If only I could give zero stars – I used to work for this poorly run company. I was employed as a casual (as per my contract) but working all day several days a week. I was getting treated poorly so I left and gave the appropriate notice. Management demanded I give more notice (which I legally didn’t need to) and they refused to pay me my wage. part time which was not in the contract I signed. I contacted the ACCC and the ombudsman who investigated everything. They not only found that I was entitled to my pay and that I had done the correct thing, but that Isabella’s passion had been underpaying me the whole time - perhaps attempting to pay me part time wages without part time benefits despite my contract saying I was casual.

Previously good company is no longer responding - just taking money – Placed order in December 2018 and they have not delivered nor are they refunding - at least not at this stage. see a refund. It's a shame. I used to order from these guys and although there were often time issues, they were always friendly and I was happy to keep using them. But do not give your money to them now. You probably won't see it or their product.

Avoid like the plague – The company will take your money and if you are very lucky you may eventually get a refund, but it's unlikely. There is a Facebook group set up for other victims called 'Isabellas Passion, Blush Playroom and Blush Bras + Lingerie Scam Victims' with a growing list of members and some useful advice.

Horrible rip off people – I ordered a dress in May last year - still I got nothing - no money back either - and they do not answer my e-mails!!! Obviously they are ripping off people.

Scammer alert – Ordered product in December 2018, still waiting for product and they do not answer phone calls and just go's straight to voice mail, dont reply to any emails either. Total scam... Made a complain with ACCC and have lodged a complaint through Paypal. Hopefull they can get my money back from them.. Grrr, so bloody frustrating. Wish I had of seen these reviews prior to placing an order.

Awfull – I placed an order in november. And still have not received any one respond to all my emails. i have asked for a refund as the event that i wanted the clothes for was last month. an still no response. will not recommend to any one.

Scam site - DO NOT BUY – I was a loyal customer, buying almost every week, until I built up quite a collection of items that I was advised were on back order or discontinued. why they'd do this and lose customers. Repeat customers would surely make more than the amount they scam. I contacted fair trading and Isabellas Passion still refused to cooperate. I received the below advice if anyone is interested in pursuing legal action:

 I have attempted to conciliate with Isabella's Passion on your behalf, however my attempts have been unsuccessful.

Unfortunately Access Canberra are unable to force the trader to provide you with a particular remedy. Only a court or tribunal can do this. If you feel your rights have been negated and you wish to pursue the matter, you may make an application to the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal (ACAT) who can make a determination regarding the matter. The ACAT can be contacted on 62071740 for information on lodging an application.

Before lodging an ACAT application, Access Canberra recommends you seek legal advice regarding the strength of your claim. There are a number of free legal advisory services in the ACT. You may be able to obtain some legal advice from the ACT LawSociety who provide free 15 minute appointments. They can be contacted 62740300.

 

As Access Canberra can be of no further assistance at this stage, your complaint will be marked as resolved. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Do not buy from this company – They overcharged my credit card by $200 and will not refund the money...they only ever say we will let the manager know.. Do not purchase anything from this company its a scam.

lingerie based business, "Blush Bras and Lingerie" as I've had the same experience with them and they are also based on the Gold Coast in Queensland.

I have alerted fair trading Queensland to the fact that they take your money and don't send you the product. Fair Trading told me that Isabella's Passion and their staff won't communicate with them, therefore, the company knows exactly what they're doing in deliberately ripping off customers and not sending items you have paid for. Avoid Isabella's Passion. They are thieves.

Wish I had read reviews first – I made an order on 18/12/2018 no confirmation email sent I’ve tried to call and email, no reply. After reading these reviews I guess I can kiss my money and order goodbye.

I was scammed $300 – This website is a scam. My husband bought me a $300 voucher and I purchased items with it which are still pending in the cart 5 days later (the voucher is gone). Tried to call and email with no response. I have made a complaint to the ACCC and office of consumer protection QLD. Everyone who gets scammed should complain as the more compliant atheist ACCC gets the more likely it is to take action. DONT BUY from this website.

site also promoted after pay however there was no option for this service at all. Unfortunately I did not take this as a red flag and proceeded to make a credit card payment. After my purchase I have stumbled across over 100 negative reviews about this company being a scam, I never received a tracking number as promised by 3pm the next day which was stated on the website so I sent a message requesting the ETA with no reply I then sent another message the day after and still nothing, I also have tried calling followed with leaving a voice message and have since tried to call her number multiple times with no answer or reply. I have cancelled my credit card and have lodged a report with the Australian cybercrime. (link above)

Did not ship items; did not return calls – Do not use. Absolutely appalling service. Wrong products sent, products ordered in January 2018 still not supplied. Cannot get actual money back. Now get ZERO response to dozens of emails sent. Phone is NEVER answered. TERRIBLE.

Scammed – Do not shop here. If it wasn’t for PayPal I would still be waiting for my refund. I was told the item wasn’t available and I could receive a refund. No refund was given. I contacted them many many times. I was continually told that the manager was the only person who could issue a refund and my request had been passed on. I eventually had to make a claim through PayPal who recovered my money.

Hopefully buyers read these reviews before using this site – There seems to be a common thread with all these negative reviews. Customer is advised next day that their item is not in stock & needs to be ordered from the overseas supplier which will take 5-6 weeks. When attempting to contact Isabellas Passion to discuss the order, they never answers their phone number 0452623552, return any calls or responds to emails. It happened to me as well. informed they are no longer stocking the items, even after waiting so long. They told me that my details were passed on to management who would process my refund. I have not heard from them since then and still have not received my money. I will be making a complaint to the ACCC.

No garments sent, money taken and no refund. Stolen my money and no response from them. Do not buy – Online purchase, Ordered months ago, saying it was going to come, then when it didn't arrive, said they would do a store credit, didn't give store credit for 6 months, so couldn't purchase anything and can't get money back from them. Won't answer phone and have sent 28 emails. Do not trust this company or buy from them.

Poor service, no refund given – On 30th December 2017 I placed an order with Isabella's Passion which never arrived. I then asked for a refund which was confirmed on May 25 2018. I then contacted their store again on June 17 in regards to the progress of the refund and again a few weeks later. As of yet, I STILL have not received a refund for these items. I have tried ringing them and email their store with no luck.

Absolute scammers – Ordered an item told me it would take 3 months to arrive it has now been 8 months since I ordered numerous amounts of emails to them requesting a refund and I’ll I get back is we can’t process a refund only the manager can and we have passed this on to her, actually so disgusting to see a business steal people’s money.

No no no – Worst online buying experience of my life! Purchased 3 items in September costing $145 it is now April 1st and still no sign of my items or a refund despite asking numerous times and being told "only management can approve refunds". Have emailed once again giving them one last opportunity to refund me or i will be making a complaint to Consumer Affairs. Biggest. Joke. Ever.
