Review is relating to the Hollywood Hospital cafe. Ambience is awful- no newspapers. No room for wheelchairs which considering is a hospital is really strange. The large latte which is not even as large as Dome is $1 more than Dome. Worst of all is how miserable the staff are- unfriendly, miserable. No " hello", " enjoy" nothing. I think they are relying on a captive audience and making zero effort Show details

I had a 24.95 scotch fillet sandwich and every mouth full was grizzle, what is wrong with you people, you can't serve a decent piece of steak. Good coffee though

Tiday we purchased 2 ham Cheese and tomato sandwiches on sour dough type bread, to my surprise there is only ham one one side of the sandwiches, yes on both sandwiches, which would suggest this is on purpose to decieve the customers there is more ham than there is. This is shoddy and misleading Show details

The cafe at Morisset, NSW recently charged me $10 for a small slice of cake. I have been in touch with them but have not received a satisfactory response. This is a complete overcharge to my way of thinking and would not recommend them and certainly will not be going there again. Show details

Have been there many times over the years without a complaint, however this week my wife ordered chicken and mushroom crepes. They were good as always, however I ordered poached eggs on sourdough $16.00. Well, two small eggs on one small slice of sourdough with a small sprig of parsley. The cost of the eggs and bread would have been $1.00 at… Read more

most. the rest would be for making it, service staff and whatever. We love a good cup of coffee and that has changed as well. We are sure the beans are of a lesser quality as the coffee tasted weak and totally different than previously. Once bitten twice shy. Live and learn.

Food is totally overpriced for what you get e.g. a big breakfast without sausage or baked beans or hash brown unless you pay extra. Portion size is pathetic and service is hopeless. Show details

I cannot log into my account , nor get any technical support whatsoever. This is most frustrating, for somebody who has been a frequent custmer over the past fifteen years hence I will now patronise another cafe company, until this problem is resolved. Show details

I chose pancakes and a side of bacon. The bacon was actually pretty good and was of a decent proportional amount. This was my second attempt of the pancakes. It's been a couple of years and perhaps has changed hands in ownership but the pancakes remained the same, and I assume then in such case the recipe continues to be used, though I'm not… Read more

sure why. I am still finding the pancakes to be too firm to the point where they're almost of a rubbery texture. I would urge this establishment to retrieve a far better recipe that results in a more tender, fluffier crumb, as the way pancakes are intended. They also need to be made a bit bigger, not the size meant for a toddler.

Terrible!!! – Overpriced, poor service and dreadful coffee and food preparation. Do not understand what toasted sandwichmeans despite sending it back ..more than several return visits to give them the benefit of doubt....didn't work same Terrible "unaustralian" mentality. Show details

Warm smoothy, yuk! – Everything mediocre. Flat white wasn't flat and I asked for froth to be removed. A subsequent top up of milk was not offered. The berry smoothy was good. The banana smoothy was warm and undrinkable. I decided that, if the drinks were that bad, I was grateful that I didn't order food. Disappointed. Show details

Disappointing food & poor customer service – Today we visited the store at Forest Lakes WA. We ordered the chicken, Feta & Mushroom crepes. Very disappointing. Bland and tasteless. When we spoke to the girl about this, her attitude was indifferent to say the least. She just continued cleaning the coffee machine, not even looking in our direction, just telling us what ingredients were in… Read more

them, a fact we were fully aware of. Our point was that there was no taste, the crepes were soggy, and lukewarm . Very poor customer service. Quite the opposite to our experience last week at the Midland store, where we very happy with the food we had, and the staff were very friendly.

Bad Service – Attended Jamaica Blue Rockingham at 4.03pm (1603 hours) to buy a coffee and sit down when I was told you could only buy takeaway and could not sit down as they were sweeping and mopping. I could understand maybe closing a small section and cleaning but not the whole section at 4pm, when there is still an hour or an hour and half to go. So I voted with my feet and bought a coffee elsewhere

Credit dishonoured – Went to claim a free coffee on my loyalty card and was told it had been replaced by an App. I asked if they could transfer my credit on to the App and was told no. It's as if you had accumulated 10000 loyalty points with QANTAS then told you can't use them - deliberate theft, even if it's on a small scale. I don't like messing around with Apps,… Read more

nor do I appreciate dishonouring my credit, so I will not be returning to Jamaica Blue. It's the antithesis of a loyalty programme !

