Try downloading a viewer into your computer via the following link external link You should be able to change the intensity of bumper beep alert via the viewer setting by inserting the microSD card from your device into your computer with an SD card adaptor.
Hello this is a simple fix by turning off the event buzzer inside the mobile app or Mac/PC viewer. If you click on event buzzer it will turn it off.
