very much unfounded, as when we recently returned every detail was as they had described. 10 sets of quality window and door shutters exactly as we envisaged. Thanks guys, well done.
Outstanding: Product, Service and Value for Money – I own a rental product on the Sunshine Coast that has a west facing window that looks out onto a road. each product. Both myself and my wife immediately liked the white aluminium shutters but reserved our decision until we talked to our property manage. The property manager also liked this option for the following reasons: good value for money, no maintenance, robust construction and great "street appeal". The product was quickly and neatly installed; it has improved the look of the front of the house; has markedly decreased the summer heat in this front room; the privacy, light and view from this room can easy be adjusted. Overall this is an excellent value for money product with great service from Vincent and his installation team.

The quick turnaround (4 weeks versus 10-12 from others) and the fact that our outdoor aluminium plantation shutters were extruded, and powder coated in Brisbane as well as assembled locally added to our confidence in the quality of the product. experience. Price wise from our reasearch the price is vbery good indeed. Quality is good also and you have a choice of locally made or imported. The installers are also good and Kieren that fitted the shiutters was excellent, he was confident and di a really great job. Frazer and john who installed the b,linds and privacy screen out the front were also good. All polite, arrived when they were supposed to, hence we have recommended people in our village to a,lso use them and we know someone has already taken that up which is great to hear. So thankyou to Vincent, Mae, Jules and Belinda and all the lads in the factory for a good experience.
Jules and Belinda were fantastic to work with during the installation of our shutters. Everything was easy to arrange, and communication was excellent throughout the process. We also needed help with some existing shutters that had broken clips (courtesy of the kids!), and they were more than happy to organise repairs for those as well. The product is first class and the service is great – We've used IQ on several occasions - both at the coast and in Brisbane. The aluminium shutters are remarkable at the coast - installed 5 or 6 years ago and no sign of rust in an external application. and you cannot tell they aren't timber. They have also done blinds and a curtain for us - all great work and good after sales service when one of the blinds malfunctioned. We're about to try them on external shade blinds. I highly recommend them.