Jamaica Blue Disloyalty Card – Go to get one of my free coffees today and on presenting my card am told “oh no we’re no longer using that card, there’s a new one now”. Coffee OK but food disappointing – I Visited the Miranda Westfield cafe today but was very disappointed in my food. Coffee was good but the corn ricotta fritters were not fresh - tasted like they were several days old and were just warm and very dry. Very bad for the over $18 price.

Rip off – Oh dear! Are you serious? $16.90 for a toastie?? Omg, I would expect that for 2, but no! Chicken, pesto and spinach on Turkish bread. Pathetic, absolute rip off, will never go back.

Disappointing coffee – I went to Jamaica Blue in Eastland and ordered a cappuccino takeaway after not having been there for years and I have to say I was very disappointed. The coffee tasted terrible, almost like it was burnt. I was in the car by than and did not have time to return. Sadly I don’t think I will return again.

Don't upset the barista???? – Asked for 2 x medium takeaways, received them in cups, returned one, the barista said he didn't see that it was takeaway on the order, of which he took personally a few minutes previous, he was politely rude, just poured the small cup into a takeaway cup, but only half full, I pointed this out to him, he abruptly filled with milk and with a rude tone wished me a happy day, we WON'T be back. This was at Westfield Kotara.

Love the coffee not so much the cleanliness – I am a regular at Jamaica blue and am unsure how the cleaning of tables go , as in late afternoon fair enough crumbs , cofffe stains maybe they’re too busy , but to turn up first thing and find several tables in this condition is not good , also floors have lettuce etc so how could they have wiped tables or swept after close or before opening ? It baffles me every time , not a one off either

A staff member telling what to do – A staff member at Mandurah telling me what to do in my order. Not receiving a free coffee when ordered, and an assumption by staff who took my order, that just because I had water? That I did not want coffee, so she didn't make it. And I waited for it, after requesting it. As I had surgery a,few weeks ago, getting up and getting down was… Read more

difficult. At 12:47pm, this staff member asked me to go over and do my card..? I was tired? She said she assumed I didn't want the coffee and told me at my table, that's why she didn't make it. As a long standing regular, this has never happened before, and I wonder why now....was 0 impressed.

They had one job and couldn't do it very well – Decided to try having lunch at the baldivis outlet and they didn't complete the simple food order for 2 people. A refund was given for the missing food but the other meal had to be forfeited as were the drinks. Good way to loose customers and get poor word of mouth.

Hair in food – Had eggs Benedict for breakfast which was ok probably 6 out of 10 score but unfortunately I had a big black hair cooked through it so I highly recommend your cooks wear a hair net which is why we have hair nets the store was at Lake Munmorah but they have done something to their website and I am unable to leave a review

No marg or butter on sandwich – I can’t believe I was served a sandwich with no butter on the bread, and the cheese was so small and thin and it cost $8.50 first and last visit.

Breakfast public holiday Monday – I’m sorry to say our breakfast was awful. First of all the staff were not trained very well and as it was busy just weren’t coping. Our breakfast came out with two eggs Benedict, the bacon was luke warm and obviously cooked in a microwave, limp. We also had pancakes for the kids were dry, I would say stale not warm at all with a minuscule… Read more

amount of syrup. Then a vegetarian breakfast which I asked for a hard fried egg and avocado instead of poached egg. Out it came with poached egg and no avo, I sent it back in and out it came with egg yolk running on the plate and a smashed egg with runny egg, I did get the avo though. Then the waitress said anything else. Overall the experience was very average. We had travelled 74ks. Breakfast cost us $100.00 odd dollars very disappointing. Won’t be recommending this place or going back.

Rude Service – Waited in queue for 5m. My daughter sat at table but was rudely booted off. Didn’t want her waiting in a busy queue during Covid. So unnecessary and unfriendly. Definitely not worth it !
