Your service was quick and reassuring however when the post was placed the location suburb was entered as NSW not TAS. I was unable to fixed this post online, I tried to call back the rep that rung me but I only got a AI recording which couldn’t help me fix the mistake. Terrible experience. Forced into 12 month minimum subscription. Advised of a 90-day notice period for cancellation AFTER those 12 months. Zero interactions with buyers despite having 46 leads. Multiple annoying texts, purely based on upselling to the supplier. So disappointing.

From the supplier, what a terrible experience. The iSeekPlant team spam you for payments and sign ups and its honestly terrible. I could not be more disappointed in their approach to business.

Good set up, easy to access, give good advice on what to post and received excellent responses even if they couldn't do the job they responded with a message. Very Professional.

I contacted iseekplant to have my colorbond fence extension and a guy name Dane who came and quoted me for the job, It was affordable much cheaper to other quotes. Dane was on time, good workmanship skills fast and an excellent job at the finish, cleaning any debris at the surrounding aera. Update: Company in case of unsatisfied customers sends blackmail offers. Please do not make a mistake snd don't sign up as supplier. Very sneaky organisation. are absolutely useless. They say they will generate leads but don't deliver. They will send you text messages and when you try to contact the lead it is through their internal phone system. Not really good. I made a mistake and signed up and now I regret it. Don't be that person who would make that mistake as well.

Sadly all the suppliers who responded were Brisbane based meaning their travel time was two hours each way and made such a small job economically not viable. I was disappointed no more local suppliers were able to quote and I utilsed other means to get the job done.

Guaranteed 12 leads a month and about 4 and where not even what I requested over a 6 months period. Harassed me for money and upgrades. They didn’t listen to my request and kept on pushing to go into other category’s which I told them at the start I don’t do. Really pushy sales man

Sneaky sales people, bad customer service, no job leads – We agree with all of the reviews on how bad this service is. We were tricked into a contract (when there was no use of the word "contract" during the phone call) thinking we were paying on a month to month basis. Have had no leads whatsoever. The filter for job searches shows us jobs that have already closed, most of them from months or years ago. A complete waste of money which we strongly regret.

A money grab. And Bullpoop product & service! – Not even worth one star. Promises leads and absolutely no jobs were obtained in the 2 years. Absolute waste of money and time!! They will harass you if trying to contact you. Takes your money even after the commitment period has ended and a request to cancel the subscription has been made. 0/0!

ORIGINAL Our website is costing us $617 per month for 2 years, 15k. I found other people on the internet who had websites set up with the same placeholder pages and format who paid only a few hundred. It is only ten or so pages and we have had maybe three or four contacts from people who we directed there over the past year. It was terrible quality (all green and white wording) and I tried to improve it but I am not a developer. I cannot add another developer as iseekplant hold "ownership" of the website by keeping the email contact in their name. I am locked in with a contract and cant get out of it. (I also pay $1500 for the logo branding and i got three logo versions, no colour themes, nothing) I have not had contact from them for over 6 months except when a payment was late. Its meant to be monthly updates. I tried to complain at the start but was railroaded. I saw a lawyer who said we would win but it will cost $5k and these guys are ready for court so would make it hard. Everyone in the industry knows about them and we didn't. I have a crap website representing my business and cannot do anything about it. I emailed the DNS people but iseekplant claimed ownership over it again. I am trapped and have to pay to get another website made. The cost is killing us. These guys have mum and dad businesses by the throat promising them results. Get a professional website build and seo. This company doesn't deliver the goods and they are not interested in your business, only your money. I have been too scared to submit this review but now I am of the opinion how much more damage can they do ... probably lots.

MONEY FOR NOTHING! – STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! what they tell you on the phone is all a lie. Very hard to get out of contract, they make you pay 90 days' worth to exit. i never once got a job, all the jobs that were shown to me didn't match my profile or location!

Hopeless. No replies – I requested for a positrack hire and got zero responses. I notified iseekplant and apparently they readvertised with still no responses. They told me to ring the suppliers off a list and ask, the same ones that never replied in the first place! I complained to them and guess what, they never replied!
