Scam!!
Was told I would get 7x more Enquiries as a premium user when in fact I’ve had no more Enquiries then when I was a free user. 7 phone calls in 9 months
Do not fall for this service.It's a scam
I never got one job in 18 months, all i received were jobs for all states around australia, but never my state.When i cancelled my account, they still kept drawing money from my account.
Stay away from them.

After being pursued I signed up on what was meant to be a month trial that I could opt out of
I contacted them to cancel and was told it was canceled. They then took money from my account after finally getting in contact with them I was laughed at when I told them I wanted a refund for the money taken from my bank with out permission. And told that “that’s never going to happen”
Even though I have had my account deactivated they are still trying to charge my bank account.
They have no morals or care they will make promises that are just way to good to be true don’t fall for their traps.!!

Read more review. Firstly, you registered your business on the iseekplant marketplace. You then contracted us to build your company its own website as part of a 12 month, small contractor bundle. This bundle includes a business listing on our marketplace and our digital agency to design, write content and create a stand-alone website for your business. We record all communication to and from our customers and at no point were you told that there is a 1 month trial of these services. Creating a website for a customer and setting up a business profile requires physical work to be done - there are charges that cover cancellation if you wish to exit that agreement after that work is started. These cancellation payments have been made aware to you when registered, and several times throughout the process when you chose the bundle. As I am sure someone in construction services can appreciate, it is fair and reasonable to be paid when you carry out work for someone, even if they suddenly change their mind. Further to that, we attempted to contact you multiple times by phone and email throughout the last month so we could work out an amicable termination of the agreement. We have thousands of customers, small and large, who start out and complete these bundle services with exceptional results. Some of our customers have been with iseekplant since it started a decade ago.SCAM do not use.
I would strongly recommend not going with this service.
They took over my phone number and my website without my permission and made it look like they were getting work for my machines by doing just that!
I took back my number and website from them and now the jobs have disappeared from them .. funny that.
Trying to cancel is a joke as they make you pay for 90 days even though I’ve been with them for over 12 months.
Also have been taking random payments from my credit card without permission to this day.

Read more The contract you signed was for a membership listed on our website, and at no point did you enter a contract for a website to be built by us, so there may be some confusion here. We also did not take over your phone number or have been taking random payments. Like many online marketplaces, our platform uses routing numbers (we call it the 2way system). It helps us measure all of the successful contacts between our seekers and suppliers. It also helps protect you from spam. We have only taken the monthly subscription payments as per the subscription agreement that you chose to purchase. We had a look into your account and you’ve received 69 job enquiries via text message and 91 direct job enquiry phone calls through the 2way system. Most of the time this kind of enquiry volume would’ve converted to excellent results. We think there might be a little confusion here, which we would really like to resolve. Don't register with them, advertise your equipment's on Facebook or other social media platforms and you will get plenty of work for free.

Bullies. Dodgy contract against ACCC rules.
Definitely wouldn't recommend - pushy sales people, bullying emails and very dodgy contract forcing you to pay a lump sum penalty when you discover they are overpriced and you wish to cancel the subscription. Bullies.

I tried to search for scaffold hiring information nearby, but was not able to get much helpful thru web search. Suddenly I found an article posted by iSeekplant with lots of details, including the daily/weekly hiring price comparison across different scaffold products & offerings. Then I posted my request on iSeekplant platform with their consultant's assistance.
