Jaeger CG6500US Questions & Answers
Has anyone purchased this tv and the screen went black overnight and the logo comes on than turns off and goes black
Did u ever solve this? Mine just did this
No but I beleive it's a little module on them cant be the picture as it's still shows screen saver mines still sitting in my rumpus room ask a TV repairer
My Jaeger logo briefly comes on then dissappear on start up.. not I can't get any thing else to show up. I did read about unplugging it from wall, and holding the power button on (while still unplugged for about 1-3minutes. This will discharge the capacitors in the tv. Then plugging it back and turning it on . I'm going to try that shortly
Did it work
Can you turn off motion smoothing on this brand of TVs?
So these tv's don't sound to good where are they made as I have all Samsung and LG how do they compare to these brands?
Hi Kathy, I would suggest staying away from these TV's Actually any company that Ayonz services I would stay away from. Ayonz have a track record for not doing warranty repairs and just hoping people will just buy new units. These TV's are made by the same people who make Seiki and also blaupunkt TV's. Ayonz actually tried to brand cheap TV's as Blaupunkt without first getting concent! Jaeger, Westinghouse, Seiki, Blaupunkt and the other brands serviced and imported by Ayonz are something you should stay well clear of! Hope this helps
